I think the idea of staying in contact with incarcerated persons, sounds mentally uplifting. However I've experienced a few hiccups. I tried sending a letter to my friends that says printed but not sent; although that's not pigeons fault, I wrote a jail ID and not a sid# (although that's what pigeon asks for). I corrected the issue before I had realized that's what happened and sent a postcard no issue. So my letter I feel won't reach my inmate, and that's fine. My biggest concern is if I have a forever free plan, why am I being billed 34.99?
