Absolutely love their clothes! I had an event coming up and had no idea what to wear that would make me feel comfortable. One of the lonely ladies from PB (Anna) helped me choose a dress and I felt like a princess! Thank you so much!

I tried to return a dress and swap for another which the site allows and you pay the £2.99 return shipping. I ended up paying £7 and was charged twice. So disappointed that as a loyal customer this error couldn't be fixed.

Excellent value for money and customer service is a dream. I've stopped here before never had any problems only yesterday. Had to return a set due to lose stiching but the girls at costumer service were great. They already have a replacement on the way. Amazed at how understanding they were and how they really go Bove and beyond compared to other clothing websites I've purchased on. The clothes are faboulous really high street quality thanks Again to Anna and Lucy for all your help

Cant rate 0 stars Pink Boutique has no definition of the word customer service, there app is a joke, They lies and lie and lie and when you hit them with a ton of information about there practices they have no reply, do not adhear to online selling regulations absolutle shambles of a company

WORST COMPANY EVER!

COMPLETE LIARS they say they will refund you but DONT.

Avoid at all costs!-their items are FAULTY and POOR QUALITY. Lucy has made it certain I would NEVER spend another penny here again.

Save your money ladies, spend it elsewhere!

Very affordable clothing for all ages. Lovely community in the members group and lift each other up when showing their new items.
PB Anna was lovely when dealing with get thru messenger.

None of the dresses I ordered looked like thw pictures when I received them. The fabic was very cheap. Dresses were not sewn together properly. There were holes in the seams. It cost me $85 to send them back to China. When I placed my order, they used a USA address, but for returns its a China address. Rip off. I have been waiting 5 weeks for a refund after I shipped merchandise back. It took over a week for them to send me rhe return address. They tried to iffer me a $5 disvount to keep the dresses. I refused it, then they offered me a 15% off coupon for my next order. I plan to NEVER order from this company. Finally after a week of haggling, they sent me the return address as made sure that I knew that I was responsible for the return shipping costs.
Save yourself time, money and a headache, don't order from this company.

I canceled order & asked for a refund prior to order being shift. They kept saying that it was in route, I recvd item after 3.5wks, It looks cheap/see through. They want me to pay for a return label to get a refund!

Tip for consumers:
Tip is cute clothes but order from elsewhere. Not worth the headache.

Products used:
Didn’t use item. I cancelled order prior to shipment/delivery…they were responsive but kept saying it’s out for delivery- although I can see item was still in CA., I finally recvd 3.5wks later! Now, they want me to pay for a return label to get my refund! Not acceptable!

I ordered a red hoodie from here and it took so long to even ship but as soon as it came the sleeves weren't even a normal length to wear and the design on the hoodie wasn't even there... it was just a red hoodie

Absolute disaster wrong sizes, delivered too late! The worst costumer service Ive ever had to deal with! Not happy. Think twice before you order and save your self the time. Really bad

I got a gorgeous dress and belt delivered but needed to return the belt as it was too big. I msged PB Vanessa and Anna sorted out an exchange for me straight away with no hassle at all

Everything I've ordered from here has either broke or ripped within the first two times of wearing or using the items. Not worth the money you pay very cheap

My order got lost in transit contacted pink bouquet twice said they will send me another pair of jeans never arrived they are not interested in ther costumers

I had a concern and so I messaged PinkBoutique and they soon replied to me it was Chantel and she put me at ease straight away I've never had any problems with them I always shop with PinkBoutique now I don't go else where I absolutely love all of PinkBoutique products they are reasonable and different I love that not everyone will be walking around in the same thing as me as I like to be different I can't thank Chantel enough this morning thank you xx

I placed an order after going back and forth and whether I should trust this site, and I wish I had gone with my gut instinct. These people are scammers who will take your money yet NEVER send you your items.

Founded in 2012 by our mum and daughter team, Julie Blackie and Alice Hall, PB has evolved rapidly over the last ten years and it just keeps getting bigger and better. From what started as an investment of £90 on eBay, that initial pack of six dresses has grown into the daily shipping of 1000 parcels from our warehouse. The rest is history!
