Bought some LED pepperfly worth $500K to light my backyard. They delivered it within 4 days in superb packaging. Would definitely recommend purchasing from them not only because of their excellent service but also their lights are top quality.
Oh, Paperfry! The e-commerce site that thinks your home is their personal storage unit. They have a user base, but they have no clue what their delivery or service teams are up to. Delivery within 48 hours? More like 48 days, if you're lucky! Need home decor? Save yourself the headache and buy from anywhere else, even if it costs a bit more. At least your purchase won't become a permanent fixture in your living room. Paperfry's motto: "Why unpack when our carpenter is out having a blast?" It's like they believe your home is a waiting room for their lazy workforce!
I haven't seen or experienced such a bad app and even the staff, the table that i ordered was damaged and they were not even accepting their fault and was saying that we will not exchange even when their staff told that it is damaged, Worst app ever
Pathetic scenario: The order was confirmed and later on canceled due to a listing issue and still the item is listed. Seems Pepperfry allowed the deep discounts to lure the customers and later on cancel the order as failed to provide the item at discounted prices.

Pepperfry are such a fraud and cheapsters, ordered item with more than *******, is been more than a month they have not shipped it, called them more than 50 times and the same useless response that they will give us a call back which never happened, it is so frustrating, never order from them
They give the date of delivery, on date they don't do once delivery is done, now reach carpenter for getting the assemble but they come as per there time, once they come few parts are not delivered from. Pepper fry, Later u plac3 order no response, oversllllll worst service.
The order was placed on 1st June with Pepperfry. Wakefit claims manufacturing given on 15th for cot and they do not know end date of delivery and for mattress it is 29th June again claiming they have to manufacture. Pepperfry showed proof of 2-3 days to 2 weeks and estimated date was to be the outset date of 15-17th June 2022. Pepperfry is unable to sort it out and give update. Looks like either pepperfry has no influence on Wakefit and worse than a courier. Pepperfry is unable to take a stand to pull down wakefit items. On other hand another order placed neither at Pepperfry or Wakefit but another vendor, received in 4 days.

Please do not try ordering anything from Pepperfry - which is not of Pepperfry as they seem to have no control on the vendor. Pepperfry own products I cannot say anything as have no experience
I ordered a sideboard worth ******* on sept 23. After a lot of reminders I got the delivery around 6th Nov. The product that was delivered was horrible. It was supposed to be an industrial finish one but was barely colored, it had termite holes fixed with a fixture, the door had cracks. And was broken. I had a lot of patience as the delivery was late but was very excited as I had liked the product on the website, but this was a complete disappointment. Finally they simply refunded me. But I dearly wanted the product and not the refund. The product was from Bohemiana. This vendor is horrible as they were forcing us to keep the product and was not giving any replacement even if we had not accepted their damaged delivery... total disappointment. I have got a lot of products from Pepperfry and they were simply good, on time delivery, good quality. But this particular vendor Bohemiana shows good product images online but are terrible at delivering it.
They are pathetic. Make sure you go to the local market. Surprisingly, local furniture store equals a better collection than indicated on the PF web site in a lower rate.

Pepperfry cost for Rs. ******* but just with in the use of 2 months it started sagging and in the middle it sagged very deep then I complaint to Pepperfry and ask for return but they not returned it they just sent a carpenter who did the temporary repair.
After that again in 8 months it started troubling with same issues this tym when we asked for the replacement or atleast repair they completely denied it and started not responding even the sofa is in warranty period only.
My suggestion is please do not buy any product from pepperfry as in outside the product will look good but the quality and service are pathetic, it will not worth to your money.
Shocking that they have 2 stars. I was a normal customer with a valid question. Their site was super buggy, their items are 2x the price & shipping times are double for what I can get in other online retail stores. So what am I paying this money for then? I know - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. One curious question for which they just didn't have the spine to answer properly and kept copy pasting the same response. We bought a sofa soft from Pepper fry when we got
It it was defective. We spoke for the replacement they denied and after 1000 of call they finally came and took it for repairing. Its been more then 15 days we are constantly asking for the sofa no scope of getting back. They are not bothered to revert nor give the status of what is happening of it.
No receipt nothing. We have function at home and there is no sofa in the livining area. I would hightly highly recommend not to go for pepperfry.

Given an option I would even rate 0.0000 star to this so called luxury brands online shopping service. Ordered some key holder pepper fly worth Rs. 1k but not received till now. Always says will let u knw... where is ur product let me check once bla blaa blaaa... We kept on calling the customer service and they kept on royally dodging us with 24 hours and 48 hours reply's for only giving an update about the order.

1. They take eternal time to delivery the product. Be it furniture to small clock / towel.
2. No cancellation policy even for non-furniture items. I agree for furniture this makes some sense as they would have started the work. For towels, metal shoe box it make no sense. When the same product is available with return / exchange policy in Amazon, Flipkart.
3. Furnitures are not upto the mark. They will send a carpenter to inspect when you raise a claim and disappear after that. Making multiple follows on these will fall on deaf ears.
4. The delivery has gone worse now. Earlier atleast they used to send information about who will deliver the product and contact details. Now they have offloaded it to Delhivery. We need to followup with them to get it delivered properly.
This is a cheat and fraud company selling the defect products with high prices and no services provided in warranty period. Without hearing complaints, tickets are closed. Do not buy...!
I have purchased solid wood bed worth 45k, today that price is 65 k on site and within 9 months it makes creeking sound yoy can't sleep, which solid wood bed gets this problem at this price point. Top of that no service provided, ko warranty claim. Company will say it is usage issue, as if product was meant not to use.

Worst Customer Service I had ever seen. There was not an option for 0-star rating, else I would have given that. I bought a queen size bed from them. The bed mattress size that was written on the website(7860) was not correct. Even a mattress with a length of 77 inches is bigger on the bed. So, I asked them to return the bed. It has been 1.5 months but they are not even coming back with a resolution. I have emailed them endless times but no reply. When I call on customer care, then again and again I need to explain the entire scenario because obviously they do not know the situation and they assure me every time that my case manager will get in touch with me, but I do not receive any response post that. Even, there is a mismatch in their communication. A carpenter visited my place and he said that the bed is small and needs to be returned. Again I did not receive any call from them for the next 7 days. Then I called them and they said that as per the carpenter's report, the bed is fine. I do not know what politics is going on in this company. But, the worst service I cannot even imagine from someone.
I have tried everything but my case has not been answered. This is the worst company I have seen in my lifetime and I will never want to use their services in the future.
My experience with pepperfry was horrific. I had to return the clock, i bought as it was defective. I made a refund request. There was no response for the first 24 hours. Then, they scheduled a pickup. The pickup staff from the fedex was so rude and harassed me for the return details. The fedex pickup staff, himself called pepperfry thieves. I wouldn't recommend shopping with pepperfry.
I have ordered an engineered wood book shelf from pepper fry this January (6months back). The shelves inside is bent and doesnt seem to be of good quality. I have requested for a resolution since the warranty is of 3 years. However the customer care executive told me its wear and tear issue and denied the replacement / refund for the item.the initial reason they have told me was that its was due to monsoon its showing the damage when I questioned it they have changed their answer to wrong usage I questioned that as well saying bookshelfs are meant to hold books and it should do that properly they changed the answer to wear and tear and hence warranty is void

I have purchased dining table and its Chairs from Pepperfry which is not of the desired quality as the seats of the chairs are getting separated from its back. I had raised complaint for my order No ******* for which their carpenter visited my home on 31/5/2021, he himself agreed that the product needs replacement. Since then, there is no communication from the Company. I had raised my complaints through phone and e mail, but no one attended to my complaint till now. A very unprofessional customor care just intrested to sell products without bothring for after sales complaints.
Pepperfry Customer service call centre is horrible. My chair was delivered with missing screws and was not installed. I was promised by Gautum than someone come to me within 48 hours with missing screws and installed my chair. Nobody come I call again I ask to talk to Gautam I was informed he has day off. Vikas promised me that he will solve the issue and call me within 3,4 hours he never call. I tried to reach customer service again next day I got automated recording that all customer service agents cant pick up my call because they have Internal event. This is simply disaster once they sell you product you cant reach them. My chair still stands in the box I can't use it.

I placed an order for 24 plates on 30th March, I got the delivery on 18th April that is after 20 days. I called pepper fry to help me with the return and the customer service person tells me once sold it cannot be returned. They dont have a return policy unless it is damaged. I told him that the product is not as per what i expected and also it was delayed by 20 days so i had to purchase it from somewhere else as i needed it early.
He has blankly refused to take return and when i told him i will take this to consumer court, he in return is telling me no use coz they will just take your complaint and close the case.
I have been forced to keep a product that i do not want.
