A little cumbersome to use on mobile phone. Constant need to push Done even when field is filled. Lost the previous data when I linked to more info on policies etc which was irritating. Good presentation of policy choices and implications.

Site is easy to navigate. It took very little time to find the coverage for my dogs that I wanted. And the prices beat comparable plans by 50% or more as I did 3 quotes side by side with different providers.

I extensively reviewed the quote and company, and they are the best out there. The sales Agent Loreal was excellent in returning my phone calls and answering question, she was very knowledgeable and polite. I gave 3 stars on the " how likely are you to buy from us again if you ever need a similar product/service?" because I would like to see how the policy goes before I give 5 stars.

I am thankful for the lack of age bias and no judgement for not selecting a wellness plan. The enrollment process is straightforward and fast. I hope I don't have to use the insurance, but I take comfort in knowing I can get care for my cats when they need it!

Just getting to this web site through the portal was long. Had to type my name my dogs name multiple times. Just get your own web site and things would be easier. Price is OK.

I am slightly confused about the policy. I don't think I have got it yet. I better call them today. Also I can't really say how I rate the experience. I haven't received any products or services yet. As far as signing up for the insurance it was fine but I don't know when the policy is coming or if it came and I didn't see it if it came by email. Oh well. It will sort itself out.

Easy to complete and a lot of comprehensive information on their website. This is a great company if you see that they are really trying to help you make the best decisions for your pet. I am a new dog owner and after using petpremiums website I felt confident and informed enough to get a dog and buy the insurance with them.

I have been paying pet insurance with Pet Premium for 4 years now. First the first time ever I really needed to use it as my dog was diagnosed with Mast Cell Tumors. He had surgery, I submitted bill and for the line item for the removal, $954, I was only reimbursed $278!!!! $135 per tumor?! They told me the rate the cost by the area I live in, appealing won't help, and talking to supervisor won't help. I am stunned!!! For all the money I pay and for removing cancerous tumors, they failed me! Completely disgusted.

Buyer beware! Policy has a clause which allows them to only pay what they claim is customary charges. These charges are not transparent so instead of a 90% policy you really get a 60% of coverage.This allows them to pay very little of the actual claim. Stay Away! $1488 claim they only paid $574. JUNK

Can't say how satisfied I am about the products or services I received as I just purchased the insurance for the first time . The site was easy to use and the pricing was very valuable compared to other companies.

This site is more user friendly than other sites I have visited. This is the first pet insurance that I have seen that offers a Wellness policy that I have not been able to find with any other pet insurance. To me that is very important

Your website said that the service is free for 30 days, so that means that I will not be getting charged until after 30 days to the credit card. Please email me at *******@inbox.com and confirm that this is correct, so I didn't like you asking for my credit card information since the advertisement said try you free for 30 days first.

One thing I liked about PetPremium is that I was not hassled or harassed into buying the policy, it was just the right amount of contact. I was a referral from an existing client, Happy I went with them!

Other companies had higher prices and some had the same price. I particularly liked that petpremium followed up with me personally because sometimes you want to talk to a real person!

So also are very excited to have Perry insured now with PetPremium Inc, A lot of other companies don't offer an accident, illness and wellness in one policy and PetPremium does! My sales Agent L'Oreal was terrific, she explained my coverages in detail and made sure I understood my policy!

It could be a little cheaper and all Wellness levels should cover dental cleaning at least once a year. Having clean teeth has a lot to do with having a healthy dog.

I could not believe how cheap our plan was for all the coverage that we got. I thought it was a trick that we were offered more coverage for10 less per month than another company (Embrace).

Good website. More explanation about term of policy and detail is needed. For example the coverage of the wellness program is per year? It is not clear.

I feel like I got good coverage for a great price and I was properly educated on the policy details by the sales agent before purchasing on the phone.
