I found this website about a year ago and I've already made so many purchases that I'm expecting some hate mail from Summit! These fellas have some of the best prices and deals in town. More importantly to me, however, is their selection of parts. These cats have parts I have never seen anywhere else. Things I didn't even know I wanted, they had! Very fast shipping, and I have yet to have had a bad experience with them.
Very disappointed that the polished SS trunk plates I ordered have scratch marks all over them! I did no use anything except glue to install, and they look terrible. Embarrassed to have the trunk open! Will be taking off, and not ordering this brand again.
This chip is all out awasome. Plug it in and go instant transformation in the motor air intake worked great on stock motor. Can't wait for more power soon to be ordered
Love the LED Tail Light bar look nice on the back of my 2011 black camaro. But shipping this product was very terrible bad. Had to get ship twice do to damage.
I have spent a bit of time on this site. They have a large selection and fast shipping. Good customer service in the event something does not work out. I will continue to go back for my ZL1 needs.
Tip for consumers:
Pay attention to the descriptions. If it is a custom item it will have lead time. Otherwise in general off the shelf items ship in a day or so. They are out of Texas.
I ordered the new interior light LED bulbs for my 2010 Camaro SS. Other than a little install issue with the trunk bulb, all went well and works and looks good. Thanks!
Installed this on my 2010 LS3 Camaro I know it sound amazing with it but I can not hear it over my exhaust system. LOL easy to install and looks good. I just Happy they shipped it to California I count not get it on amazon or a few other sights.
I ordered a billet belt tensioner pulley for my 2010 Camaro two weeks ago. I wanted to install it before leaving for a car show in Ocean City maryland on Wednesday May 16th. After waiting a couple days for a tracking number I called Phastek. I was told they were out of stock. But hopefully would ship by this Friday the 11th. I dont expect it to get here in time. I hope Im wrong! Plus I previously ordered a matching idler pulley and it was stamped Made in China! Not real thrilled about that either!
Very high shiping cost outside US, bad packaging, item damaged, item missing, no reply to my emails.
The installation of the interior deco trim is by far not so easy.
I ordered Kooks long tube headers for my 2014 Camaro SS. I didn't pay for extra shipping but they arrived 2 days later to my surprise. They sound amazing on my car. I couldn't have possibly asked for better. Awesome all the way around. I will continue to order from here in the future. So far I've ordered Borla atak cat back, Airaid CAI and this. I've been very pleased. Don't hesitate!
From the time I ordered my skip shift eliminator for my Camaro til the time it arrived in my mailbox in Courtenay British Columbia Canada, I had excellent service and communication. I will definitely consider Phastek for any further needs that I might have.

Bought two sets of the Gorilla Black Lug Nits for mine and my wife's Camaro's. They look great! I had some Mac Guard lug nuts on mine and they stuck out to far. These are much better! Thanks Phastek!
The issue is not with Phastek at all, but rather with the manufacturer. I ordered a set of IROC wheels and a few days after ordering was notified by Phastek that the wheels were on backorder. The issue was that the manufacturer had no time frame at all (weeks or months) for the wheels to be available. I don't mind waiting if a time frame is provided, buy I refuse to be charhed a large amount of money on something for which I have zero idea on when I'd be receiving that product.
Phastek promptly refunded me as I requested and the customer service was top notch as usual. But super frustrating that the manufacturer couldn't even provide an estimate.
Phastek get 5 stars for handling the issue and promptly helping me.
Manufacturer get 1 star for lack of communication.
I have a 2012 camaro ss, I purchased the CAI intake with the air scoop/ washer bottle relocation, brola atck cat back exhaust and the throttle body wedge from vararam. All 3 products arrived on the estimated delivery day. Couldn't be happier with my purchase and the performance gain I got, and the sound of the exhaust.
Makes my 2011 SS look so much better thanks phastek for making this happen. It took some time to get it but it was well worth it The pics are before and after
I've ordered quite a bit so far this year for my 2010 Camaro SS. I'm still a few things away from being done, and the customer service and delivery being spot on, I may even move things along sooner than I planned. In my first review of Phastek I was very unhappy with the products that were shipped to me and the extremely frustrating process of trying to sort things out. I have to say that Mike and Ricardo went above and beyond to make sure that the parts that were shipped to me were indeed correct for my particular situation and would fofill the necessasary requirements.The problem was due to Oracle not updating thier catalog to show that the parts I had recieved would indeed work for my particular needs. Thanks again to both Mike and Ricardo for going that extra mile to satisfy the customers needs!
