Three weeks ago I purchased specialised dog food for my pet... four live chats later and constant apologies and STILL NO DELIVERY... I have never been so frustrated and disappointed in the lack of action and desire to resolve my issue of paying handsomely for a product I have not received. The live chat is absolutely useless, scripted answers and inability to resolve the matter. I encourage you to AVOID any disappointment and to not support this business, as the other reviews have also stated.
Ran out of dog food for one of the most popular dogs in the world! Than just refunded money like nothing happend! It's jusy Lucky I heard from other people that they where so unrealiable that i had other food just in case! Never again this place needs a zero star rating there sirvice is a joke!
Ordered bag of dog food on 7th August. Waited a week. Contacted Pet Circle and was told they would investigate progress and update me. Not a word. I contacted again and again, eventually they confirmed that the courier had lost my order. A replacement order was sent on 20th of August, marked as shipped on 21st. Still no delivery. I contacted Pet Circle again on 27th Aug, and was told the order had only been picked up by the courier the previous night (26th). I contacted the courier. They could not trace my order. I contacted both Pet Circle and Couriersplease today, 1st Sept, almost a month after my first order! No trace of the replacement order either. No contact number to speak to someone, only online chats. Have been a loyal client for 3+ years, but will NEVER buy from Pet Circle again! Very frustrated and disappointed.
After I contacted the chat service again today, I was offered a refund.
Really slow receiving order, says nothing on their website of when coming. Have to ring them, they are rude and can't answer simple question of when I'm getting my order. Still waiting.

Having ordered a tray of cans of special dog food suggested by our Vet for our dog suffering from Pancreatitis, I belatedly realised he will eat nothing but plain cooked chicken whilst suffering this painful condition and today contacted Pet Circle to see if it was possible to return the tray of cans for a refund. Not only was the cash refund in my PayPal account within the hour but I was stunned to receive the suggestion that instead of having to go to the expense of returning the items to the company, that I donate the goods to a local animal rescue centre of my choice. Pet Circle will certainly be the top of the go to list for pet related purchases in the future. Amazing service as was that of their delightful Customer Service representative "Sam", an asset to any company in her said capacity. A huge THANK YOU Pet Circle.
So when you make an order if you are ordering any consumerables then it automatically selects the auto delivery option for you, so every six weeks it bills you again using the payment information you have previously provided. I had no idea. When I got a surpirse email saying I had a auto delivery coming soon I tried to cancel it online, it looked canceled, said I had no auto deliveries, but their website must have glitched at it reverted back and put it through anyway and charged my paypal account. When I complained their chat person only vaguely said they might, maybe, give me a credit on future purchases and then abruptly ended the chat when I asked for a refund. I have cancelled it again so hopefully it doesn't go through again next month but I have no faith it won't suddenly "glitch" gain and revert back... very unethical. I now have 5 years worth of water purifyier for my fish tank...
I WILL NEVER use PET CIRCLE AGAIN, this is not the 1st time had issues but gave them a few more chances as things happen, I understand there can be delays and Im very reasonable and if updated with delivery status I am quite happy to wait - BUT NO MORE I' M DONE with them, they USED TO BE good - I have waited weeks for a delivery that never showed customer service never followed up, SPENT hundreds of $$ when contact them to ask where my items are they said courier never got back to them but didnt follow up either I WILL NEVER USE PET CIRCLE AGAIN
Don't think your order is a one off, they will take funds from your account and ship out products you don't even need. Be weary. I will be removing my credit card details and shopping elsewhere
Ordered food for Guide Dog's special diet food from Pet Circle (PC) online - 1st delivery came no issue. On an auto reorder (8 June 2021) the food was apparently delivered (on 11 June 2021) to someone's apartment by the look of the picture PC sent me of the delivery by their courier. I live in a residential house. Then the food was apparently delivered on 14 June 2021 (yes Queen's birthday) sent to a shop or business in a shopping centre in Burwood East in the picture provided to me by PC (see attached) from their courier. So still no delivery to me of the initial Order. PC say they are preparing another Order that will be sent by Australia Post and be delivered in 1 to 4 day. I just can't recommend them to deliver on-line after this debacle. Unfortunately I can't give PC a minus star or else I would. Simply a fiasco from start and perpetuated by a second similar fiasco - don't their couriers use GPS or even a road map and are they really that stupid, so dim as not to be able to remember where they delivered the product to - like it's not rocket science.- lets hope the use of Australia Post brings the much needed food for my dog. I placed one order for a new kind of food for my cat. I noticed that their website had automatic re-order set as their default, so I purposefully (and definitely) opted OUT of re-order. Of course I wouldn't set up a re-order for a food product before my cat had even tried it. Pet Circle then charged me for a false "re-order". When I phoned to request a refund for an order I never placed, they alternated between apologising for "accidentally" setting up a re-order and then blaming me for doing this. Their story kept changing. They are being very avoidant about giving me a refund. Pet Circle seems to be dishonest and fraudulent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM PET CIRCLE.
Message to Pet Circle after no concern from them today.
Start packing your tinned dog food properly, put cardbox separators or packing in between each can if you cant deliver the goods undamaged the way they should be, then you shouldn't be in business. This is not an isolated occurrence they also have previous history of this.
We had 20 damaged bashed and squashed cans recently.

Our vet wouldn't dare sell damaged cans of dog food and say it's acceptable practice and neither should you.

Generally the service and delivery times from Pet Circle are good, and the prices are generally better than Main Street, but when it comes to their auto-delivery and customer service, this mob are atrocious. Some months ago, a product I had on auto-delivery was 'ouit of stock', but Pet Circle still debited my credit card evn though there was no delivery. After contacting their chat room and being promised a refund (which never happened), and several weeks afterwards sending them an email, I have still had no reply - that was 6 weeks ago, and still no refund. And guess what? The same thing has happened again - the goods I ordered for auto-delivery are out of stock, but they AGAIN charged my crerdit card for the full amount. Today I received an email to say that the goods were back in stock and please re-order, but when I attempted to do this, their ordering system was going to charge my account yet again. This company is having serious problems; it's technology doesn't work (there is no interface between finance and warehouse/despatch) and their customer service is nothing more than a fancy piece of jargon. Quite simply - their auto-delivery is a rip off; if you use it, you are likely to be out of pocket if the item is out of stock. And it's no use complaining to them - they just ignore you. It's time for Consumer Affairs to put a rocket under them.
After receiving an email that l had 2 boxes of Big 5 Protection Packs for dogs on the 25th of Nov 2020 in the mail l immediately contacted PetCircle and told them l had not ordered them. They had debited my A/c through Pay Pal and it was not until the 8th of Dec l was notified l was to receive a credit for $175-93 being the amount.
I had to threaten them with a Statuary Declaration and the report l had sent to the NSW Fair Trading before l had any satisfaction. My advice would be to avoid PetCircle with a forty-foot pole.
Recevied message saying delivered but nothing recvied. Delivery driver didnt have the packge with him but he cleard his scaner and put deliverd. And try to contact someone from petCircle and they dont have number to contact. Only online chat and email. And informed me anather 4 days to delivery agin..
I check every morning my c/c statement I noticed that my Amex was debited on the 12th Jan by Pet Circle and had not ordered anything. Therefore I contacted them and spoke to their customer service
I had order in November a toy for the dog for Xmas.
Was told that when you order on line adding an item to the cart, auto-delivery is often the default option to highlight the best price and default a simple order to "on repeat"
(If you do not change this, they will send you the same item every 2 months after!)
I cancelled the order with her on the 12th as it had not been sent, she was able to stop it and I never received it. I was never told that a change of mind purchases will not give you a refund! First it was NEVER a change of mind as I never ordered another toy.
I was told that they would credit my account!
Was told that "When your next order is up coming we also send out a 7-day reminder that has the option to process early, postpone for a week, skip or amend. "

Like MANY others i've just read about on VARIOUS sites, the order never arrived. Delivery is the issue. I told them three years ago their courier was terrible but they said they with with a new one. My guess is same couriers different name. Anyway, below tells you the state of affairs. Needless to say I got onto chat, was told I'd be contacted, was not, got back on chat after the weekend, was told I'd be emailed by six, nothing, got back onto chat and organised a refund, but because i don't trust them i had paid thru paypayl and sent them copies of the chats and $ oweing. I wouldn't touch them again, ever.

Answer: Initially it was reasonably prompt, however once they realised I was very dissatisfied and wasn't accepting of their scripted apologies they would disconnect me from live chat asap. This happened several times.
Answer: Considering pet circle price match and have quite high ratings on other review sites (this site seems to attract a lot of angry people) I would say pet circle is definitely a contender for cheap prices and wonderful customer service. Unless you have zero tolerance for any mistakes and if that is the case, I would recommend buying from nowhere.
Answer: Yes, I have never had been left angry by an unresolved issue with pet circle. They have always been willing to rectify any issue and this is why for the past 3 or 4 years I have only ever shopped with them for anything for my dogs.
