Stopped by PetSmart and asked for a price for trim and wash. Quoted $88.00. Dropped off dog and got call that due to heavy matting behind ears they would have to cut that area close and it would cost a little more. I went to pick up dog and they had shaved him. Then I went to cash register and they charged $154. To me that is more than a little more for what looks terrible.

I had an issue with Petsmart and a cancelled order, and I was given the runaround for the past month. I still haven't received my refund from it. Petsmart customer service hasn't a clue about how to treat customers. Every customer service agent and supervisor I spoke with told me something different. Emails from Petsmart say something different than what customer service says. It is irritating and extremely frustrating to speak with people who don't know how the process of a refund works.
Tip for consumers:
That you better be sure you want to order online, because speaking with Petsmart online customer service is the equivalent of speaking with those who give lectures on the virtues of pink tutus for elephants.

Returned items to them. First they did not want to send me a prepaid label. Second it has been 10 days already and still no refund. I am telling you a nightmare these people are. Stay away. They use a call center and always a different person when I contacted them. Terrible terrible terrible!

Petsmart overpriced, exceptionally rude employees, lack if inventory. Just don't like shopping there and I'm sick of there rude employees. Pet Supplies Plus is my new store! Much better shopping experience! Always find what I'm looking to buy.

I booked my first grooming 3 days ago and received a $10 off coupon. I went back to the app to retrieve it, when i was in the store, and could not find it anywhere. Asked the cashier if it was under my rewards, but nope. It had just vanished

I will never go take my pet to get groomed here ever again! This is the worst thing i've ever seen in my life. The employees are mean and don't listen to a thing you say. We took my dog here twice and both were just horrible especially the 2 time, we even told them not to shave him and what do they do? SHAVE HIM! We had simply asked for a teddy bear cut and they cut all his hair off on his face when we told them over and over again to only TRIM his eyes and they cut ALL his fur off EVERYWHERE, his face the body. So much that now we can see his bones! I am not to picky about my dog service but this is just appalling. My pet store is in rochester henrietta NY and i am pleased with their veterinarian, but all the people at the grooming center are just not caring and do not listen what so ever. So do yourself a favor and never take your pet there. Thanks, your unhappy customer.

I swear they are are trying their best to make you never want to shop with them again. Whoever designed the website must a competitor or someone who hates the company. Items become randomly unavailable/available for shipping as you add or remove other items. Coupons/promos don't show, login doesn't work, and checkout screens simply stop working when you click next step. Feels like using a website from the 1990's. The site then sent me to a survey page asking why I didn't complete my purchase with them today. After I wrote down my feedback I noticed there wasn't even a submit button or any other way to submit the page I just wasted more time completing. See first line of this review.

So inexperienced employees at the mesa signal butte location. I realize that dogs can be a challenge sometimes, but gees. This was the second time we had our baby groomed and both times he has come back butchered and they always complain about how hard it was to groom him. Never complete the services because always an excuse. Just watching them groom the other small dogs is terrible for the way they treat them. So inmature employees and never clean up the floor from one dog to the other. Please do not carry your pride and joy unless you don't care what they look like afterwards.

I took my dog in to get his nails trimmed as the nail is curled over causing him to limp. They said oh he is limping so we can't cut his nails but it's his nails causing him to limp. Dog 2 had all the paperwork but apparently the "Karen" working didn't like the rabies paperwork even though it had the sticker from the vaccine, date, etc. total waste of time, I really believe they just didn't want to cut dogs toenails and, made up excuses. 0, stars

How about that? You want to spoil your pet with some treats and they dont eat it. No worries, petsmart accepts returns. The staff are great and you will find every price and everthing at this one shop

I purchased a 6lb bag of Purina Pro Plan Focus Puppy Lamb & Rice. There was a tag that said buy 1 get 1 free. The catch, the price per bag on the shelf was doubled. So I really paid for both bags. The Petco price was 8.97, PetSmart price was 17.99. Be aware of what you are buying at PetSmart. I will never enter a PetSmart store again.

I recently visited petsmart to purchase some crickets for my sons reptiles.the worker back there where they were at stopped what she was doing and cut open a shipped box of crickets just for me because the selves were empty. She was very kind in getting just the right size crickets and the amount of crickets I needed and she also knew the exact price on them.

I brought my Schnauzer for a groom and instead they trim all the hair by someone not trained nor qualified person.
Only one person treat my dog well and that's Amanda at the Alliance PetSmart in North Texas.
This is another review from another unhappy person.
I stopped bringing my dogs in for grooming after my dogs were left with cuts. They were very defensive and didn't take responsibility to my satisfaction. Their prices are too high so I stopped buying food etc. but went in for grooming because they were close by. I found a much better place now I won't ever be back.

I go to Petsmart for my chinchillas, birds, dogs and rats! Chew toys are awesome, they have bones that arent made of rawhide which is GREAT. So many things to offer. I go and volunteer at the signal butte and baseline location. Highly recommend it

If you have money to waste on the crap in this store you should reorganize your priorities. Like there's starving children, homelessness, cancer research, or volunteer at the humane society. Instead of buying 60$ bags of dog food that you could buy for a third of the price at any store. Use your wasted moneyh to actually do something helpful for mankind or dogs in need since you probably have some messed up obsession with ur pet.

Just picked up my 40 pound golden doodle from the grooming salon on E. Tamiami Tr. In Naples, FL. What caring individuals! Excellent service and excellent job! Couldn't be happier. I have been to several different grooming salons in Naples, and Petsmart is definitely the best, hands down.

Petsmart is a well stocked store with plenty of variety for all of your animals needs. I shop for bird food, cat food and dog food here on a regular basis. Grooming is ok but usually busy so walk ins aren't recommended unless you have time to spare.

I regularly use Petsmart feature of ordering items online and then picking up in the store. Unlike Petco, Petsmart offers a discount on ALL items whereas Petco selectively offers a discount for certain, non-expensive things. I place my order, get an email confirmation that it's ready usually within an hour, and just pick up in the store and then I'm on my way. Very convenient and I love the extra 5% off. Well worth it!

I bought a Chinese Water Dragon about 5 years ago. He was sick and deformed and we returned him so he could get treated by their in-store hospital. We bought him back after 2 wks. He never grew to the size most dragons get to be and we recently lost him die to illness(we're not sure if it was due to his birth defects, though). This summer I bought a guinea pig from a new store in a new state. They had him in a cage with two others that were twice his size. He had torn ears, some missing fur on his side and he was also sick. He was not friendly at all. He was even more skittish than most guinea pigs and bit me pretty good. It took him several weeks just to let me pick him up to cuddle him and he was terrified.
Buy pets from these people ONLY if you want to rescue them from hazardous environments. They may not survive and they may not be good for the kid's for first time pets, but at least you'll feel good about rescuing a helpless animal from an abusive setting.

My wife dropped off her Poodle today, Sat. 6. 25. 22@ approx. 1100 for his appt.@ the Abercorn location. When she went to pick him up, this is exactly what he looked like. Needless to say, she is upset! She went off on the manager and grooming dept. employees. She asked for a "lambs cut" and it looks like he received a hatchet cut from a blind person. This is very unacceptable and there are no excuses to be made. My wife will not allow this groomer to touch her dog again...

Would give them no stars but can't. I signed up for autoship for my dogs food. It's supposed to come every 3 weeks. I waited for over a month and it never came. I tried calling customer care but their systems were down for multiple days and they could not help me over the phone. I emailed them and all they did in response was to tell me when my last order had shipped.

PetSmart is full of lying and dishonest employees I placed a online order on 12/31 had to cancel the same day because they were planning to deliver me a different item and as of today I've spoken to at least 20 employees of PetSmart literally trying to beg for my money to be refunded they deposited the funds twice now in my account only to immediately take the funds right back out again! This is a garbage company!

I have been a customer at our local Petsmart since they opened and I absolutely love the place. They carry the high quality foods that I like to feed my pets and if they are ever out, they will hold it for me when it comes in until I can get back to the store. They also have adoptions from our local Humane Society at the store regularly. That I love! If you have not been to PetSmart yet, you are missing out! :)

Submitted online order and was prompted to download the app to access curb service. Arrived at store with app activated and followed all prompts, and app said they "We on it", and would be right out with my order. 15 min elapsed…nothing. Called # on curb service sign on my parking place…no answer. Went inside and was told they received no notification, and that I should learn to use the app by rude manager. I'm in IT so I'm not the problem…the problem is the rude manager (Cherie or Sherrie, as she didn't have a name badge, so I only know what she told me, when I asked for her name). Telling all my friends NOT to shop there. Very RUDE behavior on the part of manager.
