Im upset at UPS for not delivering my item or at least holding my item in area until the confusion was settled. Now my whole schedule and appointments messed up and no new tracking number or when to expect my package to arrive

The replacement item and I received within 3 days.

Great customer service when I sent emails about my shipment, only thing was I ordered cat-less downpipe and nothing about it not being a stocked item and needed to be fabricated was on the website. I had to send an email to discover this but the customer service and speed of answering my questions was phenominal. Very pleased. Oh send more stickers, my car needs them

Website was very user friendly. I still fat fingered something and accidentally ordered 2 parts they called me to make sure I only wanted one which I did. And did the refund and made everything very easy.

This was a simple installation thanks to the online You-Tube video. Would have taken 20 minutes had I not dropped a screwdriver and had to jack up the car and pull off the bottom cover. I got the black hoses and nobody will notice it.

Love this place. Tried Gm direct parts.com. And was so upset. Says in stock. Call a week later and Gm says it's shipping from manufacturer and they don't know when they will get it. Then ship it to me. Took 3 weeks. I told ups I won't take it. Order same part from phastekperformance. Sent me email in 2 hours that they sent it. And in 3 business days I got it.

I had nothing but great experience with Phasteck. All parts I've ordered, have been delivered fast and in perfect shape. Recent purchase was Long tube headers for my 2014 Camaro SS, Stainless Power with cats, fit perfect and very nice quality. Will definitely order more from them!

I ordered Camaro black tailights unit. They sent two right assemblies. Had to returned them. Bought a third brake light blackout kit and all 3 have come stuck on backing paper. Finally, bought led reverse lights and one of them snapped in the middle... I gave up. Very frustrating... lost my business!

I ordered a mishimoto oil catch can kit for my 2018 camaro ss. Everything was in perfect working condition. Quick and easy transaction and item arrived on exact delivery date. Great experience overall and will defiantly keep ordering more.

5 out of 6 packages arrived at shipping depot. Supposedly lost 6th package or it wasnt shipped at all.

Finally after two & half weeks package was shipped again, but had missed international shipping window. Numerous international phone calls to try & sort, always put on hold.

No one could answer why package could not be sent straight away, very disappointed in service delivery & customer support.

Yet to recieve products as they are now stuck in LA, will review once recieved.

Delivered just as described, quality product. No more forced 1 to 4 shifts. The message still displays (which I knew). Install was a little difficult because there is not much room between the trans and the tunnel, so have some patiences. A pair of long needle nose pliers are helpful. Thanks Phastek!

My 1st experience with Phastek has been a very positive one, starting with customer service on the phone. Cannot attest yet to durability of wheels but they arrived fast, well packed and in perfect condition. They are truly spectacular looking (Gun metal is the same as Chevy's "graphite" color), the guys at my tire shop said the same thing. To somewhat of a gearhead, these appear very nicely made and when compared side by side to picture of Chevy originals, I cannot tell the difference. Lug nuts even have their own safety key, a huge plus as I won't have to buy a set of anti-theft ones. The fit to my 6th Gen was seamless, no need for spacers or adjustments. Plenty of clearance front & back (car has not been lowered). I followed recommendation for tire size and again no issues.

Ordered the ZL1 Strut Covers here and received them as advertised. These make a great addition to an already impressive engine compartment. I would certainly recommend to anyone interested in these. Shipping was quick and efficient. Thank you Phastek

I've gotten 2 bad bulbs. First wouldn't light. Took over a week to get a replacement and it was damaged in shipping because it wasn't packed correctly. I'm not happy right now and wonder if the next one will work.

I have ordered about $7000 worth of parts in the last 6 months everything has been exactly what i need there has been no problems with this company everything comes in a timely manner. I will continue to use their service as they've yet to give me a reason not to. The best CAMARO parts period.
