Absolutely love their clothes! I had an event coming up and had no idea what to wear that would make me feel comfortable. One of the lonely ladies from PB (Anna) helped me choose a dress and I felt like a princess! Thank you so much!
I tried to return a dress and swap for another which the site allows and you pay the £2.99 return shipping. I ended up paying £7 and was charged twice. So disappointed that as a loyal customer this error couldn't be fixed.
Find expensive delivery and returns need to look at cost or will lose customers which would be a shame other company's don't charge whot pink boutique do

Awful company, returns, products and customer service are way below standard.
It's very telling the fact they disable the reviews on Facebook.
With such amazing companies such as missguided and boohoo, I would never even entertain using them. I'd highly advise people to shop around at the excellent companies out there rather than wasting money with these. AVOID THEM
Poor quality of most of the clothes, never received my refund. Tried to contact them with no success, after few months when get hold of them they claimed it is too late now (even that i had a proof of return).
I brought some heels for my birthday, I went out in them and within an hour they had cut my feet up and I was in a lot of pain. My foot was sliding completely out of the shoe. I wear heels ALL the time and I've never had an experience like it. My toes are bruised and I'm covered in burst blisters, I can barely walk now they're that painful. Sent them photos as evidence and they just told me they can't refund me as it's not a shoe fault and nobody has had this problem. Funnily enough on my night out a girl saw me in pain and asked if I got them from PB and she said she had the same problem and the strap broke but customer service had been terrible. So don't lie to me Pink Boutique. Putting two kisses at the end of your message doesn't take away the injuries your product caused to my feet. Absolute joke of a company.
Bought a pair of sandals, faulty, jewels hanging off the shoes not stuck properly. Sent back, got refund but not for the p&p to receive and send back! As with other customers, was given a whole range of excuses from customer service. All my fault apparently nothing to do with them... as usual

I ordered my item almost a month ago, I've reached out to customer service and the only thing they told me was "be patient and wait on my item". I am very upset about this being that I needed this for my vacation in the next couple of days.
Bought a pair of lace panel jeans which looked great on the website, the quality when received was awful! I have literally never seen something so badly made and poor quality. Cheap quality jeans, at least a size smaller than that advertised with some poorly sewn on lace inserts.
I placed an order on 8/3 and paid for it to be expedited for my vacation packaged received after, 18 days later. I also order from several other companies and this is the only one I have not received.

Wish Id read the reviews before ordering. Ordered 2 dresses, both of which were too big. Sent them back and they were in the depot for a week before they reached pink boutique. Received one refund and one dress was returned due to being marked. When it left my house there was not a mark on it now theres a whopping show print inside at the top in a tread of shoe none of us own. Pink Boutique say I have worn the dress when I have not (its too big for goodness sake!) and refuse me a refund. Blatantly calling me a liar. Absolutely disgusting service

We are sorry to hear you were unhappy that your items were returned back to you. We can confirm that all items are checked upon leaving us and also when they arrive back into the warehouse. Unfortunately, the item was marked when it arrived back with us in our warehouse. Images are also taken of items by our returns department, when they arrive into the warehouse which we can then send to the customer.
We do state all information on our website in which we state, we are unable to accept items back with us which have been marked.
Unfortunately, on this occasion we were not able to accept this back with us.

I ordered shoes for my daughter's graduation. The ones received were the wrong colour and the wrong size and the company could not guarantee to dispatch a replacement in time, so I returned for a refund, however the refund did not include the shipping cost, leaving me £3 out of pocket for the company having dispatched the wrong item. I took this up with Pink Boutique and Paypal as this is against the Consumer Rights Act which states a buyer should not be out of pocket where a company has failed to supply the correct goods. I notice a lot of people are saying the same on here about being charged to return incorrect items, so challenge this if you are charged for returning faulty/wrong items. After spending almost $50.00 on items from their website it has been almost two months and i haven't received any packages and they didn't even send me a confirmation email or tracking number! Don't get scammed like me. 1 star is too generous of a review.
Can't fault this site. From their amazin quality with affordable prices, super fast dispatch and delivery even to Northern Ireland and their customer service team that go above and beyond for all their customers. Highly recommend to anyone who hasn't shopped here your missing out

The quality of the clothes that pink boutique supplies is disgusting. The prices here are not cheap at all. In fact, the company buys clothes and shoes for pennies and resells at very high prices. I will never buy things in this online store any more.
Ordered 5 dresses so my daughter could select a dress for her prom. 1 dress was selected 4 dresses were returned as unwanted items.
They have only refunded me for 2 saying the other 2 are soiled with fake tan, so I have now payed for three dresses instead of one.
This is ridicules but having read the reviews after the event I now think they have a scam going with the fake tan comment. Please be aware when ordering from this company. Scammers

So the first time I ever ordered from here they sent me the wrong item, I just left it and kept it! Didn't order again for a few years - I ordered the other day "rose gold pair of heels" they sent me out a "black" pair of heels! Like how can you get this wrong?! Anyway I sent them back to wait in all day the next day for them to redeliver the same BLACK SHOES OUT! Won't refund you the same day then I have to wait 5 working days for my money back! Company is a joke! Never ever again will I order from this backwards store. Can't even call it a store when they don't actually send you what you want!

I ordered a pair of track pants off this site along with a skirt. The track pats looked nothing like that photo on the site they came broken with a hole in one of the legs side seems. The skirt was way too big near my knees and too small near my waist. I ordered a size 10 and have a size 6 waist so im really confused. Waste of money I cant wear any of the pieces I bought.
Payed extra for Saturday delivery, items didn't arrive. Emailed Monday and no apology just told they'd send the items out tomorrow! (Tuesday) and wouldn't cancel my order!
Will be returning all items as soon as they eventually arrive and will never use this useless company again!

With all new shoes it is quite common to get blisters as shoes do need to be worn in.
However, if this was really bad then we would of course advise to return these back to us for further inspection.
