Searching took a very long time, and information provided was incomplete. I know that the person I was searching has been arrested for prostitutuion numerous times, yet those did not show on the arrest record. Most arrest records gave no reason for the arrest and no date of arrest. I cancelled membership immediately and have requested a refund, but doubt I will receive one. DON'T USE

What made you choose peoplewhiz over similar businesses?

Answer:

I was stupid. I should have checked out as many reviews as possible before buying a subscription. Sometimes reviews are fake, but I should have checked on Site Jabber first. It would have saved me 3 months of headaches.

How can you say that i have multiple criminal charges? that's a lie. please fix that

I had the same issue today. Customer service said the only way I could access the details of my 'multiple criminal charges' was if I paid a subscription fee. Hmmm, who 'd the real criminal here? For the record, I've never been arrested. Like, ever.

Why did people whiz tell me that they cancelled my subscription prior to my request to cancel? has this happened to other customers?
