I cannot recommend Planet Express highly enough. I have been using this shipping service for a few years now and they have been reliable, trustworthy, fast and cost effective. I use them to ship consolidated packages for me purchased in the USA. When I have needed customer service assistance they have been extremely helpful and sorted out the issues identified. I'm sad that they no longer use DHL Express for international deliveries because at my end of things I find DHL has vastly superior customer service than other courier services. Keep up the good work!
I paid for insurance for an item sent on 22 Sep 2023. Planet express will only open a claim after 30 working days. I opened a claim on 8 November and they have ignored most my except except this one which I received on 15 Jan 2024: "Hello, The claim opened on package BI is currently still pending. Unfortunately this courier has slow processing times and takes time before concluding their investigation and providing compensation. We will send a communication for the status of this claim. Will respond back to you as soon as more information is provided. " I am happy to share and forward all correspondence but I have not received an item shipped over 4 months ago, paid insurance and they couldn't care less.

I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro Max refurbished from Apple for a gift as well as an iPhone 12 Pro. After destroying a corner of the package and unsuccessfully stealing my goods, they proceeded to remove the original packaging tape, steal the iPhone 12 Pro Max and put clear tape over top then send the package as if nothing happened. After submitting a claim, they're saying it will take 90 days for the carrier to process the claim (carrier has nothing to do with this situation). Live chatting with agent and they say that nothing happened to the package because the check in picture was good when they just stole the package after entering the picture in their system. Trying to come up with excuses why the package was OPENED and DESTROYED instead of taking responsibility for their thieving employees and issuing me a refund.
Prompt response to queries, the only issue I have is having to load cash on thier platform before using that to settle your bills. I think it will be easier to pay bills directly.

I have had great experiences with Planet Express. I have been able to order items that did not otherwise deliver to France. The prices are low, the service is excellent.
About half the cost if I went directly to FedEx shipping to Germany. Shipping speed on FedEx service faster than what they listed. UI is pretty easy to use will most likely use them again.
It simplifies me a lot my shipments make it seem very simple and from the comfort of my house I can definitely do everything a very reliable and very fast company above all

They are scammers, they are rude, they don't do their job, they don't apologize, and just keep scamming you for money because they got you hooked- your packages are with them so you'll do anything to get your stuff. I. e pay them as many times as they force you to. That did not work with me.
They failed to send me my package THREE times and had an audacity to ask me to pay for the FORTH time so they can "send" it again. I paid, I filed the customs forms and received nothing but emails from them every week that I have a package A, then package B, then package C. I immediately noticed that something is not right because I only sent them 1 package how am I receiving 3 packages?! Turns out it's the same one package that keeps getting kicked back and they want me to pay every time it "gets kicked back" (about $18 each time). Total scam. The company's sole reason for existence is to forward packages and they miserable failed at it. They extended no apology, did not offers any solutions to their own problem that they created for me, and, moreover, asked me that I either have to pay them to they will trash my package. Can you imagine the audacity? After 3 times that THEY failed to do their job I, the customer, have to be one paying them again to send or store my package?! I asked them to trash it. If I could give this joke of a business zero starts I really would. Stay away from them, there are so many other reliable companies that have integrity and manners.

The items were dispatched without any damage and the tracking was pretty neat. The UI was pretty easy to navigate and the workflow is made simple and nice. Keep it up.

They had no idea about customs for the country I wanted to ship to. They told me it's my responsibility to know it. So basically they just send things and if it bounces and gets returned or eaten by customs - too bad, my fault. They have a paid subscription model, which they imply will save you money when you use it... I bought it for a month. I used it ONE time. I paid $14.19 to ship a package to their warehouse in OR. After I called FedEx and they told me about customs laws in the country I was shipping to, I found out I can't even get my package to where I want to get it to. So I asked them to send it to an address in Texas. From MI > OR = $14 but from OR > TX they told me the MINIMUM to ship it is $40, and for the same method I used it costs $60? Wtf? What kind of scam service are you guys using? How can I get a better rate with USPS than them? They are a bunch of thiefs who lie about saving you money. They didn't answer my emails, but before ignoring me they told me to pay for a return label to MI. I'm on a time crunch. I can't afford to wait another 2 weeks and do everything myself. That's they whole point for using your terrible service.

I requested a hipping from Oregon to India and they since 10 days package moving between OR to CA and they have no real response on my package. I have sent them 5 to 7 mails but I get is a generic response.

I have used many reships but planet express was one of the best amongst them. The service, support everything was up to the mark. I highly recommend them.
Please note that due to the Covid crisis:
1. The repacking service is not available
2. If a service is not available, the staff will wait one week before telling you and cancelling your request
3. It takes one week for PlanetExpress to send out your order once you have made payment
My package sat in the PlanetExpress warehouse for a total of 3 weeks before it was sent out, unpacked. The company however topped up the shipping credit to make up the cost difference of the unpacked package.
I wish the company is more upfront in its communications. If it is shorthanded because of the Covid crisis, it needs to inform clients on the dashboard or via emails that a longer processing time is required and certain services are not available. So clients can decide if they can or would like to wait, or whether they can do without the missing service. Instead of taking money from them and making them angry because they are unable to either provide the service in a timely manner or at all. This is not playing fair and will not get them any returning customers.
