Please do not lose your money. This is a scam site. Defective merchandise, and horribly duplicated knock offs. Returning the items to china is upwards of 50 to 100 dollars. Dont waste your time or your money. They are HORRIBLY unethical. Lousy chinese scammers

I'm beginning to think this store is a scam with fake reviews. My experience is nothing like them. Ordered over a month ago. Got one email with a tracking number. Supposedly my items are at Heathrow airport and have been for 3 weeks. Contacted the store and I got a grammatically incorrect response.not pleased

Everything I have ordered from PB has been exceptional quality, always true to size and amazing value for money! PB has the most outstanding customer service also! I felt like a true princess in my most recent purchase and had compliments all night! Wearing PB will make you feel like a million dollars!

Love love love PB. Their selection of clothes are just WOW and ive yet to see someone wear the same as me when i buy from them. Theres something for every occasion. Im part of the exclusive PB page on Facebook and the support from everyone on there is second to none from other shoppers to the staff.
Returns are so simple. If ive had any issues with a return they have sorted it within the day, or in my last case within about an hour!
You can online chat rather than call or email, so convenient for a quick answer.
Customer service is fab.

Sent 2 parcels back this week. Charged £6.49 per parcel and I bothered to drive them to Asda to return. Appalling fees - Knocked £6.49 off both refunds. Never again. My custom has gone. Had over once - well twice now!

Best boutique with the loveliest clothes. Anything I have ordered has always turned up exactly the way it looks in the pics and always fits.
Total budget friendly too unless your like me and just buy everything from their website and still end up skint anyway lol!
Very rarely shop anywhere else now!

I literally am obsessed by their clothes always fit amazingly always next day delivery on time and their Facebook group is great so many nice ladies always complimenting others brilliant honest advice. Fast refunds issued pbaddict! X

First order with Pink Boutique and we are very pleasantly surprised! The quality of the garments was excellent and, for the price we paid, even with shipping and customs cost, the dresses we ordered for my wife were very well worth it.

There were a couple of small issues with our order but it took an email to realize how quick and attentive their customer service is. Half way around the globe, both Sarah and Chantel promptly responded and would follow up until our concerns were resolved beyond the level of our expectations.

Ordered multiple times from this company as I love there clothes! Really good quality material & true to sizing.
I ordered a jump suit from them a couple of weeks ago & needed some advise. I contacted customer services & spoke to a woman called Sarah, she was absolutely amazing & helped me in every way she could! Although I was terrible at replying to her she always made sure her replies were quickly sent to me to resolve the matter! 10/10 on their customer service!

Had the pleasure of speaking to Lucy in Customer Services today and what a superstar! Friendly and polite and helped me out really quickly. Love the PB clothes and how they encourage woman to lift and support each other in their FB group. Got my eye on a few other bits and pieces so it won't be long until I make another purchase!

Ordered a few times from pink boutique and have always been happy with my order and the quality of the clothes!
However today I had to speak to customer service about an item that was a little faulty- a small bit of loose stitching on dress. I contacted pink boutique through Facebook messenger and was shocked at how fast I received a reply. I explained the problem, and sent pictures and they advised me on what to do next to get a new dress delivered tomorrow! Lucy was the lady that helped me and she did a great job. Thank you very much

I've always loved pink boutique and thought it was decent price for the quality of clothing. However I bought 4 bikinis for my holiday and a couple of weeks later all four are in the sale yet the majority of the others are still full priced. Quite infuriating it's the ones I have purchased that have all gone down not long after has put me off..

Bought the "weekend in Rome" green floral grill wrap mini dress from pink boutique for my holiday to Hurghada and it fit like a dream! I ordered two sizes to make sure I had the perfect fit and the return of the bigger size was simple and easy to do and my money was refunded quickly! Would 100% recommend this company for any of their clothing! All of their items are well made and look amazing!

Clothes are always of excellent quality and true to size, they have a great range of beautiful clothes which are trendy.

Seen a dress in a FB advert couldn't find it online messaged direct got prompt and friendly response. Ordered dress arrived next day and I love it amazing quality and great value for money and very true to size. First time using pink boutique but certainly not my last would highly recommend x

Used this website for clothes a few times now and have loved every item I've ordered. One recent item turned up slightly damaged but a replacement was sent out and received the very next day. Cannot fault the service or the products. Would reccomend to everyone. Messages responded to almost instantly and even standard delivery turns up quickly. Lucy was particularly helpful :)
