I ordered the console gauge cluster for my 1LT 5th gen Camaro which had been out of stock for quite a while. When it did arrive it was well packed and in good shape. The installation was relatively easy but the G. M. supplied instructions could have been a little more forthcoming. If you get this gauge set I would strongly recommend checking out Youtube for some install tips. It took me about an hour for the install. The thing that I was the most anxious about was prying off some of the interior panels but it all worked and there was no "collateral damage". Disconnecting the traction control and the power out let were probably the most involved mechanical bits of the install but it wasn't too bad. Once the install was done the gauges looked and operated like they were from the factory.

At time of ordering, it said 1-3 days to process and 1-3 days for shipping. After 15 days, I emailed Phastek to get the status and was told it was shipping the next day. 6 days later, I received my headers. My guess is if I didn't email them, it would have been much longer. I figured when I spent almost $800 on headers, it would have been more of a priority, I guess I was wrong.

They did a great tune for me for my headers and again for my thermostat. I had another company do one for me and they had my fans on highspeed at all times. The other company said they have to be on all time or set to factory to come on. I knew Phastek would do it right. They set my fans to come on at 192.2. Thank you Phastek for always giving an A+ service.

I wanted to lower my Camaro enough to almost eliminate the gap between the wheel and the body of the car, but at the same time I wanted enough ground clearance and something that wouldn't compromise any of my stock parts... this came out just how I wanted. Springs came in good condition (new) and I ended installing them myself with a few friends. All in all it probably took us 3 and a half hours.

I've purchased led lighting for my footwell, aftermarket exhaust, smoked out lenses for my rear headlamps and a cold air intake for my 2011 Camaro and I couldn't be happier with the results. There's a small whistling noise that comes with it and that's just the ladies outside checking you out and the guys appreciating the beauty. I will continue to buy all my camaro upgrades here for as long as I have this car.

I just want to say that I can't be happier with the service I received. I recently had ordered the 3rd brake light vinyl that says "Camaro" and it didn't meet my expectations and I emailed customer service to let them know. They respond the following morning and had shipped out a new item and even explained what the problem might be and how to go about and installing again. So thank you again Phastek!

I am happy that there is a place to by parts for my car. Everything I have ordered has looked great on my car. Out of 5 parts ive ordered ive only had issues with one and that is because it hasnt arrived yet. For the most part its a great site for camaro parts.

There was an issue with a defective product. My blackout lense kit did not come with a front marker cover. My thought was that it was an error. I was disappointed because of a defective piece of vinyl and missing product. Customer service happily resolved the issue. I called back a second time for clarification and offered to pay an additional cost as I realized part of it was my error. The front marker cover was sold seperately. Instead of arguing with me on the first call and telling me I was wrong, which I was, they took care of the issue. They offered to do more than I asked. They politely refused additional payment and thanked me again for my business.

Called about some DD Side Markers, got sent an email when they were back in stock, called back to confirm inventory, and best part was since they are in Houston I was able to swing by and pick them up on the same day!

A Great BUY and improvement needed for those wanting to change the stock look. Easy to install and I did it without removing the diffuser. A big shot out to Phastek Performance for a good price and fast ship.

I ordered a Cold Air Inductions cold air intake for my 5th gen Camaro SS, and my order was at my house in a few days. I had ordered a black CAI intake for my 2014 Camaro SS. After I received it in the UAE through my mail forwarding service... I found that I got a silver CAI intake for a V6 Camaro...

Used their contact form on the website and their reply was quick...

After exploring options over returning the wrong item and getting the right one, Phastek Performance came through with an amicable solution and sent me the correct item...

Very happy with the outcome considering the logistics nightmare in returning the wrong part...

I recently purchased the Borla ATAK from Phastek. The product was shipped and arrived several days faster than I had expected. It was packaged well and although it does have a couple cosmetic flaws, performance still works fine so I opted to keep it. This was my first shopping experience with Phastek but it certainly won't be my last.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Phastek and the process couldn't be any easier. They are quick to stay in touch with you if any issue should arise, such as a delay in shipping or to verify the correct size/color. I make sure their name gets put out there when I know someone owns a Camaro.

I ordered Oracle Plasma tail lights on Jan 2,2018 they were shipped on Jan 3rd to Ontario, Canada via U.S. postal service & I received them on Jan 10th. That was very fast delivery time from Texas. The box it came in was in perfect condition.

I ordered the CAI scoop for Camaro. The instructions weren't too good but their Camaro expert was the best and after a few minutes of him talking me through it, the install went perfect and I'm very happy with the results. Highly recommend this mod if you have CAI

I recently purchased ZL1 wheels in satin black finish for my Camaro. Phasteks web site is user friendly and they ship promptly. The product is exactly as described and of quality. I am very happy and would recommend Phastek to family & friends.

These strut tower caps screw right onto the top of the strut towers and make a nice addition to a clean underhood appearance. They fit perfectly. Phastek had a nice variety and I really like these. They shipped them out quickly, too!

I purchased an MRT back window louver for 2013 Camaro SS. It doesn't fit. Good thing I didn't stick the hinge pads to my back glass without test fitting it 1st. But even worse is the customer care I've received since reporting g the issue. Seems lime I am being slow walked to the 15 day mark so that they do not have to accept return?
The product isn't worth the $480 I paid plus shipping. The this g doesn't fit it cut into my paint and also the powdercoating is belmished.

Ordered product on May 5th received product on May 28th Can we say slow shipping!
I understand suppliers have problems with their machinery but Phastek could have cared less, nothing was compensated for this major delay!
