I ordered a pool liner 4 days ago the online store said it would be delivered Within seven days. I just called the company because I haven't received it and they said it's on backorder don't buy anything from this company they lie on their website

I ordered online and they don't stats that they charge you twice when you do. Called to find out why I was double charged and they told me that I would be credited back in 24 hours. I waited 48 hours and still hadn't been refunded one of my charges. Called again to find out why and their customers service hung up on me. Not a really good way to handle you customers if you ask me. I would rather pay more money then to be treated the way this company has treated me. Will not be 9rdering anything else from them and I recommend no one order from them.

Claim to sell thick 16mm, 12mm and other thick solar cover for pool... upon arrival, it's thinner and lighter than my existing 8mm solar cover that I am replacing. You can easily see all the bubbles were already shedding. There is no label claiming its 12mm and 16mm... I called, they said, oh, there should be a label... I look around, there is not. It just came in a plastic bag. I said why is it so thin and so light and it's definitely not 16 mm and 12mm... they said, oh, every manufacturer's process is different. They have new tech to make it lighter. What a lie. I asked to return, and they refused. I emailed them 5 times and they don't respond. I am now filing a dispute through my credit card. It's a fraud company. AVOID

10 year FULLY WARRANTIED pool cover lasted 2 years. Pieces of the plastic bubbles floating all over my pool and in the filter, and they tell you only the seams are covered for delamination. In my 30 years owning a pool this company sells the absolute worst cheapest junk solar covers. Might as well put trash bags over your pool. Filing with BBB and I suggest you do the same.

Terrible member service. Will do business elsewhere from now on! I base my shopping on customer service and this place doesn't try to make customers happy!

Ordered pool steps that were shipped all scratched up had a protrusion and looked used. We simply wanted them replaced and poolsupplies.com/Lesiure Living refused. They will soon be going to court. EVERYONE BE WARNED ABOUT THIS COMPANY!

I bought a pool cover from pool supply.com (but at the the time it was blizzard pool covering). I bought a 20 x 40 pool cover in 2021. It had a 10 year warranty. Unfortunately there pool covers are of low quality and develop multiple leaks under normal conditions of use.

They ( the pool covers) are sold under a semi ficticious business called Blizzards pool covers.
This is a shell game business scam that flies under the radar of state business registation for purposes of skating on apportionment obligations. I ordered a pool from this company that claims to have same day shipping. After a few days of waiting to hear that my order had been shipped, I finally contacted them. I talked with some one who informed me that the pool I ordered would not get to me until the end of the month ( I ordered it at the beginning of the month and had a guy ready to install). He told me of a pool that they had in stock that they could ship out that day so we decided to go with that pool. It was finally delivered 3 days later. This morning when they began to get the supports out they realized that we had been sent the wrong supports. We contacted the person we ordered from at 9:30 am. He asked us to send him a picture of the supports. This was emailed within 5 minutes. My husband has called about every 2 hours trying to get something figured out and they continue to give us the run around. So at this point we have a pool with the wrong supports, a hole in our yard, a guy ready to install and NOBODY will talk to us. And they have already taken the money from our bank account. I would NEVER buy anything from this company again!

I was dissatisfied with a product, wanted to send it back, they accepted to take it back at my expense. They refused to give me a return label, $58 UPS to ship back, $30 restocking fee, I only paid $89 for the product. Guess I'm stuck with it and they win. DON'T BUY FROM THEM, CAN'T BACK UP THEIR PRODUCT.

I am the type of person that typically reads the reviews, but doesn't write them. They have me so angry I am going to write a review wherever I can. The warranty is a joke. It doesn't say anything about only covering the seams and yet when it shredded from normal wear and tear only 4 years later and I tried to talk to them about the warranty, they stated the warranty is only for the seams. We were in a hurry to get a new liner and against our better judgment placed another order because it was the least expensive we could find. We hoped it would be better the second time. We were told the liner we wanted was back ordered, but coming in a couple days. We waited 2 weeks and when I called back I was told it was delayed but would be in the next day. I called the next day and was told it had arrived and would ship out in a couple of days. We called back again the next week and were told the liner was discontinued and they'd never get it in. What a bunch of liars! I would NEVER recommend anyone ever doing business with them. I will look into what further legal action can be taken to stop this company from doing business.

Ordered a pool filter, advertised as complete but didn't include pump. Shame on me. Sent it back and payed $25.75 in shipping. Never deal with them again.

I've used this business over 14 years yes I've only had one problem with a pump not working when I ordered it. And a couple mailings problems! With that being said I made a Order a week ago received it today missing Half of my order and they tried to bait and switch! With one of my salt water products closing kit, old product been leaking and they would rather loose a good customer than fix the problem! I THINK BECUSE THEY DON'T HAVE THE PRODUCTS THEY ARE ADVERTISEING, BUT THEY WANT YOUR MONEY, young lady I talk to slightly rude like she opened the product, put me on hold 3 times to tell me I got what I ordered! I purchased a new, 16m solar cover from poolsupplies.com. Their description claims it has a longer life than 12 or 8 m covers and has a longer 3 year 100% warranty with a 10 year partial warranty. The second year of use the cover became brittle and tore easily. When rolling it up, the straps from the reel to the cover would rip right through shredding it. Pool supplies.com said it was from "sun damage and chemical damage" It is a solar cover meant to collect heat from the sun on chemically treated water so why do they sell it if it isn't able to do the job? They say they are just the distributor but wouldn't give the name of the manufacturer.
Previously purchased covers from other sellers, that were less expensive and only r 12m lasted at least 5 years. Poolsupllies.com warranty is dishonest and does not exist.
Also, good luck trying to reach customer service. Emails went unanswered and they disconnect calls after long wait periods. I finally got through after being on hold for over an hour and half. It took three days of calling to get through. The warranty is a fraud. Save your money and buy a 12 m and buy it from a reputable dealer that stands behind their warranty.

The solar cover I ordered arrived before the weekend and was lower cost then other sites. Would buy from again!

I purchased their above ground pool kit 6 years ago. Within two weeks of being setup and filled the liner split at the bottom seam and needed replaced. It was an act of congress to get them to replace the first liner. They resent one and it too done the same thing after unboxing. I sent it back received a 3rd liner. This liner has a 25yr so called warranty and 4 years in the seam at the bottom started coming apart in three different places. I patched the areas where I could to try and salvage some use and this week ran out of chances as the seam split even more. Upon calling them to file a claim for the liner with the 25yr warranty I was told that there was a pro rated cost that would be applied. This cost was well over $250 and this only saved me about $40 from the cost of a new liner. I asked why this was and was told that each year it was prorated. I then said it was a 25 year warranty, what would a cost be for me if it happened 10 years in? I asked to speak with a member of mgmt and was put on hold. The rep came then came back and told mgmt was busy but would return my call. I waited 2 days for a call before I decided to order a new liner from another company all the while saving money with a better gauge material even with this places prorated warranty cost. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING this place as they do not care once they get your money.

I purchased a replacement pool liner and an in pool ladder for my 18ft round above ground doughboy. The liner was dark river slate stone (black / grey) upon install we noticed a WHITE line along the entire bottom circle as well as across the pool. I contacted poolsupplies com. They asked for pictures. I sent them. They then suggested 2 options. They stated since the pool is now in use they will offer a 33% refund or for me to cut a 12x12 square out of the liner and return it to them for a full refund. 1st I said I'd take the 33% refund. They stated on Aug 28 2022 a refund would be issued. (5 days later) Sept 2,2022 I emailed again approx when I should be expecting said refund. Reply was allow 48-72 hrs. I replied stating the quality of the liner was far from what was described and I'm sure it was simply an oversight as they have been in business some time. I told them since the refund was never issued, I'd go ahead and send them the 12 x 12 square and rather than have them refund my card, please send a replacement liner. Considering the expense it takes to drain the pool, remove the liner, secure the base & coving, install a new liner & refill the pool. As well as the down time to do this... I take a loss. Not the company. To date 9/13/2022 I have not received a refund, replacement or a response.
As a company they should be embarrassed for the lack of customer service. I understand things happen. I stated it could have been an oversight. I gave them multiple opportunities to correct the problem. Based on what I've experienced, the management offers empty promises and returning customers are of no value. Buyer beware.

Poolsupply.com and Solarcover.com are the same company. Don't waste your money on 800 series solar cover. Company doesn't even offer mil thickness. My mistake for assuming it was what I purchased in the past. Deceptive. This solar bubble sheet is less quality than the bubble wrap placed for free that comes with your shipped Amazon purchases lol. It's so thin, any wind just blows it all around. Sent email as I needed a small additional piece to cover a swim-out. Usually there is enough overage to at least cut a small square, not this time. They wanted me to measure the pool with a 30 ft tape measure which I don't own, instead of just contacting the supplier like I mentioned when I called on the phone. There response was, "Without any proper measurements of the solar cover, we are unable to provide further assistants" (spelled wrong) and the replies just came back from "support" not even a person's name. What a dope. I mean they didn't even offer to try to get me a small piece from the supplier whether no charge or not. I sent them 4 perfectly good photos but that wasn't good enough. It's a pool cover, not the Hope Diamond.

I just ordered a pool pad and a solar cover. The prices were excellent and the shipping was super fast! I generally only shop online and this was an easy and positive transaction.
