Bought some LED pepperfly worth $500K to light my backyard. They delivered it within 4 days in superb packaging. Would definitely recommend purchasing from them not only because of their excellent service but also their lights are top quality.
Oh, Paperfry! The e-commerce site that thinks your home is their personal storage unit. They have a user base, but they have no clue what their delivery or service teams are up to. Delivery within 48 hours? More like 48 days, if you're lucky! Need home decor? Save yourself the headache and buy from anywhere else, even if it costs a bit more. At least your purchase won't become a permanent fixture in your living room. Paperfry's motto: "Why unpack when our carpenter is out having a blast?" It's like they believe your home is a waiting room for their lazy workforce!
The worst online experience i ever had or will have. We ordered dinning table from pepper fry, just after one day of installation from carpenter chair got broke. Luckily by god grace my husband sitting on chair didnt get injured because of support of wall.
Immediately i raised return request, Can you imagine these pepper fry stupid customer care idiots mailed us "This is wear and tear case so cant be considered as return product.
We called these idiots multiple times and told we are ready to pay more please replace at least chairs because its not safe to sit on them.
I got the same answer from these idiots.
Can anybody make me understand how a product (furniture) can be used in one day by customer and make it fail.

I picked up a 2 door wardrobe from Pepperfry. I needed something that would fit a specific space in the house and was looking for those specific dimensions. The issue started from the point of delivery.
When they delivered the product, the opened it all out including screws, small fittings etc and left it on the floor and disappeared stating the carpenter will come at a later time to fix it. Who does that? It is inconvenient and hazardous for people who have children and pets!
2. The carpenter came 2 days later to assemble the wardrobe. When he assembled it we realised that the dimensions were different. The depth according to their website for 17 inches, while the actual depth was 21 inches! Also, while fixing the wardrobe drawers, the hinges were damaged. The carpenter was supposed to come back immediately to fix it, it's been a week and we are still waiting.
3. I wrote to customer service who promptly wanted pictures. I sent it to them 3 days back and haven't got a revert till date.
Please go to urban ladder instead, they are priced better and their quality is way better!
The product got delivered in very bad condition and no carpenter response for 2 days. I can't wait for replacement again for another week, so adjusting to the $#*!ty product by paying overprice.

Rupees 8115 was debted from my account, again i rebooked for the same item for 8115 with my gst no,
Now after 10 days i got the refund of 7326 rupees, deducting 789 rupees, as per customer care 205% is charged for cancellation charges. But even after that i lost 8115 minus 2.5% ie: 203.00, even then i should get 7912, but they gave only 7326 a difference of again 586.00, they never paid me,

I had ordered a bed cover in grey and white from the brand ROMEE. It came in a black and white, colours completely different from the picture. My entire theme of my room is grey and white. The picture represented on the website showed that it should match with my colour theme. In reality it does not. Also the fabric quality that has come is so rough. I would never imagine using this as a bed sheet. The fabric is not worth the MRP of almost Rs. 5000/-. I bought at a 50% discount. But not accepting returns for inferior quality fabric and the colour being completely different. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with Pepper Fry. They do not care about any customer care. Have no received a single call about this. Would rather move to but next time from Amazon. At least they have a decent return policy and if the client is not satisfied with the quality, you have some security to return the product. The fabric sent by the Pepper fry is so rough, it enough to give someone a rash. Anyway, would never buy from Pepper fry again

My daughter and me happened to visit the Pepperfry Studio (opp Phoenix Mills, Lower Parel, Mumbai) for a first-hand look at some of the furniture items available for a work-from-home use... there was no one available to attend to us... there was a group of five huddled around a table and watching a TV screen... none of them bothered to ask what we were there for... after 10 agonising minutes wait, I went to ask them can we be helped? A lady made a sign - wait for 5 minutes... after another 10 mins, we decided to just walk-off... and none of the staff present, even bothered to come and ask us why we were there... of all of them, guard at the door was the most active with a hand-temp check and indicating that we wait for some more time... this will be my first and last visit to Pepperfry... lousy people and lousier service... came home and decided to buy from Godrej Interio... I am sure will mean more to Pepperfry than the ₹ 40k of purchase I made not from them!
We have brought a wardrobe and it has not been 2 years and the wardrobe is full of fungus growing from inside to outside and it is difficult to use it as it is in such a bad condition.

I ordered a study lamp cost 1300 inr, Got delivered today. When opened the box it was full of papers, I thought papers might be there for the protection but when checked thoroughly there was nothing inside it. They just sent me papers for 1300 rupees.

Delivery commitment is not kept... keep getting delayed. Even after receiving SMS confirmation that the ordered product is 'Out for Delivery' it is taking 3 days!
Ordered 3 King sized bedspreads. 2 were not as per catalogue. Just rags. They refused to refund. Cited some 7 day limit. Because we opened the package late. Horrible experience.
Tip for consumers:
Always open the package immediately on receipt. If you delay as we did beyond 7 days and are shocked to find old torn bedsheets instead of the glorious ones you ordered from their catalogue, they just won't refund. We lost nearly 2K this way.

I booked a table and chair on 2nd May, 2020. These were promised to get delivered by 16th May, 2020 and 22nd May, 2020, which subsequently didn't happen. My question is I understand Covid 19 situation, but I want to know why the order was accepted, if this cannot be delivered within specified time. If done on speculation that Lockdown will be dropped by Government where Maharashtra is having highest of infection and Government being precautious will extend the Lockdown period. Next even I cannot cancel my order and get my prepaid payment refunded to my card.
I had INR 1152 cashback amount which is expiring in 7 days and then when I tried to purchase another item, they are by default giving INR 50 od discount and mentioning "Wallet Balance Can Not Be Used For COD Orders." SCAM SCAM SCAM

1. WE HAVE ORDERED A ORIEL DINING TABLE, WHICH SHAKES EVEN WHEN YOU TOUCH IT SLIGHTLY THIS CONDITION RAISED WITHIN FEW MONTHS AFTER THE PRODUCT ARRIVED. BENCH COLLAPSED COMPLETELY. AND THERE IS ZERO RESPONSE FOR THE SERVING OF THE SAME.
2.2ND WE ORDERED A BED WHICH CREATE SO MUCH CRANKY NOISE WHILE LAYING ON IT.
I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM PEPPERFRY, URBANLADDAR IS MUCH MUCH BETTER IN TERMS OF QUALITY BUT YES IT IS LITTLE PRICEY BUT ITS QUALITY IS WORTH TO THAT PRICE.

They just say they will return their things but there is no way to return if you don't like the product. Most cheap ghatiya below standard People working here. If anyone has to go to pepperfry you are cheated by cheap people. Worst experience ever in my life. Cheated by fake website. This is so awkward. Govt should work to close this kind of fake websites. Who are just working to keep people hard earned money. I am so dissapointed of their behaviour. They will cut your phone will not listen to you but if you paid to them for something that means forget your money. They can send you any kind of garbage and you have to keep it because they just have a return policy as they say but denied to take anything back. Or give you any bull $#*! reason for not taking it back. This fake website should be closed by govt. They are abiding their own t and c. They are selling garbage. They know it but can't take it back because they are suppose to cheat people.
Given an option I would even rate 0.5 star to this so called luxury brands online shopping service. We ordered the this center table online through their website with 100% payment. We were given delivery date which was 1 and half month later than the booking date which we were okay with and went ahead. Inspite of that we dint receive the product not even an update as to why was the delivery delayed. We kept on calling the customer service and they kept on royally dodging us with 24 hours and 48 hours reply's for only giving an update about the order and not actually the product and finally after making some 8 to 10 calls and getting no relevant response we ended up cancelling the order. I couldn't not believe that in an era of buying veggies online and getting delivered at door step pepper fry could not manage a furniture to deliver in time that too with 100% pre payment. Leave alone the product they were not even in situation of updating the correct status of my order. I think it's high time they stop calling them selves a luxury brand. Even a local vendor could do better business then these.
My biggest mistake was not to check some reviews before buying from Pepperfry. I'm coming to know of so many bad reviews only when i decided to write a review myself.
First, their showroom has nothing to show, instead they show you on a screen... basically the very website you can also browse at home. Then they ask you to come back after finalizing the model, only to realize there are no additional benefits if they place order on your behalf... the store just wanted to show sale number. So i decided to order it myself at home, then when product came, it was badly packed, had some small piece comeoff... the delivery guys say it can be patched up by the carpenter who will come to assemble. When i asked, he said they come automatically the same day... when i called the carpenter he said he will come tomorrow... then next day he said he will come later next day... ONLY FOR ME TO REALISE YOU NEED TO CALL THE customer service number to place a assembly request! There are no information being sent on this in email or msg or even the delivery or carpenter bothered to tell the process... just making us wait. Guys... my advise would be pls check other big showrooms who deliver and assemble with a proper process and also immediate return/replacement when damage happens.

They dont repair or replace the product which is under warranty and don't take responsibilty of any damage of product. Very bad customer service.

Had a very bad experience, the product I ordered was very expensive but very very bad quality, could use if only for a month. They don't take the ownership of product sold by them. And very rude cs.
Ordered Herp Executive Chair for 11K odd. The Pros are:
1. Received the chair well before promised delivery date.
2. Chair "looks": exactly as given in the website.
It may be my fault or misleading advertisement, that I got a poor quality product.
1. There is absolutely no manual or instruction to assemble the chair. Not that it is too difficult to assemble, but still it shows absolute lack of professionalism. This is not a toy set and should have come with assembly instructions.
2. The picture showed as if it has a metallic base, but it is made up of very cheap plastic. I'm not sure how long will this work. If the base breaks (which is often the case with most executive chairs), the chair is completely useless. All the money I spent on now hinges on this good-for-nothing plastic base.
3. Whatever glittered as metal in the picture is all plastic. The cladding around the handle which I thought is a chrome plated metal is very cheap plastic. China made toys could have had better plastic. My 5 year old can remove the cladding just with his nail. Also, the base of the handle is of very cheap plastic. Even if plastic is used, it could have been of better quality. I assure you that this is the worse kind of plastic that could have been used on a 11K+ chair.
Overall, I'm thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the product. I will never ever visit pepperfry (or for that matter, any online furniture store, for I got the raw end of the deal) or will buy any product from them.
