Bought some LED pepperfly worth $500K to light my backyard. They delivered it within 4 days in superb packaging. Would definitely recommend purchasing from them not only because of their excellent service but also their lights are top quality.
Oh, Paperfry! The e-commerce site that thinks your home is their personal storage unit. They have a user base, but they have no clue what their delivery or service teams are up to. Delivery within 48 hours? More like 48 days, if you're lucky! Need home decor? Save yourself the headache and buy from anywhere else, even if it costs a bit more. At least your purchase won't become a permanent fixture in your living room. Paperfry's motto: "Why unpack when our carpenter is out having a blast?" It's like they believe your home is a waiting room for their lazy workforce!
Ordered 4 items, 2 of them they tried to deliver to wrong address, that was corrected in 4 days. I got delivered 1 table which was absolutely different from the article that was on display and we approved in kirti nagar showroom.Customer is as slow as traffic in old delhi. After the suggestion from showroom executive, i cancelled next delivery, i ended up being deducted 2.5% of billing amount. So if you dont have any stress in life buy a pepperfry furniture, and then experience the trauma
I've ordered a cotton XXXL bean bag worth 3500/- for my husband as a surprise gift but size is bit smaller for him and fabric is rough. I wanted to return but they directly said we are unable to help you regarding this issue. Atleast they could have given me some suggestion or replacement to bigger size or they can trasfer the money in my wallet after returning the product so that i can buy something else but the man on the phone is simply refusing to help me. They just don't care about customer after they deliver there $#*!ty products.
What a foolish idea to book an order in this pepperfy.com site, didn't come across this blog before. No update after 12 days of order. They took the money. Call center no answering e-mails not answered. Local shop in Bangalore is not aware of the order and they are saying only Mumbai office know about my order. Pity customers. Should band such websites or shops that are behind eating customer money.

We have very bad experience with service lady named Sonia. She just cheated with us. She did not tell us all main policies clearly. She just has to sale the product and earn some bonus. After placing the order, we came to know dangerous policy. Though we pay full money, we can not expect good service as everything will go as per their policies only. No value for customer opinion or expectations. Wallet usage policy is just radiculus. First time in life, we came to know in case of usage of wallet balance in % type. That is pepperfry inappropriate policy. Also if we place order, we don't have have any choice to cancel the order(aftet 1 hour also, just disgusting)
Please you don't make such mistakes by purchasing furniture from pepperfry
Ordered wall shelfs with pepperfry(order id - *******)- 4 Tier Ladder Wall Shelf in Orange & Brown Finish and *******. Both times I got damaged product and worst is their customer service. They are always too harsh and dont give proper solution. Atleast first time I managed to get refund. But second time as I was out of town couldn't open pack and later found out it was damaged too. This time they told I raised issue late so no return or refund And they way they conveyed was like simply I am calling without any job. I really felt ashamed with they way the talked and felt bad to order with such website who dont have respect for their customers. If both times I got damaged product think how their quality of products. I hope this review will help people to decide not to buy with them and loose peace of mind by worst customer service and bad quality of products.
I ordered a bunch of storage items. Because of the lockdown they delayed the delivery. On May 20, i receive an email from them that the deliveries are again rescheduled and due to unforseen circumstances, i could go ahead and cancel the order if i may wish to do so. Accordingly, i cancelled the order. After a series of back and forth mails where they have given so many conflicting informations and answers, i get a refund of Rs. ******* for an amount of Rs. ******* paid. They are claiming a processing fee... for what? They asked me to cancel the order and why are they penalizing me. I guess this is their way of making quick bucks! Nothing but cheating!
I have ordered a product of 2 quantity and the product quality is worst.it is having termites infestation. I have raise a request to return both the quantity as it comes under same order but they refused to take it. And the discussion is stll going on from past 10 days.the customer service people are of no use. They dont listen to customer. Customers call will be kept on hold and will get auto cut.no response over phone call. They will just drop an email as formality but will not repky to customers email.the post sale service of company is worst. I suggest no one should buy from these cheap company.its waste of hard earned money, time and effort. I feel urban ladder is much better than pepperfry. Pepperfry is cheater.
As can be seen below dining chair order was placed on 18.03.2023 vide order no. *******. Immediately payment Rs. 4,050/- was made. Further after 10 days surprisingly received parts of the dining chair. When I refused to take delivery, Mr. Chetan ( *******887 and *******286) studio manager of JP Nagar 5th Phase requested me to take delivery of the parts and he will arrange his carpenter for assembling. But till today he has not sent carpenter. This shows the negligence of Pepperfry studio manager.

Very bad service and quality of Product. In a month my Almirah lock got jammed. My bed was not delivered on time after promise made by CEO office executive Ms Disha. Now they are not refunding my amount in my account. They are complete Fraud. Don't trust the brand. Never Never buy anything from them.

They delivered a totally incorrect product and every time I try and post a refund they reject it. Their CS Team has the audacity to tell that I was wrong inspite of providing them numerous photo proofs.

I bought a bed for my daughter. She's only 38kgs. Within a few months the bed had snapped. I called pepperfry...they sent a carpenter who brought a replacement piece and while installing it, in front of me he broke the side of the bed. He said that it would be replaced and left...then I get a call from pepperfry saying they cannot do anything because it was broken due to usage. They refuse to believe me, and i am the customer. I made a mistake. Don't make the same. Their products are sub standard and they cheat people with slick advertising...don't believe it.
I don't recommend anyone encouraging this company who puts the word of a lying carpenter over the customer. And what kind of bed breaks in a few months. Substandard poor quality products and service. Their tagline...'Very sad furniture to you.'

Pepperfry makes it extremely hard to return the damaged products. Their app would crash every single time if you try to make a return request. They do not answer to calls or emails. Basically they do not return products once delivered. So do not shop from pepperfry.
I hv ordered study table but received damaged piece. Every time I get unsatisfactory answer saying people will come n collect d damaged piece n refund my money around 6k. But still waiting for d same. It's hardly earned money. Customer care person disconnecting the calls. My experience with Pepperfry is very worst.
After so long we finally got the item but one door stopper is missing and it's not the same item that we ordered. The delivery person just left in hast without doing a proper check and said you can contact pepperfry support for further action. POOR DELIVERY, FAULTY ITEM AGAIN... ORDER NO. *******630. If you cannot fix this time I need a full refund back in my bank account and not in pepperfry account as credits. I was one of the initial customer of Pepperfry, when they came and very avid buyer if their products even visited their store.
Since I was doing up my place I bought a whole range of products from them at one go such as Beds, Study table, Bar stools, Garden Chairs, Benches, Dining table etc, after sometime they all had some defects, like paint coming off, nails coming off, cracks etc, the wood they claim sheesham is very brittle. Their after sale service is pathetic, first it's a task to connect to them after you connect, you will be flooded with messages but the guy won't come. It's better you try others like your local shops, woodenstreet, urban ladder (my morgen chair is( spik and span after 3yrs), but don't buy from Pepperfry. Planning to file a consumer complaint for defective product and deficiency in service.
Buyer beware! Pepperfry advertises hassle free returns however they do not allow for returns of any sort. You may or may not get the right product and it may or may not have the right parts. I strongly recommend that you do not order anything from Pepperfry. Safer to go to the local stores and pick out what you want so you know what you are getting.
Also, customer service is very bad they do not care about the customer only the bottom line of making money. Please keep away and pass the message along to your friends.

Ordered a kitchen clock before Diwali, postponed the delivery date thrice, and even after the postponment the tracking showed the product as not even picked up.
Ultimately I had to resort to a refund.
I kindly request customers to not buy furniture from Pepperfry, especially the items that are at a low price point. The quality is absolutely terrible. I had purchased a Queen Size Bed "Royairu Queen Size Bed in Walnut Finish by Mintwud" for our guest bedroom, intended for minimal usage. This bed started breaking down with very very minimal use. Pepperfry would not let me claim warranty on it as they believe that I did not use the product properly and the damage is under "wear and tear". I'd like to say that the value engineering on this product is done to the extent of having no value at all. It is cheap and it is absolutely useless.

Recently purchased one Ergonomic chair from Pepperfry, I received the product, which is not fit for me. I thought to return the same, but Pepperfry is saying many rules for the return and not accepting the Return or Refund option. Now am unable to adjust with the chair or can't return back the chair either. Its very worst policies of Pepperfry, which are not in favor of its customers. Please please please don't buy any products from Pepperfry, if you book the product then you are enough stuck there, you can't cancel or return if you are not satisfied with the product.
