The shifts on poached is bull$#*!. They won't approve me they keep saying will review and get back in 3 days. I've been trying for 2 fckn years and they still say same $#*! every time. I have all certifications including food manager. It's great for jobs and interviews but the shifts I really want to pick up some of it won't let me. Support doesn't help.

I was suspended for cancelation of a shift. Their APP doesn't work. No phone support. Only Email. I don't need MAST certificate if I am working in a kitchen.

I was banned from Poached Demand over a year ago. They shorted my pay from a completed assignment. I texted * a few times inquiring about this. They never responded. A week later I received an email indicating I'm suspended from using Poached Demand. I've attempted to reach out a few times too lift the suspension but no one ever responds by text, phone or even their office. Remember, they shorted me and I was just trying to find out what was going on. A very cowardly unprofessional company that hides behind a computer and doesn't answer phone calls or text messages.
