Honestly a lot of difficulties for a first time user... but at the same time, I understand. Security is a trickt thing but this site does a good job altho it can be difficult for new users. For the orders itself they are very good and all delivered correctly without any mistake in infos... overall I still recommend Playerauctions js be prepared to send them ID's on your first order and if your OK with that, you can get good deals...

Had to multiple new accounts because it declined for using my mother's card AFTER completing all the verification with her face in the ID photo and photo of card. Immediately banned the accounts the second they were created. Terrible experience. 0 stars.

I sincerely apologize for the hassle. Unfortunately, payments done on behalf of other people cannot be accepted; we require the same user to pay with their own account and/or credentials and this is to avoid fraud or unauthorized use.

To this effect, duplicate accounts will also be closed. Please revert back to your old account and see if you can use a payment account under your name. If not that, we have Coinbase as an alternative; as long as there are no issues found, we do not require verification for Coinbase. We use ERC20 as the network and USDC or DAI as the coin.

There was some delay the order is suppose to be 1 hour but it became 3...not the site's fault but still annoying on part of the seller who false-advertised the offer. I still receive the correct amount but dropping 1 star for the delay. One day I will get back with a 5 star if the next orders are on time...
We totally understand. Just to let you know, if you are unhappy with an undelivered order, you may cancel it to receive a refund as long as the seller's delivery guarantee has already expired. That said, it may not be the most ideal decision so this will depend on you.

Not happy with the reply delay because I am waiting for that before I proceed with the order. At the very least, I can say good things about the order I placed which covers every positive aspect from pricing to delivery speed. I wanted to give 3 or maybe 4 stars but keeping it at 5 for now and will adjust this if it happens again. I am positive it was just a minor blunder and I'm being impatient too to be fair.

I am not new to these sites and I have used them a lot over the pass few years, but Playerauction is my favorite so far simply because of good sellers like haidi or cheaprsgolds. They do very good gold services and the prices are always good. I realized late that you can "bulk purchase" the amount which causes a few discounts and ever since I found out I saved a few more...

Amazing experience from start to finish.
First, the price is very good. You can even get a better deal the higher the amount of gold that you buy and it seems to work for every seller.
Then comes the bonuses given by sellers. This is the third time I bought from the same one (only because of convenience) and as a "loyalty" bonus they gave me extra 20%. It's not a big deal in terms of monetary value but this is a welcome addition!
It has been very good using it and I plan to buy more before the year ends XD
