Bought some LED pepperfly worth $500K to light my backyard. They delivered it within 4 days in superb packaging. Would definitely recommend purchasing from them not only because of their excellent service but also their lights are top quality.
Oh, Paperfry! The e-commerce site that thinks your home is their personal storage unit. They have a user base, but they have no clue what their delivery or service teams are up to. Delivery within 48 hours? More like 48 days, if you're lucky! Need home decor? Save yourself the headache and buy from anywhere else, even if it costs a bit more. At least your purchase won't become a permanent fixture in your living room. Paperfry's motto: "Why unpack when our carpenter is out having a blast?" It's like they believe your home is a waiting room for their lazy workforce!
I recently ordered a product from Pepperfry which was not delivered to our address, but it has been updated as Delivered. It was supposed to have been delivered on 25th August 2023, but it did not arrive as expected and there was no message or email from the company giving an update as to why it was not. After much chasing and calling Pepperfry about 20 times, we heard that the product was damaged in transit and no commitment on when the new furniture would be delivered. I had immediately asked that the order to be cancelled. The customer care person said it was their fault and that they would cancel the order immediately, but no email or message after they spoke on the phone. After several more calls and messages to Pepperfry, I did not receive any help/response from them.
Later, I got a message from Pepperfry after all this mess saying the product has been delivered, when in fact it HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED and I had actually wanted the order to be cancelled. The Customer care says they cannot track or help only the Studio who took the order is responsible. The Studio says they dont know and only the agent who took the order is responsible. The agent has vanished, not taking my calls and now the studio is saying that she is on leave. If we send an email, no response although they say they will respond within 24 hours. This is Adyar Pepperfry Studio, Chennai, Tamilnadu - apparently there are two managers, but both of them wouldnt answer the calls or take responsibility. The rest of the staff blame one another. Now as a team, they have all vanished.
Bought bed a month ago the delivery happened in a weeks time and assembly on the next day. Overall it was good experience for me.

I Have Glasses from Pepperfry, got some breakages but they are not been replaced or refunded it. There is a fake replacement policy.

Hi we purchased king size cot and 5seater sofa through online paperfey.com...paying huge money expected it will be very good because paperfry branding...but everything is worng after receiving the product we came to knowvot is giving lots of noice if we sit also lots of notices are coming and sofa is very bad condition not at all comfortable...when we spoke to the customer care they sent carpenter and sofa installation person to check...both have informed the quality of the product is very bad please return paperfry technician him self confirm that qeakity of the product very bad and they confirmed that if u buy from online 3rd party will diliver your product...it's waste of money another 3month u r cot will give lots of problem...he informed us...when we spoke paperfry customer care they clearly denied they will help us...and products refund will not happen...it's so hurthing because with lots of expectations and trust we buy products from paperfry...buy result is we loose our money...we are very disappointed by our decision please u please don't buy anything from paperfry.com
The company delivers the item and less bothers for the fitting part. The whole thing depends on the hand of the fitting staff. Very bad show.
I decide to shop on pepperfry.com to buy some furniture for my home by seeing advertisement of their portal. I believe that they provide quality furniture without any damage. I ordered sofas 3 seater and they invoice me to wait for a month to deliver the material what you order and so i wait for a 2- weeks. They delivered the sofas (but it is wrapped in one single bundle, we asked supervisor it is in single bundle we ordered three seater sofas, it fully covered and the delivery man told that we send the carpenter to installed the sofas tomorrow and he doesn't answer to the question why it is in single bundle), so we don't open the wrapper. Then the carpenter came and open the wrapper and my family shocked it is one seater and we doubt already why it is in single bundle. The carpenter also send the image to the corresponded department about this problem. We contact customer care what it is. They reply suddenly and continuously told not to worry about that product we will look into the matter very soon and please wait for a 24 hours and we provide the solution for that. Again I wait for a day and they contact me to wait for 48 hours to make this problem to be fixed. In the mean time i called to the customer care for this issues ( I lost my recharge balance too and it leads over stress to my family). Three days has been passed, they contact me and said that they provide the refund money and the sofas will be taken by one of the delivery man and they provide the refund after a week ( it will automatically credited to your account, once the product has been return to the store.). After wait for a long, we doesn't receive any proper products what we order and we get the money once we credit to the pepperfry ( one month ago and it is again refund back for me 1 month back).
Any way hereafter i decide not to shop online for any bulk products. ( don't fall for a wrong advertisement).

I have ordered a small piece of organising shelf but to my dismay I discovered that the actual delivery service time is actually the outer limit of the range mentioned at the time of order placing. When I requested cancellation, twice I received the same word to word reply, hiding behind and outdated and archaic policy that they do not entertain cancellation once the order is placed. There are hundreds of websites doing online sale just like this site and none of them have such spacious argument like the one they have. All of them have a policy of order cancellation any time before the shipment and even returns after the supply not only in case of defects but even in case the customer is not satisfied with the quality or any other aspect of the supply. This website does not understand that this is an online platform and the customers have not actually checked the goods nor have the inspected the same. All that a customer has is the description in words and photographs, which in most cases are not conclusive or that much reliable. In spite of such a limitation, the customer is willing to go for online shopping because in almost all cases there is a very good cancellation and return policy.
I am really surprised to note that this website is hiding behind the policy for the inefficiency and deficient service on you part. Such a policy is not going to lead them anywhere in this competitive market. Me for sure, is not going to ever visit this website, nor buy from it and for sure I am going to put adverse reviews and worst possible ranking for you wherever I can. As for my order, it's a small amount and although I am also very well aware of the laws of the land and can force them to refund my money, even if unwillingly, given the costs and amount I am not resorting to it.
