Absolutely love their clothes! I had an event coming up and had no idea what to wear that would make me feel comfortable. One of the lonely ladies from PB (Anna) helped me choose a dress and I felt like a princess! Thank you so much!
I tried to return a dress and swap for another which the site allows and you pay the £2.99 return shipping. I ended up paying £7 and was charged twice. So disappointed that as a loyal customer this error couldn't be fixed.
The customer service in this place is something Ive never experienced before! There refusing me a refund because I have apparently spoiled one of the products with fake tan ( funnily enough the item I hadnt tried on!) there attitude was well its not got there by itself, theres only men in the warehouse! Initiating Im a Lier! The product has been stained somewhere in the process and they choose me as the culprit! They havent even took into consideration what I am telling them!
I ordered a few items with this company and they never arrived. When i contacted the company they told me it was lost in transit and would give me a refund rather than re send the items but they didn't refund my delivery. Will never order form here again.
Wouldnt want to shop anywhere else... the products are excellent value for money as well as quality and then tontopnitnof the service you get from the PB girls os second to none 100% service is all areas...

Received my parcel and the dress was badly torn sent a picture of it on Facebook messenger and they immediately sent a replacement out on next day delivery and it was lovely, can't fault their customer services!
This company is horrible. I ordered an item on August 6 and paid for expedited shipping. A week later, no shipping information. Come to find out, they didn't even have the inventory. I requested the order be canceled. They failed to respond even though their website states they will reply within 24 hours. After no reply, I reached out to Paypal. Three weeks later and through the dispute process with PayPal, they shipped the item, after 4 cancellation requests). I paid for expedited shipping because I wanted my item prior to traveling. They shipped an item after requested cancellation and paypal allowed them to be the shady company they are. Do yourself a favor and do not order from them!
Loved everything I have ever ordered. Had one problem which was that an exchange had been miss scanned so I wouldn't receive it in time for tomorrow. Contacted pink boutique and spoke to Anna who couldn't have been more helpful for me and organised for me to receive my order next day delivery without an additional charge! Thank you so much for the amazing service and great quality clothing!
I have never had a problem with pink boutique, clothes are amazing quality, delivery is fast! And even when I did have a slight issue it wasn't the companies fault but the lady who helped me (Sarah) was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me and the issue was sorted.

I Was really imptessed with Pink boutique after my parcel got lost and then I emailed customer care. They were really helpful and explained it was down to a mix up wit the courier. I got my dress a day later than expected but it didn't matter :)
PB has something for everyone! I love the quality of clothes that I have personally purchased, and I believe the sizing is perfect. Delivery is very quick and customer service is so friendly and helpful.
Wanted to point out that there appears to be two different companies being reviewed here! One company is Pink Boutique which seems to be legit (never ordered) & the other is Pink Style Boutique, a Chinese company that is a scam! The items WILL NOT be as pictured on the website so DO NOT order. IF they respond to your complaint, you may be offered a full refund if you pay for return shipping to China (very expensive) or a small percentage off your current or future purchase of you can't return. The positive reviews & pics are not to be trusted... I understand that some companies are now providing gift cards for them!
Will not be buying from here again. I ordered my shirts a month ago & it was suppose to be here over a week ago. When i called to ask about my package, a young lady was on the phone and was very unprofessional. When calling several times to find out where my package is, the company sent me to voicemail on the 2nd ring. Worse company every & service is the worst i've ever had! Will NOT be buying from here again!
Ordered a dress from this company and was too small and short. Sent it back for a refund and I was refused this. The dress was sent back to me and when I phoned the customer service to ask why, she said it was due to the dress being marked. This was not the case when I sent the dress back for a refund initially. Terrible experience.

Today I couldn't get into my account to track my order and emailed I couldn't believe how fast Sarah one of the girls had replied she was very helpful overall a great customer service! I've bought a few dresses from PB and they've always been lush considering I'm a curvy girl. In fact I have my eyes on one of their new dresses for my 30th and loosing weight so I can look even more glam in their beautiful dresses
I ordered a dress on PB which unfortunately arrived faulty. I used PB chat function and Sarah couldn't be more helpful. She was able to refund me my shipping money for when I re ordered the dress, and she was able to upgrade my delivery to a Saturday so I received the dress for the event on time. Completely faultless and so helpful. Thank you
I had an issue with an order I'd made by my own mistake and contacted the customer service. I spoke with a lady called Megan who was super helpful and lovely and helped me with the situation. This was my 2nd time ordering as I absolutely loved the quality and style of my first order it just made sense to order some more items. I. Absolutely love PB and will definitely be ordering again in the not so distant future, asong as my hubby dosent find out

I ordered 2 items in may, and still haven't received them 3 MONTHS LATER! I've gone back and forth emailing Jasmin and have asked for a refund 4 times. She first said it's on it's way (though I didn't receive any tracking info) then said there was an issue with my address and then said it's already been shipped out. To top it off she never notified me of anything first; I had to send multiple emails to find out about this information. Now I worry that she took my $80 and hasn't even shipped my product and now won't refund it! So angry. DONT EVER SHOP HERE.
I ordered a dress from this so call company and they send me BULL$#*!! The dress is not what was advertised and what I wanted. Poor quality! When I reached out to them, they wanted to refund me 10% of my purchase. How dare they insult my intelligence. Never will I order from them again. If you know know any better, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They are a rip off company. BEWARE!
