Hi friends, the first times I saw some footage of Serge, I confess I was a bit skeptical. Then I bought the package of presets and filters at a discounted price and my photos have changed for the better considerably. Later I purchased a new package "Confession of art of Photography", I had to solicit the download but than it all worked out quickly. Thank you Serge for all your patience and attention, in my opinion you are a great prof. And thanks to you, I'm learning a lot.
So much publicity on discount to get you to purchase. Too good a deal but when its paid for the products was not accessibility. It simply says, poor internet connection. Try again. Try it we may, for as many, it simply said... wrong password.! Dodgy business.
I recently downloaded Serge's 2020 Toolbox and purchased his associated Lightroom presets. Then I purchased his Fine Arts training series. I purchased the presets as part of this series not realizing they were the same Lightroom presets as the first set. I sent a request to customer service on the weekend and on Monday had a reply that my reimbursement was taken care of. Now that's fast after sales service. Perhaps marketing could make it clearer on the website to identify the presets better.
As a side note, I have learned many new tricks and techniques watching Serge's training programs using Lightroom, Photoshop, and Aurora HDR - all software that I use. I would never pay over $400 USD for this (I'm Canadian, so the cost would be well over $600 CDN for me). But the cost of $27 USD was spot on and I could not resist.

FYI... I get a good chuckle when Serge applies his "American" accent during his training!
I purchased the preset package as advertised and never received the presets. It shows my credit card was charged for the purchase but no presets. I emailed them without a response and I have asked for a full refund. This guy is a piss-poor businessman and a creek!

Serge was disturbing me with so many sales newsletters... I ignored all of them. And then I went inside of his FB group and wanted to present my photo, and he didn't care at all... On Facebook, I posted this picture and the people loved that picture... unfairness. Serge said even my photo is underexposed, it was not exposed but he did underexpose it so that my whole photo was very dark... Then I asked the famous Photograph Joel Sartore (my previous mentor) afterwards, what he thinks about my picture: Looks very nice. Good moment, interesting light.

Tip for consumers:
I bought quite a lot from Serge. His good ideas are to manipulate the photos with Lightroom and to use his presets. My idea was, when I took this picture, how would it be if I use big flashlights with modifier to get even better results than Serge... And I got.. Then he got furious, and my previous mentor the famous Joel Sartore liked my photo... I recommend get from "The Great Courses" the Photography courses of the National Geographic Photographs... You will never find any better courses!
I learned a lot about photoshop due to the courses of PhotoSerge and can recomment it to everyone who is scared of photoshop. Also the photography lessons in the video's are helpfull. And if you have a problem, the custom service is really great and react very fast.

I am French speaking, I bought presets on photoserge.com, when I realized that there is a site in French with tutorials on the presets in French I sent an email to the support of his site in dot com to access the French version of his site given my bad English or reimburse me so that I make my purchase on his site in French, so far no response to my request. Does not provide after-sales service, no response, no refund despite its slogan at the time of purchase, flee

I have been following Serge for quite sometime now and i jus love his work... i m proud to learn new and innovative techniques in photography and post processing... i have an awesome teacher from whom i m learning my post processing and dats Serge Ramelli Siri always use his techniques and tips in post processing and have purchased most of his bundles which are amazing value for money... would recommend Serge to d world of photographers for post editing learnings
I was in touch with the customers service asking a question and found them to be very helpfull and courtious. I was new to Lightroom and could not understand how to import presets, Patrik persisted with me until I had achieved my goal and can only say the support was fantastic. Thank you Serge's Team.

I've bought a few presets / Brush sets from Serge over the years and have never been let down. They are a useful starting point if you haven't got hours to sit in Lightroom.

I highly recommend Photoshop Quickstart. There is so much I have learned from it from making local adjustments, sky replacements and composites all wrapped up into one tutorial.

I love Serge's classes and have bought most of his standalone courses and presets, and have left good reviews for them. He teaches me things I never knew were possible in Lightroom, and has great tips on photography in general. With his post-processing techniques, I am able to do things with old photos that take them from good to incredible, and he's gotten me excited about photography again. I will also say that I am very impressed by the free webinars. Yes, of course they are sales pitches, but Serge offers real advice in them, which few other folks do. Usually, you go to the free webinars and the advice is shallow or they promise advice but don't give it. Serge actually shows you how to do some really cool things in his free webinars, which is why I have been willing to keep buying more of his products. Also, his presets are totally worth the money, even if you don't buy the classes. His presets save me so much time and they are so much more useful than presets I've gotten elsewhere. They really help me make my photos way more beautiful than I would have probably thought up without them. I just bought the institute courses and I'm really looking forward to them.

The products created by PhotoSerge are great and the Technical Support is very helpful. Methods of teaching are very efficient and easy to follow. Can't agree with the negative reviews.

I really enjoyed the training for replacing the sky. Very clear with lots of examples. I would recommend to everyone.
