Overall I learned quite a lot when working for phpworkplace. It benefited that I could work from home and according to my own hours. The hardest part of the job would be spending countless hours in front of a computer doing research.
This platform is fake site for freelancers. All projects are fake. I deposited 3 times (500 usd) to accept projects. But they requested 500 usd more for project security. In any freelancing platform, support don't request money for project security. And they requested id, so I did. But they threatened me with govenment ID when I shared. "2.5 year jail or $5000 For such business practice " This is support message. Very Bad and fake site.
I am posting this review because they ask to verify bank account first as due to security reasons as they told me when i asked to their live support.
They ask to deposit some amount to verify bank account, its ok they paid back and withdrawal process

Hi there,
I want to share my experience with a website called phpworkplace.com, as it supposed to be a platform for IT freelancers, I posted a job and a freelancer contacted me and clear everything about the job and I made the deposit $1580 via MoneyGram as website asked me to do, before delivery day the money disappeared and they blocked my account!, freelancer contacted me say you violate terms, when I asked the website they said you get refund in 90 days because you violate terms, while there is no single role is written on the website! Then freelancer start to ask for his money and refuse to show me the work he did until I pay, so I made another deposit with $1580 via MoneyGram also to PHP, and when released the money freelancer refused to upload the work and start asking for more money, I then contacted PHP, they said you have to pay what he asked for, then when he uploads you get full refund.
They told me they contacted freelancer and agreed to $1000 to be paid, I made the deposit and freelancer asked for more! PHP then emailed me to pay what freelancer asked for! And after too many talks and hen I told them I can't pay more they start to threaten me with jail and lose my job as they have my ID number and discovered the freelancer and PHP were working together as a scamming group, I know they can't harm me but I promised to expose them.
Of course, there is no single real person on that website, only man I send money to: pushpendra singh chauhan/India-bhopal.
I promised to expose them to the world and here we are...
Tip for consumers:
Don't use it wither like freelancer or client, you will get nothing in return anyway
