I would give a zero if there was the option. When creating a photo book it recommends using the app but after spending 4 days creating a 120 page photo book it has all been lost. On contacting them they said that I should not have used the App (even though it is recommended) to create the photo book and that a lot of people have had problems. I have just wasted 4 days and cannot face the prospect of creating it again. Lost total confidence in Photobox. I have been a customer for many years and have been very satisfied in the past but they are now rubbish and their customer service is also rubbish. Photobox, what has happened to you?
Christmas cards arrived on New Years Eve, printed on rubbish paper and badly folded. Beyond disappointed. Do not use this Photobox.

Used to be good but now customer service is shocking. Paid extra to get a delivery but certain date and when package didn't arrive I chased and couldn't get a date it would arrive. Ended up arriving 9 days after date agreed.
This company does not deserve even 0 star to be honest. Ordered two custom made posters just so they could cut have of the images.
Now my husband birthday gift is ruined Very poor service apparently either they are blind or they do not check what they print at all! Very very disappointed!
Photobox has changed software without telling their customers. As a consequence old creations can't be edited and some of them not even reprinted!
They did not even tell anything before changing.
I have spend a lot of time over the last 20 years making lots of books with them and I can't use them any more. I am extremely disappointed!
My order cancelled for no reason and I've still not been told why or received a refund, rang customer service several times but no one answered, no response to my emails and still every day I receive them from them with offers, pathetic customer care
Took two attempts to get a photo book to me as the first one went to a different address. Picture quality is rubbish all blurred as they use card instead of photo paper. (Nothing wrong with original pictures) Not worth the price even with a 50% discount!

I would leave 0 stars if possible. We ordered 12 x a1 size canvas prints for our new office. We ordered them all with the no wrap option (white sides) They all turned up with 95% covered edges (the white part not even in a straight line on some of them) We contacted customer services who firstly stated we ordered them with wrap. I sent them a screen shot of our order where they confirmed we had actually ordered no wrap. After numerous emails they said they would offer us a refund. However they have now refused and we will be forced to do a credit charge back. This is absolutely disgusting - I would not recommend this company to anyone. There satisfaction guarantee is a joke. They are the most unhelpful company we have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. If you are thinking of ordering from them be warned.

I ordered a photo book paid extra for delivery, no communication. I contacted them the day before to ensure it was still arriving I was assured it was. 48 hours later I am still waiting. Contacted customer services and was told a machine has broken but they couldn't issue any form or refund or compensation. Do not use! Can't contact them on a weekend and customer service very poor when contacted them.
Photobox has the most UNfriendly UX ever. It is impossible to get the right items into your basket. It automatically saves in gloss, then if you try to edit, it suddently removes everything else from the basket!
It surely isn't beyond the wit of the photobox web builders to build a user friendly site. That's all you have to do.
Order didn't arrive due to them mixing half the delivery address with half the billing address. Wouldn't talk to me when I called to sort it out as my wife's name is on the account. My email address, my name on credit card, my name on the delivery address. Quite happy to take my money but not talking to me to sort the problem, unbelievable lack of customer service!
As a regular customer, I want to send an email but all I get is a message from "Phoebe". I could telephone but don't want to - an email is so simple. They send me emails - why can I not reply to them! All I want to do is re-order my latest creation. Although I have been pleased with them in the past I have come to the conclusion that they don't want to hear from me and just don't care.
If you want photos printed, go elsewhere: my photos are now three weeks "in the post" and all I get from the customer helpline is another ticket number - I suspect it's a bot just providing a random string of placating numbers. Nor are Photobox interested in reimbursing me for the cost of my pictures - without an effective method of sorting out the problem, that remains unresolved - and illegal under the Sale of Goods Act of 1989.
Picture was half the size I paid for, no frame that I paid for, no hooks, the pictures were so bright nothing like the ones uploaded, half the people in the pics were wound around the canvas so cut off, looks just awful, they won't respond or refund. Scam company just avoid.
Eventhough I adhered to the Photobox dates for submitting my artwork, they have now said they won't be able to deliver my books in time for Christmas. They said on the phone "we are sorry to have FAILED you and all we can do is take off the delivery costs". I feel SO disappointed as I won't have presents to give to my family at Christmas (photo album of my newborn baby), instead I have to buy additional presents or turn up empty handed. This is money I don't have as I am on maternity leave. I will NEVER use Photobox again. Their website says they will give you 110% money back if you have a smudge on your artwork. What about compensation if they miss Christmas? Offering free delivery for them being LATE is a JOKE and terrible customer service.
This company does not deliver on time even if you pay for express delivery. Use other companies, you have more chance of getting your goods when you need them.
I ordered a calendar, we'd just lost one of our dogs so I thought I'd get a calendar done for a Christmas present of all our dogs for my parents. It came through the post, I was excited to see my creation, only to see blank pages! Some photos were there, some not! I was livid. I sent them an email asking doesn't your quality control check these things?! On the app, all photos were present, so I don't understand why this happened. If quality control had seen this then why didn't they email me to edit the calendar?! They apparently have this policy that they can't amend it or refund! Absolutely ridiculous! I will never use Photobox again or Moonpig! I was going to get a canvas done but I'll use another company for that, as well as doing yet another calendar! £15 completely wasted, I might as well have just ripped that money up! Awful company.
Awful, simply awful. Sent incorrect photo, luckily I took screen grabs of the selection and verification process - they still deny they made a mistake. Kept getting random generated customer service emails back - each one sounding more ridiculous than the last as if they did not comprehend what the issue was. Have used before so I know the actual product is good if correct, but god help you if its goes wrong like it has done for me. Avoid - just to be on the safe side.
Ordered a photo book which still hasn't arrived after 15 days. When I contact their Customer Services, I'm told just to wait! Twice! Please use another firm, their delivery estimates are useless and customer service is non-existent!
Ordered a jigsaw 6 weeks ago and it has never arrived, they don't take calls, online chat is a joke leave you waiting for 30 mins and then hang up ignore emails! Have contacted trading standards as what they are doing in theft!
