I bought wardrobe from Pepperfry. Product was sent damaged and with the manufacturing defects. Its been more than 22 days after returning the product and refund has not been credited to my mode of payment. Pepperfry has worst after sale service. Guys be aware of this company they are cheaters. Pepperfry kindly stop advertising and invest money on customer service because customer can only give you business not the advertising.

Very bad experience. Got mold and fungus on wardrobe. They shrugged off saying it is not under warranty. Even geyser people give after warranty service by charges. These people just shrugged off. We expected at least some sort of advice on varnish or home remedy. Even that they are not providing.

I ordered "Denham 4 Shelf Metal Kitchen Racks Black Colour" from their online store but the quality of the product is soo poor. It shakes when you put some weight on it. Order No. *******

I requested for return but they refused to do so. Every online product have return policy but not sure what's wrong with them.

I will not purchase anything from Pepperfry again and WILL NOT recommend anyone. A huge mistake that I trusted them.

Order no. ******* wardrobe delivered on 16/10/2020 in dismantled condition on several attempts to the company/its contractors to assemble till 20/10/2020 failed.no one made contact. Very bad experience.do not order online from pepperfry for large items. They after sale will wash hands off.

I warn consumers to boycott this e-commerce site. They are cheaters and only sitting to eat up your money! Beware they do not have any return policy and the one they publish on their website is certainly misleading. I recommend Urban Ladder (little pricey but for its Quality and amazingly good customer service) or Amazon.

Extremely poor quality... looking at this bed... I will never recommend or buy anything from pepper fry, don't get fooled by the designs it's a big fraud site... They fool you for your money and give cardboard quality furniture... Not even mdf... extremely bad service as well

Once you place the bed you can't move as it will fall apart... What crap!

One off my worst customer service from this company. Do not buy from as far as i concerned they are rouges who take money and supply fault goods and through their warranty limit liability. They are very happy to take your money and product have manufacturing defects which only after few months you notice. Un ethical company. I have lost around Rs 60,000. Rip of merchants need frying in pepper

We use online purchase option to save time...but pepper fry will f*** your time with their products and customer service... I purchased a wardrobe, but they couldn't deliver all parts to assemble... that's all.no progress till now...and no proper response from customer service other than saying please wait... need to wait for your life time

Guys, pepper fry is $#*!ty as $#*!. Don't buy from them. I ordered pouffe twice each time delivery was not made and they've tied up with some $#*!ty platform called "E-COM" where they call you and ask if you are available, even after we say yes. They drop a message telling sorry we could not make delivery as you were not available ‍‍‍ Like seriously? ‍‍‍

Bought a pepperfry bed which is utterly inferior. The bed purchased in Dec 19 soon started developing fungus and one of the plank has broken during normal use. As per Peperfry this is not covered under warranty. Please do not buy such inferior products and waste your money

I have bought so far 4 items from the portal and I completely regret buying them. The quality of the items are not at all upto the mark especially with the high price margins they charge. Once the item is delivered to you and payment received by them, you can call them a 100 times for any technical or other help, they will not listen. Not really sure why they even have a Customer Support as they won't really support with anything. Worst after sales policy ever. Please consider other options before buying anything from their website.

We ordered a sofa from pepper fry for my super senior citizen dad and they did not deliver on scheduled date. Also, they are saying that they can not commit and date for delivery. How painful it is for a senior citizen dad who recently had a hip surgery. He can't sit comfortably now for the missing sofa. Please do not book anything from this place.

I had my worst experience with peppery product and it's customer care service, executive name is Jeffy. Carpenter without seeing the product concluded that the product has been mishandled whereas anybody can see the photographs and say it's a manufacturing defect. I will never suggest anyone to buy products from pepperfry.

Incorrect product is delivered after taking 3 weeks delivery period. In spite of several mails & telephone the product is not replaced though the correct booking product is showing in pepperfry site. Even requested for refunding the differential amount between the product chosen/supposed to deliver & incorrect delivered product, no result. Customer care people does not know the dealings with the customers, ultimately customer is suffer. Would say, not to prefer or purchase the furniture from pepperfry.

They are a fraudulent and cheat company which i intend to take them to consumer court. They first show price of 7322 INR all inclusive price. But while billing they charge 9075 INR. They dont show the amount in the screen when u will pay online also they dont have immediate cancellation process. It is like u cant cancel your order. Oho god. How do u cheat people like this. Fraud

A dining table ordered on 8/8/2022 with full payment was confirmed for delivery by 8/9/2022. It wasn't delivered even on 9/9/2022 and no any updates. When I called customer care on 9/10/2022, they responded very carelessly that they cannot confirm any shipping date yet. When I asked why was I not informed about the delay, the customer care representative had the audacity to say it happens sometimes. When I asked to talk to supervisor or some higher authority, they said they will not transfer my call to anyone else. Pepper fry is a fraud company with no value for commitments. It does not care about customers' money and sentiments. I suggest people not to go for any purchases from this company because they need to be shown what happens if they do not stick to their own commitments.

Bought a bed in October 2019. After 6 months the inner plank of the beds have cracked and one of them have broken in 2 piece. When contacted the customer service with pictures and within warranty period. The response was very sad and they refused to repair or get it exchanged. Very Poor quality of the materials being selled by Pepperfry. Beware of these fraudsters.

I bought a wall clock and after multiple emails and requests for return since it was malfunctioning, my request was rejected by a very arrogant customer executive, Savita Das. The clock did not have a second hand and they wanted me to first send pictures which I did and then again video (15 mins to check if it is really not working) with 5 MB limit.
A simple return is impossible and my suggestion is to avoid Pepperfry at all cost.

Its not even been a year since I bought shoe cabinet from pepperfry and its already broke for fourth time.

Its the first piece which people sees when they come at my home.

Pepper fry is taking no accountability for what the broken piece they have dumped at me.

Made a mistake in my address and am unable to get in touch with customer service. No one is calling back. And their chat is essentially a FAQ. Getting in touch with them is tougher than clearing the IAS exam. Will seriously rethink about ordering anything from here in the future.

I thought this people will understand my door i got broken now it has been 9 days still no response from them i only as customer has to beg them for response and refund pathetic company they give silly reason that merchant doesn't respond now you think that this company has only one merchant such pathetic service and infrastructure of company with single merchant

I ordered a shoe bag, for INR 494, it came torn and very very poor quality, i requested for return.
Confirmation mail came 10 days back to pick the item and after that no one came and response on mails.it doesn't look they are interested to refund the amount.
Literally harassed but thankfully it is a small amount so of course i will never advise anyone to waste the money.

I have ordered on 17may 2020
They have taken money as it's a prepaid order the order is still not shipped as it was advised by them to reach by 29 May 2020 when asked customer care there is no reply no refund no review nothing and I am going forward to file a legal case against the same.
They are sending me emails about there pathetic offers but nothing about my money or product.
I have written an email to them but still no reply.
