Cool thing about this service is that they work fast and do their job very good. Ordered a puzzle with a portrait of me and my beloved here before Valentine's day. She was so excited when she unpacked the present. We spend a week or so to gather it, because the pieces were tiny. Very impressive!

700+ piece puzzle of my 85 yr old mother and her grandchildren took her close to 2 months to complete and she loved every minute! In the process a single piece went missing. I contacted company without any real expectation and they offered to replace puzzle at no charge... just so we could have the one missing piece! Unbelievable customer service. Thank you.

We had decided to purchase 13 puzzles in the last minute of different artwork for a work conference. Not only was delivery fast, the quality of the puzzles are beyond our expectations. We have actually put them in frames to hang around the office. I have been telling everyone about these because it would be a great gift for someone. This puzzle has purple and black and some white. Not at all the colors in the photo I submitted. It's not true to color. I purchased as a gift for my 89 yr old mother who loves her dog and puzzles. It's not true to life

I recently sent Portrait Puzzles an image to copy. Image had lots of extreme color contrast. When I received my puzzle I was disappointed that much of the vividness was missing. I wrote an email just asking if that was to be expected with so much contrast. Without my even asking, Ashley immediately offered to reprint and send at no additional charge! Got it yesterday. Beautiful, as was the service and attitude.

Ordered an 80th birthday gift for family. Provided clear details for a card or note saying Happy Birthday" and from us. Big family.

Product delivered, as promised. However, noting in the box. Mystery gift.

Called after I learned about this. Portrait Puzzle said "oh, we do not do this". "I will tell the owner".

Unless you are buying a puzzle for yourself, I would not purchase from them. They are not willing to provide "gifting".

Wanted to surprise my wife with a puzzle of pics from a couple of our vacations and the 1,008 piece puzzle turned out AWESOME!

Very high quality materials and print, everything was fantastic. The total time from order placed to shipment was approx 24 hours - very impressive.

The website was super easy to use, upload photo, choose size of puzzle, etc. But the colors are not quite as bright as I had hoped. Probably due to enlargement, but maybe an option could be to saturate the colors more. Ordered 2 and sent one to my girlfriend who traveled to Italy with me. Great souvenir!

My Friends mom passed away and she loved puzzles. I ordered 6 different puzzles and gave them as MOMentos. I decorated frames and put one of each puzzle in. I also decorated gift bags to match each frame. It was beautiful. I recommend this puzzle as a wonderful gift.

I have ordered 2 puzzles from here. The first one came out great, just a little thinner than I expected. However, the second one was terrible. The fronts and backs were peeling off on more than half of the pieces. And many of the pieces were not even cut apart. Hardly the high quality they advertise.

I received a 1008 piece puzzle of my grandchildren for my birthday and absolutely love it! The puzzle pieces were sturdy and of varying shapes so that only the correct pieces would interlock. (I have other puzzles in which all the pieces are identically shaped, and it not only makes for a boring puzzle, but it is nearly impossible to tell if some of the pieces are correctly placed.) The completed puzzle is a high quality picture that is now framed and hanging in my den. I would highly recommend this product!

Very fast shipping time, I received my puzzle four days after ordering it with the standard shipping option. I ordered the 1,000 piece puzzle with the upgraded tin. The puzzle pieces are great quality, they feel like any other puzzle pieces purchased from a store. The tin was definitely worth the upgrade as it feels solid and has a great look to it.

At first I was leery due to not many reviews and wondered about quality since they advertise they ship the next day. But I am very happy with the result and would order from them again.

I created a collage of a friend's engagement pictures and sent the file in to Portrait Puzzles on a Tuesday and received the package on that Saturday! The product is great and I'm so happy I paid the little extra for the tin box. Can't wait to give this unique gift to the bride at her bridal shower. They are avid puzzlers and know they'll love it! The website was convenient, the puzzle printed quickly, and right on their advertised delivery schedule. The photo enlargement looks good.

HOWEVER: The card stock the puzzle was printed on was AWFUL; practically paper egg carton quality. Furthermore, while the box the puzzle came in had a nice photo of the puzzle on top, was so poorly manufactured as to be difficult to open, and has an advertisement for the company stuck to the side of it.

I'm now stuck between testing their return policy and having no gift to give, or having to give a shoddy feeling gift. I have not yet tried any of the competitors to compare.

I couldnt be more pleased with my experience with Portrait Puzzle. The turnaround time from order to receiving the puzzle was quick without paying for any kind of expedition. The tin was gorgeous and the puzzle itself was nice quality. The recipients of this puzzle loved the uniqueness of this gift and that it was of a photo of their beloved dog. A beautiful, thoughtful gift for under $50?! You just cant beat that for the puzzle lovers in your life.

When I initially uploaded my photo I had a question about its resolution. Typically when corresponding via email with a customer service team, I wait a few hours for a response. With PortraitPuzzles I received a friendly and helpful reply almost immediately!

I chose the least expensive shipping option, and the puzzle still arrived in a mere few days. The puzzle is a picture of the entire staff of the office where I work. When my coworkers and I completed the 1008 piece puzzle, we were sad to discover 2 pieces were missing. I reached out to customer service again, in case there was a chance they could replace pieces. I wasn't sure if we lost them, or if the pieces were missing to begin with. The former seemed more likely. No matter, Ashley on the customer service team responded (immediately) and told me she would be sending us a new puzzle, at no charge! Amazing!

The puzzle itself is of great quality, and comes in a super cute box!

Misleading website. I uploaded the picture I wanted printed on a puzzle, and it uploaded just fine. I reviewed the picture, confirmed that it was how I wanted it, and a week later, I received a puzzle that had half of the picture chopped off. I contacted customer service, and they basically told me "sorry you didn't see the fine print, but we have the right to crop your picture as we see fit. Merry Christmas."

Now my brother and his wife (puzzle enthusiasts) get a puzzle that has his best man and several friends chopped out of the picture because of "my" mistake.

Thanks to you guys I made a great gift my best friend to his birthday. I haven't thought It would be so great to collect all those puzzles.

I'm mad about making puzzles. It's my hooby. These brand is great, I like them and can highly recommend to you.
