Order several pairs, I love them. They arrived quickly, well protected, with their gift box. There were problems with 1 model, but it was instantly fixed and everything so that the shipment was fast. I would buy many more times.
Pinkyparadise claim shipping is free, it is not. Received package, but had to pay tax, handling. +35USD. Pinkyparadise customer service claim they said something in the sales terms... But they say free shipping. As an answer they say the can not handle this, but PinkyParadise choose to not register for VOEC. This is tricking customers! They are not VOEC (vat on e-commerce) registered by choice. If they registered they could truly say they have free shipping and the customer would know the total cost. Got an answer below from shop 6th of Nov -24: Answer looks AI generated: I wrote it was tax and handling charges. Still they write to inform me it is tax? You couldn't make up this stuff on bad customer service. Then they continue to mansplain to me that tax is out of their control; As I wrote they chose to do it; they do not enlist to the VOEC register, which would give then to tax. Again spending time, explaining their ignorance on tax and handling. There are 3000 registered companies that manages what PinkyParadise is not able to do... Of course this is a corporate strategy to trick their customers. Customer consideration? Not registering for VOEC increases the cost for the customer due to needing to pay PinkyParadise currier to handle tax, which would be cheaper if PinkyParadise organized it from the beginning...
I have ordered many lenses from Pinky Paradise, they are my favorite site to order lenses from. All of the lenses I have gotten here are extremely comfortable, FDA approved quality made lenses, this is very important to me because I wear them daily for vision correction. My orders with Pinky Paradise have been nothing short of amazing! They are always correct and very timely with shipping and always include a extra surprise bonus or two!
I have made a huge mistake and ordered cheaper circle lenses from other sites before and have had numerous problems. For instance my last order was from a company called Dolly Eye Korean lenses (which I never recommend)! I have had a nightmare of a time with the order, and I'm still dealing with it! I ordered this order on Thanksgiving day, paid $108.97, and after two packages from them and two months later, I am sorry to say that I STILL don't have any wearable lenses. My packages from the Dolly Eye contained defective lenses that have a scratchy feeling that can't be worn safely, and lenses stamped with the incorrect prescription or no added prescription at all when they were ordered and promised in my prescription. The first package I received from them I was shorted a pair of lenses and the package had been damaged so badly that 3 out of the 4 glass vials that they did send were smashed and the contacts were floating loose amongst the broken glass inside of the leaking package. I obviously couldn't use these. When I contacted the seller at The Dolly Eye about the 1st package they sent out a replacement package at regular us postal speed that had also shorted me a pair of lenses and contained no lenses that were wearable due to no prescription and defective materials. Obviously the Dolly Eye doesn't care, they took 3 weeks longer than the $35 extra shipping cost time frame said that they should have with the first order, and will not correct any of their errors without taking out a claim against them with PayPal or your financial institution.
I should've ordered from Pinky Paradise all along and avoided this whole mess! They are awesome and you will be happy you chose to order there instead of ending up like me!

PinkyParadise had a promotion from March 9th to the 23rd for "Buy two, Get one free!" I placed an my first order on March 10th for two pairs of circle lenses and waited for the lenses. Around a month later (order #1), on their website it had advertised free shipment with "14-25 business days" in which you should expect your lens to come in. I've been purchasing on this website for around 5 years since they usually have great service, and I could understand the traffic and lag that they may have because this is usually one of their popular promotions in which a bunch of people probably were ahead of me and I didn't mind the wait. I contacted customer service and found out that during the processing of order #1 that it provided me with a fake tracking number and I couldn't even track the package. The customer service representative apologized and gave me another replacement order in the second week of April.
Well, around another month order (order #2) was lost in translation somewhere in Chicago. I contacted customer service a second time about my replacement package and he advised me to change my address because it might have to do something about my address. So, literally at this point it has been a little bit over two months. Again, the customer service representative was nice about it and gave me a second replacement order with 3-5 day FedEx shipping.
Today, May 22nd is when I received my lens that I have ordered on March 10th (TEN weeks later) and it wasn't even correct. I opened a package to two lenses and ONE sunglasses? For their promotion, 1+1=3, one could only assume it was going to be another pair of circle lenses but it turns out to be sunglasses? I've attempted to contact customer service about this misleading promotion, but no one has contacted me back yet.
