Very disappointed

I ordered some thank you graduation cards from Photo Affections, they sent me a preview, and everything looked fine, when I got the cards one of the photos was moved and not as it was in the preview, I am very disappointed because I order quick service and was hopeful to get a nice product, now I am wondering why I didn't use Wal Mart, it is cheaper and the cards are printed just exactly as they show. If they have designers and they offer to adjust your cards for the best, I only can say they did a terrible job.

I am a graduate and I spent hours looking at different sites to buy my invitations from. This site had my favorite options by far and they were very easy to customize. We got them only a few days after ordering them and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out! Amazing quality and affordable price. HIGHLY recommend.

I ordered a blanket two weeks ago and paid an extra $30 for overnight delivery and have yet to receive it. I've spent 2 hours on hold trying to contact customer service twice and another hour talking to people trying to figure out where my gift is. They changed the ship date five times. As for quality, who knows, I haven't gotten it, but I'm not expecting much

I ordered Happy New Year cards from PhotoAffections with my Groupon on 12/27/19 and am still waiting for my cards 9 days later. Like other reviewers I was charged extra for 2 sided printing and I paid an additional $14.99 for expedited shipping. My cards were never shipped! PhotoAffections is offering me a partial refund but will not refund my entire order. The cards are now being reprinted because they can't find them in their facility. So, I will be sending Happy New Year cards out in the second week of January! Next year I'll be going back to Shutterfly.

Horrible

HORRIBLE! An order placed a month before Christmas STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED a week AFTER! I'm telling everyone I know NOT to use this company. I've continually shopped at zazzle and Shutterfly and love to try new companies for personalized gifts. I wish I could give negative stars. Thank you for ruining not one but TWO Christmas gifts!

Buyer Beware!

Very disappointed in the customer service I got from Princess P. At Photo Affections today. I purchased a groupon to get 70 cards for $27.99. Because I mistakenly choose the card that can be 2 sided, I was charged $70.74! This is even though my second side was blank as I never intended to use the back side (I like to handwrite a message there). I am getting what amounts to a $4.00 refund. Not a happy camper. I used to tell all my friends about Photo Affections, but will not be recommending them again.

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!

Received my cards yesterday and they put the word"the" over my name. Spent close to 2 hours trying to get someone on the phone. I finally got someone on the phone today and they told me that I would have to go to ups and send my order back to receive my refund. I asked to have a scheduled pick up and they women on the phone told me they don't do that... and it would take up to 2 weeks to get a refund after I stand in line at ups 6 days before Christmas... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! What a shame.

There simply is NO ONE there to answer the phone! I've been on hold for almost an hour listening to classical music and the occasional interruption "we are experiencing extremely high call volume. You can find answers to most of your questions online" I have 3 Christmas items on order and one I request a proof. The email says; As a reminder, we have your proof ready and are awaiting your approval. Please kindly click the link below to review the proof.

Shady groupon deal turned out to be B****HIT. Deliberately left out "one sided plus shipping" in their groupon title, would have to scroll down 34 page to the fine print. SAVE IT! SHADY COMPANY with customer service that knows exactly what they're doing. Realize after purchasing that their arrival date is ELEVEN DAYS. Are you for REAL?! Hope they won't be in business next year! HA! Happy holiday - it'll hopefully be their last. After reading the bad reviews on quality, so help me if the quality is as bad as their shady-ness. I WILL dispute charges and they will PAY.

Poor Photo Card Quality
December 10, 2019

I purchased a groupon ( my first mistake) and apparently you get what you pay for.
The cards were easy to set up online and came rather quickly. I opened the box, excited to see my cards. There was very little detail in the photos. Super blurry. The photos were shot by a photographer and professional camera.
I contacted customer service, they told me to use a link in my account. I used the correct link and sent images of the cards. No response. ( They claim they sent an email. I received no email) I contacted customer service again. They asked me to upload a photo of the card again. I did. I was contacted again this afternoon to send another photo of the card and to use proper lighting and no flash. This was done the first two times. I responded back they that is indeed the card and how terrible it looks.
Now it's 12/10 and I don't have proper cards to mail. I urge you to use another service.

I ordered 100 Christmas cards. They sent me my order with someone else's cards mixed in with mine, which means some of mine were sent to someone else's house. I tried to get on chat with them and it took about 30 minutes to connect with someone. They then said they wouldn't help me there and that I had to email quality control. I asked to talk to a Manager, and they said they would have one call me. No one ever did. The next day I got an email saying that they would send me a whole other set of 100 cards. I told them I did not want another set of 100 cards, but no one responded. I tried to get on chat again, but couldn't get a hold of anyone. I called and waited about 25 minutes on hold until someone connected with me. I told her my issue, and she said she didn't understand my problem because they were willing to now send me only 5 more cards. I told her I did not want more cards, I just wanted a discount on my order. She huffed and puffed and said she would have a Manager call me. I explained that I has to already wait 2 days to get a hold of their customer care and that I didn't want to wait another 2 days. I explained that it really bothered me that my kids' pictures were now in strangers' homes and she muttered an "Oh My God" in a mocking way. She said that they are having a lot of complaints with their services and that I would have to wait like everyone else. I explained that they told me that they would call me the day before within a half hour. Their customer service is inefficient, rude, and not helpful. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again.

Bought the Groupon deal and still had to pay separate shipping. Martin the very smug supervisor was unhelpful and unwilling to make this right. Do yourself a favor and just go with Simply to Impress or a Shutterfly. Seriously horrid customer service and they are aware of the shipping scam.

Purchased a groupon for Christmas cards. Uploaded a picture to PhotoAffections and received an email that photo would not print clearly. Sent another and received approval to print. Cards arrived five days later and were on great quality card stock and very clear. Would use again without hesitation.

Worst company!

I ordered our save the date cards and we got off centered cards. I could have done this at home for a lot less! They were absolutely awful! It is also very difficult to return and get a refund. I had to fight with customer service and file a dispute with my bank. Save yourself some heartache and go to vistaprint or Shutterfly. You'll spend a little more but it's worth it!

Exceeded expectations

We were a little nervous ordering our "Save the date" cards from the internet and did not know what to expect. I can honestly say the design process was simple and easy and when the cards arrived they exceeded all of our expectations. We DEFINITELY recommend photo affections and will use them in the future!

Do yourself a favor, use someone

I received was terrible print from the original photo I uploaded as a holiday family photo. Grainy, light and totally unusable.
I even sent the pdf photo to them again to show them the true colors! Their response, the photo was what they printed.
They offered to refund the charges and would send me a return label. That was 2 weeks ago and multiple emails from them with the same offer. Today they asked me for my opinion survey of their service. They are truly out of touch with their customers and how to resolve a problem. This was my first time using Photo Affections and my last. They should be renamed "Photo Afflictions".

First they sent the case for an android phone, though i requested for an iphone. Sent a replacement - with a photo of some completely different person i don't even know. COMPLETE CRAP
