I ordered the wrong product for my husband. I emailed as soon as we opened the packaged asking for a return/exchange. They got back to me right away and they had no problem with exchanging the product. Great customer service department! This was my second time ordering and will continue to order. Great Product and great price!

Normally I don't need to contact their customer service, but when I did I always got very fast responses. One time I called their phone number -- and they picked up & spoke to me. I keep shopping with them because their prices are so low (e.g., $30 for 4 ounces) and they do ship same day. Everything's been very consistent in that regard.

I use kratom regularly, and I have a strong background in Chemistry & Biochemistry. Ok, but I still won't claim to be the end-all-know-all Great Sage of kratom. Yet I'll say that everything I've gotten from Phytoextractum -- which has been a lot -- has been good-to-very good. Certainly well worth the price I pay. I wouldn't keep going back for more if I wasn't satisfied.

I know a lot of their product through Kraken Kratom, and i freaking LOVE the extracts. Best I've had. Placed an order for items that wouldn't be good for my health, recieved shipment, and shipped it back for full refund. Really helpful staff!

Quality has declined so much I never know what I'm gona get - the strains that are good have been sold out for awhile! Beware the strains on sale are@#$%!

Fantastic selection of all strands of kratom. I have been using them for a few years now and order from them at least once a week. As much as I order from them I rarely have an issue with anything, and when I do, it's resolved literally within a few hours. Stable to me. I like that they sell other things to keep the heat away from them at least for a while. I have been buying kratom for ten plus years. I was surprised they have super indo. I thought it was gone for good. I am so happy to have found them.

I have always been satisfied with the quality and consistency of the kratom that I have bought from Phytoextractum. Also they delivered there products in a fast and discreet manner. I have purchased kratom from them for 6 years now and prefer there quality over many other similar companies I have tried before.

I, too, was a longtime customer of Phytoextractum and spent thousands over several years. Then I receive an order in which the little glass vial of FST had shattered during transit. This is a $55 product. I politely sent Phytoextractum a message which was ignored, so I sent another message. Now it's another business day and no replacement was sent, no response to my messages. I've ordered this product a million times and they have always used a padded envelope. This time they didn't, and my order was subsequently ruined. I am appalled that they would treat a loyal customer in such a manner. I'm starting to think these reviews are from Phytoextractum themselves, as a simple Google search will show you they have an F on the BBB. I will gladly retract this review if they make it right, which I sincerely hope they do.

I've been a customer of phyto for many years. The fact that i keep coming back tells the story. The quality of the products is excellent. The prices are very competitive and their customer service is the best i've experienced. I've tried out other vendors but i always come back. And i will be back often.

As for Phyto products, I can only speak to their kratom herbs. If that quality is the same as all other products, you can be assured of the best.

My experience with kratom orders is great; they offer reward points and you can usually find a coupon code to help with their already fair pricing. Extremely good quality product! The packaging is great -nice foil ziplock pouches keeps the freshness in. Shipping time is really fast, even with covid, I've had no problem with shipping to my state.

I remember buying kratom from them on another website in the mid 2000's. Good kratomq they had. I found them again online in Sept. 2019 and signed up for an account then and was delighted to find out not only do they have kratom but other ethnobotanicals, tonics candles and a full list of good alternative medicines, herbs, candles and more. Their kratom is really good and fresh, candles, and tonics and other adaptogens and fun items, and good prices. Free shipping and is pretty fast and has even faster for a charge. Well packaged. Phytoextractum is the best online vendor for plants and extracts. The kratom is of the purest quality! I have shopped around and I can not find better quality or better prices.
