Buyer beware!

I placed and order 3 weeks ago for a gift for my son, and have not received ANY type of update other than a generic email stating that orders will take between 10-14 days to ship... which is not even accurate. Their Facebook page is full of similar comments. Best case scenario, they are horribly mismanaged and incompetent. Worst case scenario, they are scamming people. They took my money and disappeared. It's my first (and last) time ordering from them. There is no way to contact them other than submitting a ticket on their site, and they don't respond to those, apparently. I'll try BBB next.

Worst customer service ever.

Ordered christmas gift on the 12th of December. Hasn't shipped in over 10 days and still hasn't! Contacted customer support so many times asking for a update. They said "we aren't sure will send asap".

Its the 22nd and I'm like ok can you like expedite it so it can be here by Christmas because they advertised that if you ordered by the 17th the order would be there by Christmas.

They said nope we can't expedite or do anything for you and you just have to wait when we decide to send it…

They closed the ticket on me before helping at all and my Christmas is ruined because this was their main gift for someone. Absolute joke. Never ordering from them again.

I learned about this site literally today. Anytime I find a new website I want to buy from I always take a look at things and open up various tabs and stuff that interest me, and then save the items I enjoy into a "want" folder of saved links, so that I can easily find what I want when I have some extra spending money.

Less than 20 minutes into looking at the side I get blocked for " browsing and clicking at a speed much faster than expected of a human being." because I have multiple tabs open and I'm not looking at stuff for as long as they deem necessary I was abruptly told I'm a bot and blocked from the website. I when looking for solutions and from forums and other old sites, this has been an issue that the website has had for YEARS.

I'm just trying to order my boyfriend the pikachu valentines plushy and order myself some cards. Pretty much everything on the site is sold out and because I keep clicking products it blocked me because it assumed I was a bot. I was originally using my phone so after it finally let me access the site again, I started using my computer to see if that helped. Of course I get blocked again. This was my first experience with this website and will definitely be my last.

Damaged $40 Jolteon, 0 Cares Given
March 15, 2023

January 2023 - daughter saved up to purchase a $40 Jolteon plush, when it arrived it arrived damaged. We immediately reached out to get a replacement. It's now March & we haven't received a replacement. I attempted to speak with a representative via chat & was told that I had to email from the email it was order with. Why? I have an order # & a receipt. Customer service rep refused to even speak to me. I wil never order from this shady biz again. Be warned.

Tried using a special zard promo. Failed to process my payment. Support told me to wait a week and try again. Same result and they simply said they cannot help me. $#*!ing horrible. 1/10 wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Japanese Pokémon is light years better anyway…

I put in an order for 2 plushies and 2 packs of cards. They arrived in a box only barely big enough to fit it all. For $43 you would hope it comes in a sizable box but apparently not. The box was badly crushed. Both plushies had minor bends which is bad but oh well. But one of the packs of cards is completely bent. I open it and the cards are bent too. I message the company and provide evidence but after a day of getting 5 different emails about them "escalating" it to someone else, I was told "card curving may occur naturally due to the printing process and moisture contraction in the fibers. It can also occur depending on how the product is stored." And I would not be receiving a refund. This business consistently overcharges and underdelivers. They are almost always sold out of many items and getting anything when a new set releases is a nightmare. The company does all it can to charge you the most and provide you the least and now they are too greedy to refund $5 due to their own bad packaging choice. Last time I ever buy from Pokemon Center. Horrible.

Nice Plushes, Terrible Shipping

Pokémon Center offers great pre-order rewards, but they take forever to ship anything. It's been 3 days since BDSP's release, and my copies still haven't even shipped. They also haven't told me why they haven't shipped.
They had website problems when they were out of stock on the dual packs for BDSP too. Instead of showing that they were out of stock, they just dropped the item from their store. However, they didn't pull any of the advertising on their own site about the dual pack!
All in all, great plushes and terrible management.

They won't respond to you

They won't respond to my emails, I've left a bunch. They will only email you when they are have something new to sell you. If you have a problem you might as well yell it out of your window it will be just as effective.

I've ordered many times, and each time was fast delivery and a happy me. First time having an issue so I contacted support believing it would be no problem at all to get the item exchanged somehow. Chat took forever and I was denied any help because the defect was up to their standards (threads unraveling?). I explained further and a new agent responded very condisendingly that they no more help for me and that they are closing my case...

I can't even get in touch with support again to ask if I'm able to return it so I can order a new and hopefully not a defective one again.

I'm very disappointed and sadly will not be buying from them again they do not care about their customers and they do not have their backs. They'll rudely tell you that too.

I cannot contact them theirs no email options or a phone number to call. The poster i bought was damaged both times! Everything else i have ever gotten was great but DO NOT buy posters from them EVER!

I preordered the chilling reign expansion and got it the day after it came out. Wasn't tampered with at all very happy with my package. Pretty average pulls even though i know that has nothing to do with the pokémon center website. Very happy with my purchase. Exactly what i would expect.

TWICE they came by and failed to deliver my package. I asked for it at the front desk at my appartment. I called and spoke with customer service to clarify! Your company still failed me! TWICE! I will never use fedex ever again!

Honestly, this was stupid. They blocked my entire IP because I was too fast for a human. I was adding plushies to my cart :/ They even did a bot checker beforehand and STILL blocked me. I contacted support and they have yet to get back with me.

Damaged item
March 13, 2020

I just ordered the vaporeon (afternoon with eevee and friends) and the figures box came damaged. I collect them so I like to have nice boxes as I do not open them. I contacted customer support and was told basically they won't send me a new one because the box is damaged only if the figure was. Like serious they are a collector item that is out for a limited time no one opens the boxes they are funko pops.

Got on their chat on that day, STILL WAITING FOR someone to respond, ITS THE 30TH
I ordered something, they took the $ and nope- nothing was done after that
I emailed them this morning and out of the blue, my package is on its way

Absolute Garbage

Took countless tried to get preorders in and when its time for shipping, payment couldn't go through. Contacted support and they are absolutely useless. All they do is copy and paste standard replies telling me to wait or to try another card when the issues lies with their website. Support starts ignoring me after sending me standard replies. They just drag till my preorder got cancelled due to non payment and close the case. Trash team trash platform.

Worked for me

Ordered 2 plushies for grandsons-- best price around (plus no shipping) and arrived quickly and well packed. Grandma fail-- I ordered the wrong plushie and had to return one. The return policy was clearly stated, easy to do and, best of all free. Good thing I didn't read the negative reviews prior to ordering-- I had a a great experience... and when I figure out which plushie I should have ordered (!), will return to this site.

I've purchased multiple products from this site and not a single booster pack contained a hit. Pokemon Center only puts boosters with green code cards in their Elite Trainer Boxes, Collection Boxes, and Tins. It is not statistically possible to get an elite trainer box, which usually has 8-10 boosters and not get a single hit. It is also not statistically possible to buy multiple elite trainer boxes and not get a single in all of them. 40 packs and 0 hits. That is not a statistical anomaly. You will have better pulls / hits buying an ETB from a greasy Walmart scalper. At least those Walmart ETBs actually have a chance of getting a hit. Again 40 boosters, all with green code cards and no hits is NOT an anomaly.

So I made an accident placing an order with them. Within 4 minutes of trying to change the order(which they don't let you cancel or change it anyways) I send them an e-mail asking to change it.

They spew out this ballcrap saying how there's a 30minute grace period and after that all orders are final. Which would had been fine had they not reply 20minutes later and it's still not 30 minutes on the dot.

They proceed to ignore all my emails and as of now I am going to force a refund from my credit card company and report them to the BBB. I will NEVER put up with this kind of attitude or garbage. IF you're going to run a company behave like one.
