I've been buying this furniture for over 10 years and bought lounge chairs for Acapulco. Terrible hurricane and they sent replacement parts to me. Amazing company
Dealt with pieces of my furniture cracking. Called customer service to get replacement pieces, took 3 calls to finally get somewhere but then a few days later get e mail stating they won't replace pieces because I interchanged 2 different colors stating I modified the chairs. Both chairs purchased and assembled at the same time. Slats we just interchanged for unique look.
Multiple ways to contact them for my missing piece, all of them complete dead ends. For weeks I have attempted, hours on hold…emails promised to be answered in 5-7 days now going on 20. Online chat is all helpless AI bot.
Overall we like the product but beware of squirrels. Scratching and chewing risks are not clearly disclosed. The furniture is marketed as being able to be left outside year round but I wish I covered mine in the winter months since the warranty does not cover the scratches and chewing damage.
I have owned this chair more than two years. It is well made and has handled South Texas sun well.
The first issue, with this chair sitting in the sun, if you go to sit in it in the sun, it will burn your skin, bad.
The second issue, every couple two three weeks you need to wipe the arm rests of the chair with dryer static towels stuff, cause after sitting in chair, you get up, grab the metal door handle into your house you WILL get shocked. The dryer towels will stop it but it only lasts a short while.
Who gave me this tip to do this, Polywood, so they know this is a issue.
Oh yeah, they make you agree to register with a passord before you can place a review. BS for sure

Sent a request to return an item that did not meet my requirements. Received email saying the customer service group was very busy and would need 3 to 5 business days to respond. Three weeks later no response. Phone message was not returned. Furniture might be okay but don't use if you want service.

Polywood furniture is one of many poly furniture options out there. We placed an order at the end of winter, and got it at the beginning of the next fall. They took our money right away though.
To apologize for the long delivery, they sent us popcorn, with a letter stating they hired more staff and opened more production facilities.
This was a lie.
We had to complete our patio, and didn't want to have to wait and miss out on another summer without furniture. We received another letter saying deliveries are faster, so we ordered two more chairs in Feb. I was just told to expect them in July.
Popcorn does not make up for this.
I've told friends and family to look somewhere else for patio furniture.

Looks decent sized in photos but this glider is very small. In my opinion, it is adequate for 10 year olds.
It has very shallow seating, short but smooth glide.
I am 5'6" and this is really low. I would not have purchased if I had tried it out first.

Extremely disappointed in this company. I have waited 12 weeks for my Edge table to arrive, only to find out that they had sent me the wrong color. Conveniently, this company does not have anyone to speak with over the phone and their email "customer service" is completely unresponsive. I would NOT recommend buying from this company! There are so many other great options out there with companies who actually value their customers.
Ordered and paid for outdoor furniture in May 2020. Have corresponded by email repeatedly and keep getting put off. Finally asked for my money back in September. Keep being told it's being referred to Accounting. I've now seen similar reviews. I recommend not sending this company your money. It's clearly crooked.
They may have the cheapest prices but there is a reason for that. I am now at over 60 days for my order and no responses. I talked to someone on chat finally today and when I questioned why I can get an email reply they closed the chat. This is pathetic. I'm ordering from somewhere else and will just send their $#*! back when it comes in on their dime. I am guessing Ill get it this winter sometime.
Don't expect much from Polywood! Boxes delivered to curb... literally. Good thing there was a parking space available! For the price, it should have been delivered to the back yard! Never buying from this company again! And the driver refused to take the pallet! I didn't buy a pallet!
Charged immediately, then told over two months just to ship. Apparently this has been going on for a long time. Most companies have made the changes to get back up to speed during this pandemic. Not this company. Maybe the CEO is playing to much golf?
Ordered expensive furniture back in May. They took my money and got only one email from them then never heard from them again. It is now almost August and still no furniture or any updates. And they shut off their phones... what? Really? Yet on their website they are still taking orders. Wish I would've known back then about these criminals.

The first set (2 rockers and a table) several months ago in yellow was great... so I recently ordered 2 more sets in yellow.
Unfortunately, the 2 additional sets were missing screws, one rocker had no screws at all (big hole in the package whereby they may have fallen out), a drill bit was broken off in one rocker and difficult to remove, holes were not drilled in the proper areas, and 4 rocker rails were not counter sunk (my husband used a special drill to counter sink to prevent damage to our new trex porch). This is so sad because you have a good product, but your quality control is making you look bad.
Great furniture store. Amazing prices and they are willing to find you exactly what you want. Awesome employees as well. We love our outdoor tables! We will return again for more furniture. I would highly recommend Polywood Furniture to my friends.
I placed an order at the end of May 2020 and still have not received it. The latest date their website give is 13 weeks to receive an order! I have waited 17 and am still waiting. Their customer service inhales vigorously! I have created six work orders with very slow responses saying it's going to be 4 more weeks. Too late to cancel as the order is paid in full. There are better places to purchase with better customer service. Is this a fly-by-night company?
I ordered 2 chaise lounge chairs on May 25 of this year. It's now August 12... still waiting. Unable to contact anyone, unable to get an email response... and to think I wanted to be patriotic and not order from China! Talk about customer service... or lack of. Next time. I'm ordering from China or Vietnam

Ordered $900.00 worth or furniture on 05-12-20. Waited 8 weeks to receive only half of my order! Still waiting 10 Weeks later, and I don't have the second set of my Rockers and Table. But the company has had my money since 05-13-20!

I ordered 2 chairs in June. I had no communication from them for a long time. Tried to call and they have no customer service number because they are "overwhelmed". They charged my card before the order was even completed. By August, I was really frustrated. Received many "form letter" responses to my emails but never an answer. In frustration, I disputed the charge with my Visa afraid they would go out of business and take my $478.00 with them. Then, out of the blue, I received a shipping confirmation. So I reversed the dispute. When I did not receive the shipment in 10 days I received a call from a gentleman in Wisconsin (I am on the east coast) saying he received 1 chair of his order but the shipping label had my name, address and phone number and his address. He sent me a photo of the shipping label to verify so I have proof.
We were excited about a recycled and durable outdoor dining set. Took 8 weeks to get. Table went together easily. One chair was missing a screw holding a back slat. Table had a dent on the edge. Customer service phone line disconnects you. Email response 3-5 business days. For $2800, I expected first class. Got Spirit Air instead. This experience is more like an Amazon reseller. We were going to buy another set for our vacay home but after our experience, we will get something else that is much less expensive.

The website says ships out within 3-5 business days. However, when checking out it says may take 8-10 weeks due to Covid. Seems like quite a long time compared to a few days but I can handle that. I thought I knew why I was getting in to.
Here we are at 10 weeks and no updates information. I logged I to my account over a week ago just to see if I could see my status on the order. ‘In production'. Ok, cool. 10 days later it's still ‘in production'. Are they collecting milk jugs one by one and melting them down to make my furniture?
The website is completely outdated. Still promoting Memorial Day sales and don't even think about the idea of wanting to speak with someone, not gonna happen.
If I ever receive my order I will update my review. I'm okay with waiting as long as I'm updated. When I'm not updated, I begin to wonder if the whole company is a scam.
I had an amazing experience with Polywood Furniture. We really like this place and we got some high quality furniture. I'm satisfied about what I got so far. Would come next time if I need more stuff.
