A Friend had referred me to this Site. I don't like the fact that when your Partner decides to leave the game, the other person pays the price for it to. Also, I have seen people with as high as a 32% Abandonment, why can't they get a Penalty for that? Also, those that do have a high % of abandonment, they have other Accts? That isn't fair! I come on to relieve stress, not to increase it!

Website country hacked, cheaters can see your cards and all cards on the table. All games on this website are rigged and if you are not in the loop you do not stand a chance to enjoy your overall experience. Some games you can win, especially if you have a cheater on your partner side playing the game of spades. The Spades website is designed for those that are in control of the game. There are no moderators to deny cheaters and disgusting players. The original website designers of spades intended it for select few to control the outcome of the spades games through rigged tables.

The title says it all,
I suggest creating as many accounts as possible to minimize the bullying that goes on.
I urge all people to create losts of accounts and then an enormous password (copy and paste the longest websites in the world.) Maybe Marek Furtado will take notice and refrom what was once a passable site. It was never good, however!

Been playing this game of Euchre on this site for months and it is definitely rigged. The exact same 10 hands keep getting dealt over and over again. Cards are not radomly dealt to create a real live game of Euchre. Makes it very unfair and definitely not a fun nor real situation type game. Gets extremely boring to see the same exact hands over and over again and knowing exactly how each hand is going to turn out. Don't waste your time playing on this site.

I have played quite a few games in pinochle, hearts, and euchre. When I say quite a few I am talking way over 1,000. Today I played about 20 total and of that 20 14 of the opponents were bots. The easy way to tell is to ask the opponents a few questions and watch the answers. Bots do not respond the way a real person does.

Hundreds of players with the same name format. Such as fvn5876g, bmn3443g, fgb5843g, 3 letters (no vowells), 3 or 4 numbers then a g. I do mean hundreds. Are these bots, a group, cheats? Who are these people

Total rubbish. Pre- decides which player will win and deals out cards accordingly. Only fun is trying to beat the computer.
Often encounter foul mouthed idiots on site. And cheat programs are rife

Stops games for no reason and unable to complain. Many times I play a long time then they claim something untrue and make me loose the game. Low ratings because of that. Very annoying.

The game is designed for the select, elite few to take victory most of the time because of arranged dealt hand going in favor of the cheaters. On any given game the cards dealt highly favor the cheater elites taking at least 7 of the tricks, most times 8 or 9 tricks. Cards dealt highly favor cheaters with 1 card suit whereby allowing cheaters play their spades and leave the opponents with a little opportunity to make their bid. What gets me is the original designers of the website went through the pains of delivering an excellent format of the game of spades, all to be nullified with the fact that the games are rigged, cheaters fill the tables by the 1000nds. What a terrrible waste.

The games program benefits the most addicted players, even those who pay or sponsor the site.
You can play a game very well but will find players in these conditions and will lose against them.

Totally rigged backgammon game. Don't waste your time with these Blockheads. Complete home board dice run ups. Wish I stopped paying sooner. Are there any real backgammon sites?

Playok's algorithm mostly decides the outcome of games. We've all been on both receiving ends of its whims. Sometimes it decides that you win a round and other times it makes you the designated loser. Sometimes it even decides not to intervene. These few times are when your skills actually matter. Sometimes you're the loser, but because you're a strong player, you manage to turn your apparent misfortune into a strong back game, reversing the odds of a loss. Or so you thought. Playok will correct things back near the end of the game and you'll lose in an even more spectacular and damaging way.

But why does it do this?

To keep you interested? To create the element of suspense? For the dopamine hits? To hook you to the site?

Ultimately, it just sucks. It ruins a game that is already fine on its own. It turns backgammon into something different. Now, I can't double even if I know that I have a really strong back game, because I know, based on how my opponent keeps getting the perfect roll to get out of my otherwise difficult home row, that they are being favored to win the round. I'm dominating the round, but my mission is to just minimize the damage of my inevitable loss. On the board I'm winning, but I'm not playing to win, I'm playing to minimize my upcoming loss in a game that I'm winning. Sad.

The interface is basic but functional for playing Go, which is the only game I play on this site. A fair number of Go players use this site a few quite strong some even from Korea, where Go is immensely popular. Other sites for Go such as Tygem Baduk are far more sophisticated and are used by professional Go players.

Reading some of the other reviews here of this site Play OK, I have never encountered rudeness from opponents playing Go on this site so I cannot comment on moderation of the site as it has never been necessary for me.

It is very bad when your p tosses the game so when you question your p, (bidenwonhaha) comes back calling me a dic licker and telling me to go $#*! myself so I reported it to playokay. But of coarse everybody knows that the site willl do nothing about it since they act just like those on the site. His two friends jumped me also calling me names and their names is youdirtyh0re and ittibity. Sad when you are 100% disabled and they slammed me for that so play. Okay needs to be shut down since they support this kind of hatred towards others.
Would not let me not mark a star but I had no choice so they got 1 star since the internet likes people and sites that are very verbally vulgar and abusive.

I love to play Spades; when I came upon this site that was free and the chance to play with LIVE people I was excited and then reality set in; the level of cheating, the sexual names and racist names of players is unacceptable and when I reported my concerns to PLAYOK I got the rudest response, it was shocking which lets me know they feel untouchable which is unfortunate when they can just address obvious flaws on their site; it is almost criminal..

I can't give them half a STAR because that's all I would give them only because they are some bastards who support discrimination and racism, I'm blocked because I commented, I'm offended AND I don't have the right to reply

Recently, PlayOK changed the format for tablets. I wanted to like it, I really did. I tried it out for a few weeks, but it's not visually friendly. At least not for me. So, I decided to email and give my feedback.

This was my email:
Okay, I have given it a whirl now since you began the new tablet layout and sorry, but I'm not a fan. The cards are smaller and on 2 rows which makes it challenging to see what you have. It's more difficult to follow the scores and the players. The other format has worked great, so why change it?

Unless it's reversed, I will be playing less and only on my laptop. I like to sit on the couch at night and play on my tablet, but just can't do it with this new format.

Just my opinion.

I play euchre. In real life I am very good. On this site however, I noticed little things the more I played. The pattern of the deal changed for a week to almost all low cards all the time. Always all four suits at least 75% of the time. It made it really difficult to play, and they were usually mismatched to your partner, noticeably so. It was a definite pattern. So noticeable to me that I commented about it. Other people I played with also complained about the same thing in the pattern. It was a noticeable deliberate pattern that did not cycle. It just kept ramming you in a hole. If you get all low cards you eventually lose and once you hit bottom you can never get up again. As a bottom feeder you are stuck with really rotten players who have no idea what they are doing. Experienced players see your rating and you are marked. No way out because of their pattern that never changes. If that pattern attaches itself to you, you are screwed, None of us could figure out how to stop it or change it.
I finally deleted my account, a game that was once enjoyable became a stressful experience. Players are rude, hateful filthy talk and nothing you can do about it. People who insult are never banned. Bad experience with the site. I give it 1/2 star out of 5.

play.ok backgammon game is a fraud game. Dice are clearly fraudulent and out of statistical possibility. Very usual favoring romanian and polish players.

Site not bad compared to some Players rude lots of cheaters. So many cheaters and many derogatory names are used for players. Worst one is person named 9blkinches

Can not play an honest game to end some other players keep going out and returning all the time and I suspect they hack into my spot and I can not control card. They end up freezing game and winning

Same players play under different name in a effort to be able to cheat. Playing under both players so they will be able to know what cards players have.

Play ok stacks the deck in order to keep players coming back to its site. The worst possible players are handed wins. The site sets the ratings, not the skills of the players.
