I absolutely love these. The shipping is wierd and I always pay for the Express. Once it hits the us it quits tracking but that's okay because it gets to me a few days later. I need prescription and wow are these perfect. The color pops and I have dark brown eyes. I'm a cosplayer and now I cant ever imagine cosplaying without them. This is the 4h time I was writing to pp regarding my parcel.
It has been a month since I have ordered however my parcel has not been delivered yet.
I am utmost disappointed with the delivery process and with the service itself.
The status of my parcel has not been changed since September 19th.
According to local post office the parcel did not enter the country.
Despite of several attempts to communicate with the support team and track my parcel I was asked to wait further. No help was provided from pinky paradise team at all.
I do highly regret that I have ordered from this site. I won't recommend to order from pinky paradise at all because there is no assistance given when the parcel is missing.
Worst customer service ever.

This was my first time buying contact lenses for cosplay, so I was a bit nervous. I had been recommended this company by some acquaintances and I decided to give it a try. I was surprised by the affordable prices and the positive reviews, so I purchased a pair of red lenses (Vassen Dolly Plus Red). I really like the shipment tracking process, and the lenses have great quality and are super comfortable. Already purchased another pair for my next cosplays!

I do a lot of cosplay and I get all my lenses form this website, they got great prices and quality on their products. I love how they both have cute and cartoony and natural contact lenses, that helps a lot that I can get all different styles form the same website

I bought some beautiful lenses from here and they were really beautiful and I also got a small paper with how to clean lenses, take care of them and how to put them in your eyes. I got a cute animal lenscase too, this is amazing!

Don't expect your money back. They'll tell you their PayPal acct isn't working. I'm still waiting on it since July 2 for an order I canceled an HR afterwards. It wasn't even processing on the weekend but they'll take a portion of the order as fee. Doesn't even matter cause I haven't seen the rest of the money back yet. Ridiculous business.

In response to your response. You openly admit to having a high rate of rip off artists, scammers, fraud etc in your country Yet you don't seem to do anything about it... As you suggested I did some research and looked at other reviews in regard to YOU. It just verified what I already learned the hard way. YOU are not trustworthy PERIOD... I also learned that you take no responsibility for your shoddy merchandise when People suffer damage from your product. You are not Professional lens crafters or Vision ware specialists. An absolutely stunning pair of blue contacts! My eyes are already blue, and so they enhance and make my own eyes look so magical! Extermely comfortable, and perfect for any character with mystical blue eyes! 10/10 would reccommend!

I absolutely love their contacts they are comfortable and they come in my prescription which is wonderful I've had a set of lenses over a year now and with the proper care they have lasted longer

I ordered my lenses and paid extra for express shipping (4-7 days) and it still took a month. They refuse to refund the additional shipping charges I paid and won't even let me return my contacts without paying MORE SHIPPING. The event I needed the contacts for passed, and now I have lenses I paid extra for. I used to buy with them but this experience makes me feel like I am not valued as a customer. Their products are good, but I I very disappointed with their service.

I ordered a pair of Venus Eye Wine Red contacts (E229) and after them delaying my order well past the 7-10 days shipping time they promised me on their website, I receive a pair of Venus Eye Bright Red contacts (E228). I have tried contacting them but they will not respond to my emails. I have since filed a claim with Paypal asking for a refund because they did not send me what I ordered and will not answer me. Do NOT buy from them. They will promise you anything and everything just to get your money with no fulfillment.

I must say I have tried contacts in the past that have irritated my eyes and just never looked natural in any color. After researching about PinkyParadise and trying them out; they are the best in realistic colors, the way they blend with your eyes, are very comfortable, reasonable shipping, and overall affordable. I've been buying lenses from pinky paradise for nearly 2 years now, and I've been met with customer satisfaction every single time. I've often had people stop me in the streets or at conventions and ask me where I get my lenses from, and I always point them towards Pinky Paradise, highlighting the fact that you offer lenses with prescription. I'm from the UK so that's something I've struggled to find.

I had one dispute previously where my order was cancelled but I was unsure why. I contacted the company through email and was promptly told it was due to payment cancellation from my bank account, so I was able to reorder them soon after.

Shipment has always been on time and packaging has meant that the lenses stay intact.

I ordered from them recently. I ordered 8 pairs. Which is a decent chunk of money. They said delivered and they weren't. When I emailed them they decided it wasn't their issue and aren't going to resend them. I'm now out a ton of money and they aren't going to do anything about it. Their customer service is horrible. It would be the decent thing to refund or resend but they won't. Good luck if there's any issue because their customer service sucks.
