As for the verification status, we have that to secure the payment and ensure we're receiving it from its authorized owner. This is to ensure no fraud or unauthorized use is happening.

Player auctions is a scam i contacted them about my stolen account (ticket *******) and they are refusing to help. The seller who stole my account is reselling it again and i provided all proof to their team and they still did not help. They are a scam and wont help if your account gets stolen unless you have bought the 1 year guarantee protection plan.

It was not 20 minutes and I was expecting this a bit... they ask for additional copies of my ID's but I think is because I use a fake address. After it they change it and my payment was approved. There was no problem with the order I receive and everything is correct... so new users just need to know they will be require to send ID's but the service is legit..

This site is an absolute scam and a nightmare for honest sellers. I attempted to sell my account once in good faith and ended up losing both the account and the money. The buyer successfully accessed and even changed the email on the account (I have clear evidence of this), yet they falsely claimed I provided incorrect details. Despite presenting substantial proof to the platform, the dispute was ruled in the buyer's favor without any feedback or justification.
Not only did I lose the payment, but I also didn't even get my account back. The platform failed to protect me as a seller and completely ignored the evidence I provided. To make matters worse, there was zero communication or transparency about how the dispute was handled.
This site clearly favors scammers and provides no real support for sellers. If you value your time, money, and accounts, do not use this platform. It's a complete scam and a haven for fraud. I trusted the process, and I was left with nothing.

We apologize if this was not the decision you wanted. However, there was no "clear" evidence. The screenshots we received were from Discord, which is inadmissible for this case because we do not have jurisdiction there. Further, you sent screenshots that the email was changed; this is not indicative of the buyer's action because this can also be changed by the seller.
What we needed is objective proof that the account was taken and logged in by the buyer. You can do this by recovering the account and showing internal changes to it, showing that the buyer has taken it. We need to highlight that this account and sale are yours, and you are required to provide proof of its turnover.
You did not "lose" the payment because you did not sell this order. It was disputed. As for the account, if you are the original owner, you can request a recovery for this from the game team.

Honestly a lot of difficulties for a first time user... but at the same time, I understand. Security is a trickt thing but this site does a good job altho it can be difficult for new users.
