I was completely satisfied with the service, however my pool cover arrived with a small hole in it. I took pictures after installing and sent them to customer service. I haven't heard anything since they confirmed receipt of my pictures.
Finally took the plunge and purchased a safety cover for our decked in above ground pool. Had some questions about the fit prior to purchase and these were answered accurately with the person on the phone being very friendly and helpful. Got the cover and installed it with no difficulty. We were short 4 anchors but this was corrected promptly. I couldn't be happier. Since then, no leaves in the pool and no more pumping water off the "tarp" type cover. I will recommend to anyone with a pool!
Nice pool cover for the money. So far holding up well. Lots of snow and ice already. Holding really well and the ratchet and cable makes a huge differece
