I purchased the Little Castle Valentino Glider in Le Cirque Stone fabric and absolutely love it! Posh has been great to work with and the chair came at the perfect time. Have not had any issues with the chair since having it and I will be purchasing a kids bed for my oldest daughter very soon from Posh. Thank you Julia, Jessica and Andrea for all your help. I enjoy using the chair every night!
Truth has finally shown out. Posh Tots is out of business! No more fake reviews from the scam artist owner, Amanda Edmonds!
I ordered a chair for my daughters nursery in February and was told it would take 6-8 weeks. 5 months later, still no chair! I had to call on a weekly basis to request the status and was always told the same thing by either Julia or Jessica in shipping to placate me yet there were no results and I was the one constantly reaching out. I was finally able to request the order be canceled since I haven't received the product except now we're fighting to get a refund. Same game they were playing as before - I'm told on a weekly basis that it is being processed and have yet to receive it.
This company does not care at all.

Absolutely the WORST company I have ever ordered through. Purchased nursery furniture in November, according to customer service and the confirmation e-mail, furniture was to be delivered in 2-4 weeks. It is now going on 9 weeks, and I still have not received what I ordered. The tried to deliver some of the furniture 5 days ago, but did not have the crib and instead had two dressers. I gave them time to do a dock search to locate the crib, but 5 days later they have still be unable to locate the crib. I called to cancel the order and upper management said that we cannot simply "cancel" the order and that we will be responsible for paying to ship the furniture back (even though their shop policies on their website say differently) and threatened to report us to collections if we call our credit card company and dispute the charges. After 40 minutes of arguing on the phone, they still say they will not cancel the order. Who does that? STEER CLEAR from this horrible company!

Wow. I can't believe the other reviews, because they don't match my experience at all and I DO NOT work for the company, and I am not wealthy. I've bought everything from baby gifts to clothes to a bed for my daughter and I am very satisfied. The bed was a custom item so it took time and I was informed along the way. When it arrived I was thrilled but more important, my daughter was over the moon. It's good for people to keep companies on their toes and negative reviews are important if they are real (and not from competitors). I'm just relating my own experience and I'll keep buying from them because I like their unique products.

Posh Tots a devine Boutique... I have placed orders for special bedding for our grand baby's nursery... Julia one of their representatives did an amazing job helping me with the order... The bedding the crib arrived and it was truly amazing... I totally recommend the boutique to everyone wanting to create an amazing beautiful nursery... everything truly high end... and so beautiful! I worked in a different sector of customer service for almost 7 years and people pleasing is one of my best qualities but I've never received such excellent customer service from any type of retail business in my life. I dealt with one of PoshTots' design consultants, Julia, and she was able to make my whole move from NY to VA a heck of a lot easier. Without giving away details, the reputable service I received will never be forgotten and I will definitely be shopping for my future baby furniture with this design consultant. Thank you Julia.

Extremely poor customer service. We ordered a crib over 2 months ago now, and still have not received it. We were initially not updated on the delayed status. I had to call several times... First, I was told that it was delayed due to a thunderstorm at their office. Then, I was told that the manufacturer was the cause for the delay. Once it finally was set to deliver via a third party delivery service, I received duplicate conversion rails and no crib (the duplicate rail had someone else's name and address on the shipping label).
Dealing with Mark Newton (the supposed manager) has been a nightmare. He scolded me for calling this morning to inquire about the status of my crib saying that he told me he was going to call me and that I needed to wait for him to call me. For $1,300 and a crib that was supposed to be delivered a month ago, I believe I should be able to call to inquire about my crib whenever I want. Do not order from Posh Tots.

Unlike a lot of the reviews, i am pleased with my end product. I ordered the Cristallo Vintage White Crib and it looks just like the picture and VERY sturdy and expensive looking (well, as it should... i sold my left arm for it:)
Easy install! Took my husband 20 mins to put the crib together!
Only con is that it took 3 months from ordering to it arriving on my doorstep.

I had excellent service from Posh Tots from the word go. Both Julia Levy & Andrea provided top notch care in helping me select items for Erina's nursery.
My only slight issue was in the delay regarding shipment, which I think perhaps in the future, overseas customers need to be made aware of the length of time it takes for items to transit from various parts of the US ( which takes longer than it does to ship it across the globe!). Other than that, even the after care, thought and concern I received was excellent. The baby furniture and items are a delight and even when a mistake was made in the colour of the linens, it was rectified and the correct one sent out. Thank you Julia & Andrea XXX

I have the same experience that others are listing about the customer service and not receiving their item! They must be going out of business. I ordered a chair in NOVEMBER - 10 months ago! They give me the run around all the time and say they will call me back the next day when they figure it out. Of course I don't get a call back because they know that they are scamming everyone. Never again.

Do Not shop here! Worst experience I have ever had with a company. I have absolutely no idea how they are still in business. I called them to place the order (thinking I'd get better service... Sorely mistaken). I called for a month getting the runaround from sales people, no one ever able to answer a simple question on if my set (which was 5k) was shipped and when I could expect it. You wouldn't think it would be a difficult question to answer. No one ever answers phone, or EVER responded to an email or ever answered messages... I always had to call them and never could get an answer. By far the worst experience I have had to date with any company I've dealt with. This place is a joke! Unless you want a headache and aggravation with people who take your money and don't care if you get the product or not then go elsewhere!

I am so sorry you had such a bad experience. Since I don't know your order from this message, I am guessing your order may be part of the fall out from one of our main manufacturers who went out of business in April. Unfortunately we were at the mercy of their stopping manufacturing and lead times were pushed out. We all felt awful for our customers that were affected and we just tried to do the best we could for everyone.
It sounds like we did not do a great job in your case and for that I am so very sorry. I do hope you will give us an opportunity in the future to try and make it up to you. However, if you choose not to, I completely understand and wish you all the best.

I do not like to purchase furniture without seeing it in person. However, when I called in to speak with a design consultant, not only was I sent a fabric swatch so I could see the color in person but I also received assurance that the glider that I was about to order would be very comfortable and more importantly the best quality. The design consultant had sat in many of the styles I was considering! I have my glider now and I am very satisfied with the comfort and quality! Thank you, PoshTots for everything! You made my nursery complete!

Poshtots.com is very fast on charging the payment and very slow on getting the item to you.
I have placed on order in the beginning of the month, preparing a gift for my brother's first born. I was charged with the order very next day and was awaiting any sort of update, but NOTHING for 3 weeks. I have gotten frustrated and placed a Request for Status Update. And I heard nothing from them.
I send a separate email, requesting some sort of status update complaining to report a fraudulent charge on my card. I get a response right back with apology BUT NO status update. The reply stated that status update shall be done next day, but after 2 days, I receive another email with OUT any status update but another apology.
I highly doubt that I will have my present ready for my nephew.

Defrauded by this store $1095. The time they wasted ensured I could never own the product. They kept assuring me I would receive my dressers by the end of June. End of June they went out of business sent everyone a letter saing they understood customers were confused and angry, but vendors were too. I want to personally apologize to you again for your disappointment with PoshTots. First of all, my beautiful, loving mother DID in fact die on June 13th (see obituary below) and reading the Site Jabber Review just now hurt me terribly. I hope you never go through what I have gone through in the past few months.
Losing my business of 15 years was hard enough but to lose my mother the way I did was completely heart breaking.
So it's none of my business what you think of me really but my heart broke again reading your words and I was compelled to respond.
I know it's easy to throw punches when you don't know the whole story. I, too, would be upset. We are doing all I can to work with the new buyer of PoshTots to help them satisfy all customers orders. I have worked very hard for 15 years building the brand and giving great customer service. Even so, businesses fail and people fail. I failed! I can only do my absolute very best to move on and do the best that I can.
The new owners are resolved on taking care of any customers who did not get a full refund or receive their merchandise. In your particular case this dresser was from Young America Furniture, who closed their doors end of May 2014 after 20 plus years. It's been a tough couple of years for many in the Juvenile Furniture Business.
Again, I am personally so very sorry your order fell in that "transition period" we were going through. I am so grateful to the new owners and management team of PoshTots who want to continue the business and who will continue to stand behind the products and customers as we have for 15 years. I will support them and continue to be the advocate for this amazing brand just as I have since its "birth" in 1999.

After researching where to buy, we choose PoshTots becuase of their great selection and the fact they have been in business going on 17 Years which was longer than anyother company we found. Even though we had a lot of questions to get answered, our Design Consultant really took the time to answer all our specific questions and helped us design the perfect room for our daughter. We ordered a custom made crib with beautiful linens ther our Design Consultant helped us choose. Also we ordered some matching pieces such as a dresser and nightstand. Thankfully the best part was it was all delivered on time even though we had a few special requirements for delivery times because of the community we live in. We hope to do business with PoshTots again one day of God chooses to bless our Family with another Angel!

Horrible customer service! I placed my order on April 25th 2016 for the pali cristallo nursery. I was NEVER informed about anything being on "back order." I got charged for my items without anything ever shipping. I called almost everyday to hear "you should receive shipping tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. It is now June and I have my crib and I'm still waiting for the rest! The "manager" was on vacation and she was handling my order. It is all very frustrating... especially when you are 33 weeks pregnant! Save yourself the headache and stress!

I bought $2000 worth of goods. 3 months and lots of calls and emails later I have not received my goods. You can't get a real person on the phone, other than the sales line. A bit of research shows that * is the COO, * is the CFO, and they have about 10 other staff in total. There are rotten reviews on BBB and other sites, so it seems that they are either complete crooks or utterly incompetent. The reviews that are positive all talk about customer service and have the same tone, so I suspect they wrote them themselves. Shame - because they have some nice looking stuff. But you are better off with a real company.

This place is an absolute scam. I placed an order at the end of May for some baby furniture that had a 10-12 week lead time. As week 12 passed, I tried to check in with the company, to figure out the status of my order. The website tools to contact them conveniently do not function. The phone number for the company is a constant busy signal. There is some convenient sob story about a dead mother and going out of business and how terrible they feel. You know who else has dead mothers? Probably about 1/3 of the world's population and you know what? Somehow the rest of them manage to function.
Also, even though this company is supposed to be out of business and not taking any orders, I was able to go to their website, select an item, enter my address and credit card number, all the way up to pushing the purchase button, which obviously I didn't do. You shouldn't either. I just thank God I put this on my credit card and can have the purchase amount credited back to me through my credit card company.

June-August was a very difficult time for PoshTots; however we did make sure every customer was made whole - either through their credit card company, our vendor or from PoshTots directly. After running a very successful business for 15 years, we did go through some difficulties summer of 2014. I am so very sorry it affected you.
Fortunately PoshTots was purchased by a larger, very well established furniture company in August, 2014. The company is thriving and managed to keep several of the staff that had been with the company for over 10 years.
We do hope you will forgive us and one day give us another chance to serve you. We are fortunate the company was bought and will continue to re-build its 15 year old reputation of extraordinary furnishings and extraordinary customer service.
I am thankful too that you did receive a full refund from your credit card company. This is why businesses pay extra fees for this exact sort of thing.

I did look into your order and see that the shippers did neglect to deliver the crib with your original order.
