I purchased the Little Castle Valentino Glider in Le Cirque Stone fabric and absolutely love it! Posh has been great to work with and the chair came at the perfect time. Have not had any issues with the chair since having it and I will be purchasing a kids bed for my oldest daughter very soon from Posh. Thank you Julia, Jessica and Andrea for all your help. I enjoy using the chair every night!
Truth has finally shown out. Posh Tots is out of business! No more fake reviews from the scam artist owner, Amanda Edmonds!
I feel kind of perplexed. On the one hand, my order was delivered but on the other hand, I expected better service and quality. Next time I will ponder my decision to buy from PoshTots or not.

I purchased the Monaco Glider from PoshTots in 2013 as a rocking chair for my newborn son. PoshTots customer service agent was excellent in assisting me with this custom order. She sent me numerous fabric samples and answered any questions that I had regarding the chair, shipping etc. I have had the chair for less than 3 years when I noticed that there were some holes forming on the seat cushion and base of the chair due to a lack of proper padding between the wood/metal frame and the fabric. I called PoshTots again to see what could be done since this was an expensive item and I was disappointed that it would already be showing signs of wear even though it wasn't being used on a daily basis. I spoke with Julia Levy who gave exceptional customer service and worked with the artisan to remedy the situation. We couldn't be more pleased or grateful to her, the artisan and PoshTots for their help, quick resolution and amazing customer service - which I find to be very rare with most companies these days! I would definitely continue to shop at PoshTots and recommend them to everyone! Five Stars!

Never order from them!
If you placed an order using your credit card immediately call the Police and dispute the charges- Never go by their promised day and the quality is terrible.

Dear Jay, We are so sorry to read about your experience. We really do try to meet every quoted lead time; however, sometimes there are manufacturer or shipping delays that are out of our control. We are sorry your we could not meet your expectations. Per your request, your order was cancelled and credited immediately upon your request.
Placed an order for change tray was charged and never received it. I have had no reply to any of my emails. This company is fraudulent! Do not ever use them!
Date of experience: July 31, 2014
Dear Kimberly, We are so sorry that the tray to your changer was not included when you received your order. Unfortunately it was on back order at the time the rest of your order shipped and we didn't want you to have to wait on the tray. One of our Design Consultants will reach out to you about getting the tray to you or compensation.
Posh tots have always given the best customer service ever. Friendly and professional. You can't get individual attention anywhere else. Love this company.

WOW, all I can say is DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER with PoshTots -- they are a SCAM. I purchased an order over $1000 on November 20,2017, order number *******. A notice I received after placing my order on the PoshTots website stated that the order would be shipped in 12-14 weeks. Now it's been NINE MONTHS, and I am STILL WAITING on my order! I have been in touch via email with "customer service," a woman who called herself Julia Levy, for months now. When I have inquired about the status of my order, the responses 'Julia' always gives me are cop-outs like, "I am checking in with the artisans and I will let you know what I find out shortly," or, "My shipping coordinator said the remaining items should be shipping soon and she will email you the tracking details." Then I receive no follow-up at all from the company. They would truly rather avoid me than refund my money for merchandise they never even sent to me. I cannot believe I purchased anything from this company without checking the other reviews first. Well, lesson learned! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Do not let this happen to you; DO NOT ORDER FROM POSHTOTS!

This company is absolutely atrocious to do business with, and if I had read these reviews before putting in my order, I NEVER would have ordered from them! I ordered a chair in March with a 8-10 week waiting period. ((They were fantastic with customer service when trying to get my money.)) May came and went and I started emailing looking for updates (which all they would say is it's still in production). By June and July I was calling on a weekly basis talking to Jessica, who simply said "it's likely getting shipped next week" when the reality was it was not close to coming! Eventually they got sick of me calling and started screening the calls, wouldn't return my messages, and then sent a FAKE shipping order! I got an email saying my chair was being delivered THAT DAY, and of course I stayed home and it was no where to be found. Since they wouldn't call me back, I had a family member call from their phone, and found out it wasn't even close to shipping. Best thing I did was cancel my order by contacting the credit card company and putting a dispute in because they were in NOOOOO rush to give me back my money. THE WORST!
* Take note, most of the good reviews are all posted on the same few days. How coincidental.

This company is an absolute joke. They do not care about their customers and will not stand behind their commitment to "provide the absolute Best Customer Service in the industry". I still have not received the furniture I purchased over two months ago, even though Julia from customer service and a confirmation email I received stated that the furniture would be shipped in 2-4 weeks. Along with the nursery furniture I ordered, I also ordered a glider. Two weeks after I ordered and PAID for the glider, I called to get an update and customer service says that the fabric I ordered is no longer available and that I will have to pick another color (keep in mind I was the one who reached out to the company, no one contacted me about this issue). The specialists, Julia, said that this glider in particular has a quick turn around time and it would not delay my shipping. It's 6 weeks later (9 weeks total), and I still have not received the glider or the nursery furniture that I ordered. The company did however, send two dressers to my house and no crib. I have spent hours on the phone arguing with the company, pleading and requesting my money back, and they will not cancel the order. I spoke with management, a man named Mark, and HIS manager and both refuse to refund my money and cancel the order. I then told them I was going to open a dispute with our credit card company and they threatened to report us to the credit bureau. This company has seriously ruined my outlook on small businesses. I will never do business with this company again and I suggest you look into finding another company for your needs. Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware would never treat their customers this way. It's absolutely despicable!

I purchased bedding for my infant daughter on April 1,2014. The bedding was $1466. 00, and would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. Of course, Poshtots charged my card $1466. 00 right away. There certainly was no delay there. Poshtots customer service told me this delivery time frame was because the bedding had to be custom made. So after 8 weeks had gone by, I called several times. On one occasion, I was told that they were waiting on the tulle for the bed skirt, and it had just arrived so it wouldn't be too much longer, but they would look into to try to get an exact ship date. Posh tots Customer service said that they would call or email me with the information. Three days go by and no word so I call again. I spoke to a supposed supervisor, Andrea Edmonds. She stated that the tulle for my bedskirt was on back order. She then stated in an email that she could send a partial order out the following week, which would have been the week of 6/9/14. Nothing arrived that week, and when I called posh tots later in that week, Edmonds outgoing voicemail claimed she was out due to a family emergency, but she would return on the 13th. This never occurred bc Edmonds has since never been available by phone or email and as of today, posh tots sent out a mass email that they were going out of business and couldn't refund any customer refunds, despite their fictitious claim of a A+ BBB rating on their website and their ludicrous claim of superb customer service. Posh tots is fraudulent, and they stole from me and could not be more incompetent.

I think ultimately when you shop at this site, you should expect top-notch everything. I mean, if you sell a $45k playhouse... you need to back it up with top-notch everything. Products, customer service, user experience... soup to nuts.
I ordered a beautiful white canopy iron crib. It stated that it was "artisan" but had "MADE IN CHINA" on the box. This was NOT an artisan product. Good grief.
The only issue that i had with shipping was the huge and uncertain delivery window. I was scheduled for work travel, and don't you know it... the freight delivery company tried to deliver during that time. And apparently you can't ask them to hold it or they return it to manufacturer (in China?) I was barely able to get in touch with the delivery company before it was sent back. I arranged delivery even though I was out of town. A neighbor signed for it, making sure to write "contents not inspected" next to his name. Because apparently if you don't and there is damage to the contents... you're screwed. I spend over $1000 + $200 shipping on a crib and can't even be assured damage will be addressed? NOT POSH, GUYS.
Ultimately, I like the site. Its upscale... really upscale and I've found many items that suit my tastes... quite an accomplishment, to be honest.
Also, I was fairly certain that my delivery included white glove set-up, but the delivery guys dropped the box off in my GARAGE (imagine me, pregnant, and the crib... IRON... heavy. NOT an ideal situation.) I checked and yep, white glove service was paid for. And not reimbursed.
So note... be aggressive on the details. You pay for it here. I just am too busy these days to track down issues, so I admit... I let it go.
I like the site and the catalogs. Great products but not cheap. Most items I've received have lived up to my expectations... except the delivery. Oh, yeah. I was told that once the item was delivered I had 5 days to note any damage or missing parts. Sadly, I was on travel and my 5 days expired. The crib is still not assembled (contractor delays in the nursery), but I guess this weekend I'll find out if I'm missing "artisan" parts. Cough.

The absolute worst online ordering experience I have ever had. My assumption would be that an online company would be able to ship items without too much of a problem... man was I mistaken. My wife ordered a glider chair in early December and we were told it would be shipped out in mid January, which it was. I received a call from the shipping company letting me know they would be at my house between noon and 2. They showed up a little late, which is not an issue... however they had no way to get it off the truck. There was only a driver. He asked my pregnant wife who was going to help him get it off the truck. Pretty ridiculous in itself, but then he stated he would try and get it off the truck, but might break it. Needless to say, he left with it on the truck. I called Posh Tots the following day after speaking to the shipping company. They were very apologetic and nice, and assured me they'd take care of it. A week later, I still hadn't heard from them so I called back. Again, apologetic and nice, but still no results. After following up 6-7 times over 3 weeks and getting nowhere, I finally got a call from shipping company. They showed up again with 1 person and my 60 year old mother-in-law helped them get it off the truck. I was told many times by PoshTot employees that shipping is an issue for them. In my opinion, shipping should be a priority for a company that sells things on-line. Unless you want to be inconvenienced, given the run-around and have your items shipped late, I would stay away from this company. I do need to say that the employees were kind and apologetic, but their logistical incompetence was unprecedented.

Dear Mike,
I am so sorry to read about your horrific experience with this shipping company. PoshTots does contract shipping out to several different shippers and clearly they are not "Posh" employees. We really do try to work with quality, reliable and professional companies but we cannot always be guaranteed the drivers share the same philosophy.
I am so very sorry this happened to you and I am so sorry that our staff was not able to resolve the situation more quickly for you. I admit we definitely did not do a good job delivering your product to you. And in the end, we are responsible for the shipping companies we select.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It helps us to learn and try and do a better job next time.

I ordered thousands of dollars of furniture from this company. When it came, some items were missing. I have spent about 9 hours of my time calling, leaving messages, emailing (with no response), speaking to Sue Ellen, speaking to Julia, asking for a manager over and over just trying to get the rest of my order. Someone has PROMISED me they would call me back at least 5 times now and no one calls. I have to call there and press 1 for sales (to get Julia) because if you choose any of the other options no one answers.
There is only one person who deals with orders and she is worthless. Promises, lies, promises, lies and now I am done. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and disputing the credit card charge. You had your chance to make it right poshtots. I think over a month of fighting for the rest of my order is enough, don't you?
----------
Now let's discuss what we did get - it is beautiful, but that doesn't do much good when the matching pieces haven't come and it doesn't look like they will.
The third party shipping company was AWFUL. They spent over an hour trying to put the crib together every which way except the right way and arguing with me that it was correct when the baby could fall right out (they had it partially as a toddler bed and partially as a crib somehow.) I finally told them I would put the stuff together myself. I ended up having to put the crib together and move the furniture myself even though I paid for white glove service because they copped a serious attitude when I said the crib wasn't put together right. I think they were just frustrated since it was the 4th time they tried to assemble it.
I know I sound like a witch but I really am not. I just want the rest of my furniture and I don't want to have to beg for it any more. (And the 3rd part shipper was truly horrible.) I really think this company is involved in some kind of scam and I am exasperated.

Dear Marla S. - As one of the managers here, I am disappointed to read about your experience here with some of the staff and with the shipping company. This is certainly not the kind of customer service we try to deliver. If you can please provide me with your last name or order number, I would like to look into your order and make things right for you. I have asked around the office and no one recognizes the name Marla S or the circumstances you are describing here. Please know I would like to help you and make things right for you. Please call our toll free number and ask for Anna.
This is, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. We initially ordered a glider on 2/22/16 and were told, in an email from Julia Levy, that there was a six-week production time and an additional 4-5 days delivery from the manufacturer in California to my daughter's home in Utah. Yesterday marks 13 weeks since we placed our initial order. I have sent numerous emails back and forth to PoshTots, the last three of which went to different people in their company, one being the CEO, and not one has even bothered to acknowledge receipt of these latest emails. (I did receive a few emailed responses earlier, as well as a call from the CEO, but the promised outcomes were never realized.) I finally reached out to the manufacturer as I had an email address in an earlier chain, and I did receive a response on Saturday with a promise to send me an update yesterday; alas, yesterday came and went with no further updates. What I find the most disconcerting in all of this is not once has PoshTots made the initial contact with me. Every response I have received, when they have been received, is because I made the initial contact and begged for a response. The sad thing is we went with PoshTots and paid a higher price because of the promises they made regarding delivery time. We could have stayed with another vendor, who was at least honest and told us up front there would be a 12-14 week delivery time, and we would likely have it at this point since we are at 13 weeks with PoshTots. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone. STEER COMPLETELY CLEAR OF THEM. They are dishonest and never follow through.
Tip for consumers:
Can't respond to Returns or Quality since we still don't have the promised product and are past twice the original promised delivery date.

Dear Narayne, Although I do absolutely understand your frustration, I am so very sorry you felt the need to post here. As you know, our manufacturer did expand production facilities and they have taken full responsibility for this delay and even sent a letter apologizing and explaining. Regardless, PoshTots does bear the brunt and does take full responsibility. When they gave us the green light to pick up on Friday, we had our truck there first thing Monday morning and have expedited shipping to your daughter and issued a credit for your disappointment. Again, we do take full responsibility and would like to publicly apologize again to you and your daughter for the delay in your order. This is not the norm for us but unfortunately things out of our control do happen whether it be a shipper or a manufacturer. We always do our absolute best to turn a bad situation around and satisfy our clients. I hope that you and your daughter will agree we have done that. With sincerest and kindest regards.
I have purchased a diaper bag from poshtots.com on 6/14/13 for $143.50. When the bag arrived it was damaged, thread was coming out of the corners, there's a big snag on the fabric on the back of the bag by the straps. However, I love the bag so much that despite the damage I did not intend to return it and also it would be too much hassle to mail it back and get replacement. However after only 2 times using the bag, the velcro closure is just too loud and always wakes my son up. The description of the bag online fails to state it was velcro closure or I wouldnt have bought it. I called and spoke to Cathy Herring about wanting to return the bag because I cannot use a bag that keeps waking up my son. I emailed her explaining about the snags and the dethreading of the bag and even attached the pictures to her. She told me no problem that just send the bag back and I should get my money back. I spent $23 on shipping the bag back which I thought was ridiculous since the bag arrived damage so most reputable company would issue prepaid postage but I wanted to return it already so I went ahead and paid to ship it back. The bag was shipped back on 7/10/13 and I got an email from Cathy 7/17/13 stating how she is not able to refund me my money because the bag has been used and is no longer in sellable condition. If I had not used the bag how would I know it is too loud and wake up my son? She even said the dethreading was normal wear and tear. This is a high quality, expensive diaper bag, normal wear and tear doesnt happen after just 2 days. I asked Cathy to call me but she refused. After I informed her I would file complaint with BBB and dispute the charge with my credit card, she's compromised to refund me my money minus 25% restocking fee( $35.88). So Im losing $58.88 (25% + shipping cost) which is 41% of the bag when Im not at all at fault. THey are punishing customers for their own mistakes, these people are selling damaged goods and when you try to return them they charge you 25% restocking fee+shipn charges. Anytime you want a refund they will give you all the excuses in the world to not give you a full refund. Buyers beware when shopping on poshtots.com. We worked hard for our money, shouldnt they?
