We paid $3,000 up front to this company for a $5,000usd website build, they took the money and it took a week before they would even return our emails, then they had an attitude because we sent many emails through the course of that week. They started the design work and did maybe 4 of 25 pages and asked for the rest of the money. We told them no way, because we had already agreed that we give them the rest of the money once the website build is complete, so they told us they would do no more work without the rest of the money, so we had 4 pages done out of 25 and had already given them more than half up front. We told them we would give them half of the remaining money. This job was supposed to take 1 month, it's now 4 months later and they still have not responded back to us and no more work has been done, the bank says due to the fact it's past 90 days they cannot do a charge back to get our money back for us. You hire these guys and you WILL get burnt. I plan to file a law suit at this point
