PHENOMENAL! I was a joyroom earphone user and switching to the GOAT Apple Airpods is definitely a game changer. It was a wise decision from me especially that I thought it wasn't necessary to switch since the joy room's sound quality is great and mainly did its job!Also, I dont want to lie, I was super anxious about having issues with the airpods not working well with calls and dropping them however its working perfectly fine. The noise cancellation is on a different level,the 360 spatial audio feature and the specific customization of the pods in general are such a wholesome experience. I still didn't get to decide about the battery's performance just yet since i only just unboxed the AirPods like an hour ago, I'd like to wrap things up when I try them for a few days and will update this review. Finally, Apple is luxurious and they never fail to exceed my expectations!
I paid for mobile on 12/09/24. Phone never arrived and now they're not interested in giving me a refund ignoring messages and emails or just saying anything to give false hope. #38997.
Evaluated after more than two weeks of testing. Working well so far! The box was still sealed with the Apple original seals and was carefully wrapped without any damage. When initially setting up, the warranty was activated. Successfully updated to iOS 16. Proper storage and color.

Been using this phone for a week and the performance is great. The item arrived safely, no product info on the waybill as well (probably to avoid theft). They also shipped out the correct color. It took 6 days for the package to arrive.Customer service also needs more work but I am overall happy with this product. Smooth! Thank you.

Ordered a pixel pro 7 on the 11th September and never received anything. Email "support" just said they'd look into it and get back to me and never did. Guy on the phone told me I'd receive a tracking number within 24 hours like 3 times. Luckily I ordered through PayPal so I could get it refunded. No idea what these other reviewers are happy about, they seem fake. Definitely avoid.

You are posting fake reviews online, if you got refunded it means we decided to give it, else where a customer is fit for delivery we will deliver. You appear to be a competitor.
Recently purchased OnePlus 11 pro, arrived in its box and complete, aside from a bit of late delivery i overall rate my item excellent.
Improved shipping time would be great for future buyers including my self.

I ordered a Tablet the 25th September and luckily I did that through Paypal even though they tried to convince me to pay with a bank transfer since with Paypal the payment is on hold.
Their customer service was very fast which was surprising. They issued a tracking number to convince me. But when I contacted Fedex, they said they only have the label created but no item since a week.
They stopped answering me now and I obviously asked for a dispute from Paypal.
I read some fake reviews, one of them shows a supposedly phone bought this October with a date of 3 November showing on the phone, obviously not a real photo nor a real customer review!
Update: If you think sending me a new tracking number going somewhere in GB (I live in Germany) is going to fool me, you are wrong. You didn't approve any refund, Paypal did. I already reported you, case closed!

Decided to purchase Pixel phone because of the price and and iPhone. I was not sure how my purchase will turn out to be, but i see buyers protection is in-place and i see they offer 30days returns. After my purchase it took around 6days to receive my tracking number and 2 more days to have my item delivered by royal mail, overall i am satisfied.
