I had a horrible experience with this company. I bought 100 pants wholesale. Slowly I learned from customers after one wash that they ripped at the seams. It also happened with my pants. I bought a trial pair from them that didn't rip so what I realized was that they sold me a cheaper version wholesale. Now I'm the one having to refund my customers and apologize while they refuse to acknowledge me.

I placed an order in October 2019 and received an order confirmation, but I have never received the order.
I sent a direct message on Instagram to Susan letting her know about my issue, and this was still her response, "HelloPlease email us with your oder number at (support email address). Thank you.". The support team still did not assist me. When I send emails, all they can say is, "Hope you get your package asap". It's now 2023, and I have still not received my package.

I ordered from Pineapple based on overall positive reviews. Unfortunately, one item arrived in the wrong size. I emailed customer support asking how to exchange and was sent an additional handling invoice and told once it was paid, they would send exchange info. Confused, I emailed for clarification. I received a call from someone named Micheal, who instantly started berated me for ordering the wrong size. He said they tried to accommodate me from day one by sending text messages about the order (I received none and apologized!) and he then angrily said it's "people like you who ruin businesses expecting us to just produce more items because YOU made a mistake". I asked him to please stop being so rude and he said "Oh, do you want me to beg you to not return our product. All your products were made with love and you do nothing but ruin business". I asked for his manager and he said if I want him to beg me not to get him in trouble, he won't do it. I'm still in shock, have no idea if I'll get the refund and I honestly feel like an idiot for purchasing from the company. As long as your stuff fits and comes in the right size, it's decent quality. If anything is wrong with your order, be careful.

IT's not a professionell company, better not to work with them. I wait since 6 month for my clothes, did not get it till now. I asked for to get the money back, they said i should wait, because i will be very happy when they are finally here I wrote again, i will not be happy because i dont like the way of dealing. They never wrote me back, i also tryed to ask some pineapple clothing Managers on Instagram. Two said i am so sorry, will come back to you. I never got an answer, all this is few weeks ago and i wait more then 6 month. Please be carefull with pineapple clothing!
