Spent $500 in 5 weeks on game content and a few days ago everything was deleted and the game started over. Neither Google Play nor EA SPORTS will refund my money. Complete rip offs.

I bought a Google play gift card and couldn't redeem the $100 I payed not much help form support tried to get refund denied now going to report to better business Bureau would never spend money with them again

I am a senior and received a prize of google play gift cards. Since I cannot use much of the google play products, I write to google if I can transfer my money to google store to buy something. The answer is No.
My money is now stuck in google play for 3 years. I do not understand why since it is the same company.
Not a user friendly company.

Unfortunately this company takes your money and doesn't render the services. They state there's no refunds for Google Play gift cards or credit but they block usage of funds with no immediate resolution. If I do not get access ro my money my next step wull be a credit card dispute and BBB report. Redt assured I will not be purchasing any additional credit. Beyond this latest issue, the Play Store constantly goes down and honestly I would not use them at all, if I did not have to on Android.

I bought a google playcard credit and went to scratch off the card to my suprise the poor quality of it just came off and easily and cant be scratched properly like what we usually scratch other stuff and it turn out like this so i told the customer service it's manufacturing problem and they told to me to go back to the 7-11 ask for refund i went there and the staff said it cant be refund and i understand the staff there so i went back to google customer service they told me they will get their expert team to reveal the code for me and after spending more than 3hours time this scammer company told me they don't know the code and can't reveal more detail about the card to me and i am like what is wrong with your company,you should be responsible when it's your manufacturing problem and now you telling me my money is going to the sea for no reason this is just a scammer company beware of them do not buy their google card

bull$#*!+ scammer and useless and waste of time customer service, worst customer service ever

Several times google has time and time again taken away my purchases, deleting my and stealing my content(s). For example, music and movies I have purchased off of their store. They have no archive of my purchase history and ask me to locate it myself or send them a bank statement from 7 yrs ago. Why am I doing their work? DO NOT PURCHASE FROM GOOGLE! You have been warned.

Tip for consumers:
I recommend going back to hard copy purchases or iTune store from now on.

I am so disappointed in Google Play. I received a gift card from my son. The first four numbers of the code were unlegible due to my error. I had a picture of what had happened and asked for help. Gooogle insisted on a receipt which I did not have. So Google gets to keep the cash and I get nothing. I recommend avoiding doing anything with this theif of a company.

Hackers are on here google play and tiktok and nextdoor! Crackheads! I have my freedom rights to say whatever i want to say an ill be posting commenting this every day now! Try something courts will not be on your sides. Thats my freedom rights!

Overall purchasing anything within the playstore is a mess. If you redeem a giftcard or balance within your account, you cannot cover the rest of the purchase with your credit card when it comes to purchases.

I purchased a gift Google play card and they refuse to credit my account with th 15$ after spending hours on the phone with support and sending MULTIPLE copies of the card and receipt. They are now demanding I input my credit card or debit into my account in order to get the balance of the gift card. I am now forced to go through the process of consumer protection agency in order to get my 15$ or refund. Already has been a complete waste of my time. Never had this problem with ITunes. Imo if you have the option between Google play cards or ITunes, go with ITunes all the way! Easier and hassle free! Take my word for it and NEVER waste a penny on a Google play card!

I was being charged for a subscription that I contacted In-App customer service to cancel, but Google Play would not help me with this. They directed me back to the developer of the app and said it is at their discretion. I have proof that I asked the developer about cancelling a subscription from 5-17-2021 and they continued to charge me until Jan 2022. I also have proof that I reached out again and they told me that Google Play would have to issue the refund. I am just irritated with both Google Play and the app, I quit playing the game in April 2021 and asked to cancel once I saw I was charged in May.

Tip for consumers:
Do not expect refunds for any reason.

Google play takes people money as a 3rd party for developers app, Then when your account on the app get hacked and then Ban, They don't do nothing about... Even when the developers of the app don't contact the customer back. They just take people money and don't worry about the customers account. For Example The Grand Mafia

Let's start with the good things.
Excellent support, always answer quickly and help.
There are many options and easy to use.
But...
Let's move on to the less good things.
After working for many hours to build the app and uploading it to Google Store, I found that there are some things that can not be done.
1. You can not share pictures. If you send a picture to a Watsp for example, it does not send a picture but the link to the picture.
2. It is impossible to duplicate a product but need to re-register each product.
3. It is impossible to write more than 140 characters in the product description. Which is very bad.
And the most annoying thing when you build this app shows that you can do these things and just download the app from Google Store find that what you see and what you get is not the same thing.
I hope yours will be better off using this app.

30 dollars in gift cards wasted. All support does is send an automated message and ends up saying fill a form. I shouldnt have to fill a form to redeem what i payed for. No help. Before they said they couldnt help and me and I lost 10 dollars. Yesterday, I spent 20 dollars and I have to wait 3 days. For another, it was 5 dollars. They said submit a form and it would take 3 days and its been 3 days during the week. Useless.

Garbage website. Fire support team, they're useless.

I purchased meaning NOW OWN a TV series. They pulled the series and took away my access to something I now OWN. They refused a refund which is criminal but no accountability for Google. Will never spend one red cent again on Google and I definitely recommend the same

I am so disgusted from this company that I a 20 year Andriod user will be purchasing an iPhone and going with the. These morons charged my cc for almost 200 dollars and refused REFUSED to refunded me. All they ever say is it's our policy yada yada they are absolute thieves! Because of this, my family is switching companies as Google Play can not be trusted.

Hi, I am unable to complain directly and after 3 months of continuously over charging me they say that refunds is not in their policy. Use the platform at your own risk! And check your statements.

Tip for consumers:
Check your actual card statements, you may be very shocked at an extra 21% being added.

Total garbage don't waste your money. My upgrade originally said 49.99 and was charged 99.99 and they refuse to refund me. Installed less then 24 hours

I purchased an audiobook in 2019. It has been in my library since that time, until last month, around the time that I purchased another audiobook. It disappeared from my library. I contacted Google Play store and was told that the order was canceled and I was refunded! With further questioning, they said that the order was canceled 2019 and I was refunded then! The only refund then was because they had charged me multiple times and made multiple credits except for one-the actual charge for the audiobook. This whole situation is too and makes no sense at all. It was obvious that customer service had no interest in actually following up on the issue! I do not recommend google play for these reasons!

Google Play's download doesn't work for ImageMaker Pro. They said I couldn't get a refund because it was against their "policy". I never got the product. What kind of Google Play policy says I have to pay for something that I never received?

They wanted me to contact the developer in Germany to help debug the system? That's not my job anymore.

I didn't make this purchase by accident -- the web site says it was available for my device (Win11) -- which it apparently wasn't.

I guess Google Play is more interested in developer profits than in their paying customers or in 5-Star Reviews.

Don't buy from Google Store.

Google play has now come up with a new tactic to get you buy subscriptions While you are trying out an app from the store a pop-up to purchase the prescription will popup and set over top the continue button
Of the app your trying. No close button no x in corners i tried to swipe it away but it just triggered the purchase i sent an email to google play explaining what happened.it was less than 10 minutes from the time it happened to requesting a refund.at 5pm i get an email stating they cant refund my purchase because it doesn't meet their policy. I tried 3 more times but got same reply.

I paid for two language apps, and their subscriptions were about to be renewed. I didn't want to pay for another year. Canceling those two subscriptions was almost impossible. Google had me change my password two weeks before. I couldn't remember my new password. I was already on my Google account, but they still wanted me to sign in. I asked to change my password. Google verified my account via double authentication, but for the love of God, Google would not let me change my password or sign in. I was charged for both subscriptions because I could not log in. I also could not cancel my subscriptions via the apps themselves. There was no one to call at Google for help.

As a result of fraud, I had to deposit $1500 in Google Play which their representatives told me I could get back. Now they're telling me it is against their policy. I asked them at least transfer my balance to Google Store so I could buy an imac or something that is worth $1500. Still, they repeat it is company policy and they cannot transfer. There is nothing in Google Play that I can buy with $1500. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
