I purchased a set of popons and everything went well. They look good if you don't have a big smile, youre not in bright light and up close. The natural white was too white for me and I requested a sample of other colors, which I was told I would get at no charge. They proceeded to charge me, even though I was already a "valued" customer. I told them to keep it. Here I am less than 6 months in, worn them maybe 20 times and the top arch is broken. Sadly they can not remake them but they are offering a spare for only 139.00, while I'm still paying for this pair. If you're going to spend hundreds of dollars for molded plastic, shop around. It's worth spending a little more for something more realistic looking that actually lasts longer than 6 months. Considering reset smile, once I pay this crap off. Oh, and read the fine print.
Tip for consumers:
The customer service team is quick to respond but they don't always follow through with promises.
