I've been with this company for a while now. Their product offers an excellent alternative to opiates. (been there, done that, have NO intention of going back) Shipping is free and fast.
I've compared their prices with other sellers as well as local retail outlets and this is still the best deal.
If there are any questions or concerns with my order customer service gets back to me within an hour.

Early on in my kratom experiences, I was lucky enough to find Phytoextractum... and by lucky I mean very good quality products at exceptionally reasonable prices. The very fast and free shipping didn't leave me wanting nor chomping at the bit... and it's great they offer faster shipping for those with less patience. The product line is good (far better than most) and the quality is superb. Yeah, the product descriptions could be better and the payment options are a little limited, but overall it's a great place for your kratom needs. Definitely recommended.

I trust Phytoeextractum with all my business. I've been on pain meds since age 15 I am now 52. I broke my back young and have had many surgeries. I have tons of steel rods, screws, bolts and even a spinal simulator in my back. The daily pain is horrible. I found out about Kratom almost a year ago. First tried it from a smoke shop, it was expensive and the sales lady didn't have a clue on what she was selling me. I did research and found white vein to work best for my pain. I also take red vein at night. I don't like anything that tastes bad so I make my own pills. Phytoextractum had everything I need the empty capsules, a tool to help make them quicker and the best quality products at the best prices. Not to mention they are super quick! I get my order the next day at my door. I am always getting discounts in my email and they answer any question I have quickly. I truly feel they care about their customers. I am super happy and impressed with this company.

First time encounter with Phytoextractum. I paid by e-check, and about a week later I had $2,000 stolen from my bank account with a fake check. Since I rarely use checks and have never done e-checks prior to this, I am very certain that data breach happened when I put my info in through their site.

Not enough info yet to review their product, but my recommendation is to NOT purchase through their website. If you live nearby and can pay in cash, great. But any personal info you put through their website might as well be posted to all on social media. Be warned.

After a year of searching for a legitimate kratom vendor I have finally hit the jackpot!
Their products are DEFINATELY by far some of the best kratom out of dozens I've tried from other company's!

Between that and their stellar customer service there's no need to continue my search!

I am a longtime kratom user and have tried out at least 15 different online vendors over the last 10 years. I just got ripped off for the first time by phytoextractum. The "kratom" that they sent me did not contain much if any actual kratom. It appears to be powdered caffeine. I have gotten weak kratom from some vendors, but this was the first time I got something like this. I would like to send some of this off to a lab to see what is actually in it besides caffeine, but the stuff is totally worthless.

I have been a customer for a few years. Their web site is efficient and professionally laid out ( no unwanted clutter or revolving banners etc.). They produce a high-quality product and adhere to the highest safety standards in product processing. Their customer service is quick to respond and resolve on the small chance an issue arises.

Great products, extracts are as good as OPMS gold and half the price, which is (somewhat) easy on the wallet... well, easier on your wallet than the OPMS is lol. It's the best value on quality extract, and worth it if you need it. It does the trick every time, and I really love all of them, but the gold elite tea tablets are the best IMO. Instant Kava Hawaiian strain is also great for anxiety and not to strong, perfect. Even the plain leaf kratom is pretty good for a big vendor.

They next day aired me out a missing item from my first order, that's insane service. They also offer free COD money order with UPS next day air for orders over 150$. Anything that makes me go get a money order and wait around for UPS, you KNOW it's legit! AKA GMP certified. Great products and services. What more could you ask for in a vendor?
