“Total fix”

Stephen C.
2/4/16

Played a tournament game for 4 hours, got myself up to 100 x the blinds then sat and waited for very good hands. Got kk got beat by a which is fair enough lost 10 k then 5 hands later got kk again got beat to 87 they hit 87 lost half my stack then 4 hands later got a a went all in got called by q 10 off suit they hit runner runner for flush with hearts. Been playing real life poker now for 15 years and that just doesn't happen in short amount of plays. The site is a disgrace and favours big stacks. Will be taking out the rest of my money and won't be playing again. Thanks jokerstars

“PokerStars doesn't value its customers and has extremely poor customer service”

Richard C.
10/23/24

Upon closing my account (reason is irrelevant) they state "Please don't create other accounts as this is against our General Terms". In other words, "We don't want you back". This is the same message everyone gets and is not communicated directly when leaving, truly showing that they don't value their customers. After being made aware of this, I requested to not close my account and they still closed my account with an automated message - extremely impersonal and disrespectful. In the end I'm glad that I left permanently, knowing how little they care about me!

I guess, as the movie title suggests, this is "As Good As It Gets".

Pretty good site if you want to play a little bit of online poker. Tournaments are plentiful and you can get a lot of enjoyment for small buy-ins so that you don't risk a pile of cash. Not sure I really TRUST online poker when all is said and done.

Easy to navigate, screens aren't hard on the eyes (table backgrounds and such).

The FREE version is www.pokerstars.net but I would think that is a total waste of time.

Pretty nice place to relax and gamble a little. There are always a game for any stake size. Tournaments, ring games etc. As a result alot of sharks. It's pretty hard to win systematically there. Game might become a big pain if you want to be a regular profit player. Good luck.)

When you're losing money they work fine but once you start making money all of a Suddon they lock your account and say it's for verification. So this ap only works if you're losing money not to win it it's a complete scam. Seriously don't use it.

You see the same players on the poker cash tables every time you play and the cards are heavily stacked towards them. It's not a coincidence. PokerStars have become greedy and the programming should be looked into and regulated.

I deposited $400 twice on pokerstars, I received email that the amount was declined, and it was deducted from my card. I contacted The customer support and was not helpful. They said the security team will contact me,but no one did!
And the funny thing they accepted $20 deposit. But the $800 disappeared!the bank said that pokerstars received the money. Shame on you

It's funny when I go to casino I can leave the casino with $4500 profit $1200 profit but at PokerStars I put $10 $100 or $500. I never $#*!ing win this site is a big scam. You will never win they're all bots are, which is a big problem in my view as a 10-20 players at a casino this site do not make sense no matter what you try, you will never win

Poker stars owns fulltilt poker and i have not been paid for the cash i had there. Poker stars now sells play chips and i have complained about cheaters and they blow me off. There's a guy who plays two seats at the same table and reraises himself when you're caught in the middle.the" integrity of the game" staff said they'd look into it a month ago but it continues to this day.don't spend your money there

I complained about their random generator last year and I have been singled out as a red neck, I guess, I have been loosing hands that the odds of losing are so great that getting hit by lighting would be eaiser. I continues until this day. I know there isn't muich I can do, but I have a large account and don't want to throw it away. It's only play money, but it's the principle

Pokerstars blocks your withdrawal to steal your money. They do not provide the bonus they offer. Beware of their scam. You'll be on the road that's how much they'll push to into playing. No gaming ethics, no responsibility. They are not even letting me withdraw my money. They blame me for losing when they clearly didn't let me withdraw. They said if I'll withdraw my money, they'll confiscate my winnings and bonus. And I never received the bonus as promised. They forced me into playing by putting fear of taking away my winnings and bonus. I got scared and tried to withdraw my deposit of 1278$, they refused that under threat of confiscation. Now I have 100.05$ and they are not letting me withdraw my money and have closed my account (even though i want that) but they are not returning my money. I want my money back, and don't want to be associated with them.

The site is bull$#*!... I am used to playing poker and bad beats are a part of the game... but when you can count 22 bad beats in a row it is purely bull$#*!... I personally think many of the profiles are actually fake and they will call a full all in with hands like 5 3 and win time after time... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

If you want to be harassed daily by one particular person named Outlaw1701 then this is the site to play on. He is the most vulgar, racist person and harasses players daily. He will have his chat taken but change his id every time he loses his chat. PokerStars continues to allow him to play every day, then allows him to continue to harass players and this is so wrong! It is not a fun place any longer like it used to be! If PokerStars were to get rid of Outlaw1701 altogether, then this poker site has a chance of getting back their players. Many have left because of this person. He has ruined this site.

For a multi-billion dollar online gambling company, the technology is horrible. First to verify my account they made me enter an old address, then they would not allow me to play because I am not at the incorrect address they made me enter.

DO NOT BOTHER until they put some money into their website and application.

Guys, this is a great site to spend money on if you wanna get screwed and kiss your cash goodbye.

It should come as no surprise that PokerStars has one goal in mind: to get your money. This, they do well. But when their site will be used to fraud you, you'll find them very unsympathetic.

If you approach them with a case of fraud or theft, you'll get bounced around from one person to another, endlessly. They have little interest in investigating unauthorized transactions, and in no way do they support their customers (unless you need assistance to deposit money or complete transactions that will add to their pocket -- in these cases, they give fantastic service).

You can only contact customer service by email. Any email that I've sent to the PokerStars Security team has taken no less than 8 hours before being answered.

Once you do receive an answer, it's a very disappointing one. Each email is handled by a different representative who just repeats what the last person said, so you constantly have to start from scratch. This is extremely unprofessional on their part, and it makes it impossible to handle/solve complex cases.

Long story short: if anything goes wrong and you need their help to get credited, refunded, or to investigate fraud, you'll never get beyond the point of explaining your story over and over. If you create an account, keep your fingers crossed that you don't meet misfortune, for if you do, you'll be left on your own to suck it up and deal with it.

It's a scam, it's not random, and it's meant to launder criminal money, that's why they have to hide in the Isle of Mann. This garbage shouldn't be legal in Europe.

Hi I want to give my honest experience with Pokerstars NJ online. I made a deposit using my MasterCard. When making the deposit with the MasterCard method the website clearly states there will be no fees. So I go ahead with the deposit. A couple of days later I notice a pending cash advance charge on my credit card statement from Pokerstars NJ. I contacted Pokerstars to request reimbursement on the cash advance fee. I was told its my responsibility to pay the charge and the credit card company could charge the cash advance fee if that's there policy. I trusted the clearly written statement that there would be no fees for using the credit card (it's still there by the way) and If I knew there would be a cash advance fee I would never have made the deposit. I just want to make people aware of the false advertising and the poor customer service Pokerstars NJ offers its customers. I know I will never play there again and I hope this helps others to not be victims of the false advertising Pokerstars NJ is running.

Ever wonder why you never win playing poker online but for some reason win consistantly live I have for years. Out of my last 15 trips to the casino I have won all 15 times... why? Because I'm good. I keep going back to poker stars thinking there has to be a way to win. Burning my last frequent player points I registered in a tournament called steps. Let me tell you about this hand I was in. I was in the big blind and was delt 10 King 7806 is the bet and the acions on me to call I would be all in so I fold. The flop is 10-Q-5 after thuning up their card one player releaes he has Poket 10's witch gives him a set, the player to his right has 10,3 you do the math. Icuding mine that makes 5 10's that were out. When I went to hand histoy it shows I was holding KQ... Not true and I will never play on line again
