Bought some LED pepperfly worth $500K to light my backyard. They delivered it within 4 days in superb packaging. Would definitely recommend purchasing from them not only because of their excellent service but also their lights are top quality.
Oh, Paperfry! The e-commerce site that thinks your home is their personal storage unit. They have a user base, but they have no clue what their delivery or service teams are up to. Delivery within 48 hours? More like 48 days, if you're lucky! Need home decor? Save yourself the headache and buy from anywhere else, even if it costs a bit more. At least your purchase won't become a permanent fixture in your living room. Paperfry's motto: "Why unpack when our carpenter is out having a blast?" It's like they believe your home is a waiting room for their lazy workforce!
I ordered a queen size bed which when finally arrived was in such a bad shape that I had to re-order again only to get another queen size bed with multiple scratches which made it look really old and used. In the same order, I also ordered for a dining set of 4 and a sofa-cum-bed, it's been only 5 months and the dining set & the sofa-cum-bed are already broken (thanks to their low quality processed wood).
Nothing is covered in the one year warranty! I had to re-buy my home furnitures, Thanks to PEPPERFRY
I don't live in India and I did my 1st online shopping in india for my new home in india.
I shopped for almost 2.5lakhs rupees and the item was damaged at the time of delivery.
I am still trying since 2 weeks that they fix my issue.
The things which are not even delivered they are not willing to cancel.
I have never written any reviews for any one this way but after getting horrible responses from Peppfry I am doing this so that I can save other people not to get fooled by peppfry.
Poor quality of Matress and with the 100 days trail where in one day I informed that the Matress is not good for my mother and during the purchase also I did informed that it's for my mother.

I have ordered bunk bed with storage and trudle for my kids and it was broke in 7 days. It is so unsafe to buy products from pepperfry. My bunk bed costs 34k and they have used lower quality. Customer care is supportive and ready to pick up product with full refund but what about safety of kids.
I highly not recommend for pepperfry products. They sell products with name of MDF bit all parts are not MDF. Its better to go to carpenter to make customized bed.
They are very big liars. At the time of purchase of my sofa they told me the warranty of cushioning lasts for 2years but now when I asked for the service they told it lapsed. Also they don't provide any document support of warranty at the time of purchase.

Firstly if you want to cancel your order before it is delivered, there is no cancel and refund. If cancel before ship then have to pay a cancellation fee of 2.5%. There is return after delivery only if the product is damaged or else you are stuck with it. They say we have mentioned in the terms and conditions which most of us don't read.
Then the amazing cashback offers. They make you a real fool by providing you 20-40% cashback at the time of register. If u think u r getting a great deal and order a costly product to use the cashback later, u r wrong.
* You can avail only 25% of the cashback on your next order.
* Cashback offers have timelimit which u can use for only 15 days or so.
I feel really sorry for the people who have faced such isuues and then looking for the feedback from the victims.

They are big time FRAUD. I did the BIGGEST MISTAKE of ordering express coffee tray end table from Pepperfry. I received totally BROKEN, DAMAGED, TERRIBLE QUALITY TABLE on 28/10/2021 & till date I have been struggling to return it and get my refund. They answered my call ONLY ONCE since then no response from their side even after calling them n number of times. I have been mailing them, but no response. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Delivery staff keeps giving us various excuses for not turning up! TOTAL NO NO BRAND. ABSOLUTELY FRAUD!

They will also delete your complaints from their page of they don't like it after two three days so that others can't see and keep purchasing. They send storage beds without base and expect you to store on the floor where as on site there's nothing mentioned n pics are with base only no where u can see u need to store on the floor. Horrible, unapologetic and unprofessional are the only words to describe the onsite team at the Pepperfry studio on Ring Road (Lajapt Nagar). Ms. Shreya (Store Manager), Mr. Vikram and Mr. Naman absolutely don't know how to behave with customers. Not only they do nothing to fix an issue but will keep arguing on how wrong the client is whilst they stand firm on their ground. The upper management at Pepperfry should seriously send these three for retraining so they don't tarnish the company name and create more unhappy and dissatisfied clients like us!
Product received is smaller in size than the image shown in the portal. Informed for return and the company wanted image and that also was done. Received email and I quote below:
"... we would need 2-3 images/ video of the product with measuring tape. While taking these photographs, please ensure the below image guidelines:
Images should show the entire product and zoomed-in on the product concern (damage/defective area)
The Images should be of high resolution, within 5MB and JPEG format.
For video, the size should be within 24MB and in MP4 format."

Wrong suggestions are shown in terms of dimensions. And they cheat customers by not allowing returns. Very bad experience. I would say this is easily FURNITURE MAFIA looting people. Its a huge eye wash. Go for Home center, Urban Ladder - Both are much better in quality and customer service.

I have ordered two frames from pepperfry application and waiting time of dlvry was around 10 days. After 10 days i hv chcked on app and it showing delivered to me but products was not dlvrd to me. And on receiving thr was not my signature on that. I have complained too that i have not recipient packet till date no solution.

Firstly they placed a wrong order against my order Id, due to which my order was delayed by 6 days and then they did not have any courtesy to let me know about the same. When i called to check the status of the same, they told me that the product I ordered was was a hometown product, hence i will have to check with them for delivery and any kind assembly. These people take the orders and forward them to vendors with no responsibility of theirs. These people give all sorts of wrong information about the product and the delivery. I purchased MIMI shoe rack from Mintwud thru pepperfry and the carpenter was unable to do the assembly due to manufacturing defect but however he forcibly fitted the part through hammering. After assembly I found that the doors are misaligned and scratching with the body base. Please go for Godrej Interio or Zuari or Kurl On or Nilkamal directly through their sales outlet.
