I have registered an account on PS. The features are good. But the most ting that impressed me was their customer service. I request a refund, and then they reply to me and issue a refund. It's about 1-2 hours. I likes their expert service.

The site has changed. The blacks can put Looking for an African Brother but if a White person is only looking for their own race they will freeze your account. 8f you comment on a black person's blog that is for everyone. They will bully you even if you make sense. They are very discriminating. I have had people from that site stalk me.They give out your personal info. This site is dangerous and white people are not safe on there. If you are republican or Christian they also hate you. I had people get mad because I did not want to to date a democrat. If it's private and our stuff is personal so should be our experience. I have met lots of Russians, Nigerians on a peace keeping mission. There is also tons of Goverment officials on the site investigating everyone who loves God or is republicans. The site is so dangerous.

A niche dating site for people with Herpes, HPV, HIV/AIDS, etc I say PositiveSingles is a perfect std dating site because I can talk with so many real peopel. It is just so easy to use. It has many useful features like chat group. It can offer us many chances to meet people who meet our needs and share life with. We talk hobbies, food, travel in such a friendly group. In order to use this site effectively you need to pay. You are only allowed to "wink" at someone or post comments on forums. Not really a place to chat online first to see if you want to take the relationship to the next level.

Stay away from this site. It is extremely expensive and most profiles are 'dead' once people see what it costs... they will not come back since only 'gold members' can talk to each other.

I signed up for a month and found many of my potential matches were inactive for over a year. I did manage to find an active match but since she wasn't a 'gold' member she couldn't reply back anyway! She did manage to communicate by 'winking' at me several times lol.

I found out There was a class action lawsuit filed against this company in 2012 for deceptive advertising and selling user profiles to 'affiliates' among other things. Just google the case to get more details if you want to see proof.

After charging my credit card for a 1 month membership they deleted my account. It has been about a week since I wrote to customer service to ask what had happened and I have still not heard back. I get it. I GOT RIPPED OFF! Ffs!

Customer service is very poor. Tried to get in touch with them a few time with no success. There is no feature to chose the people who contact you from your area or your age bracket. I get contacts from people all over the US, and very little from my area, and even though I specified age preference, people who contact me are either way older or younger than me. It's very crappy and outdated site. Don't waste your money.

If you must, use this site for the search feature only! Do not blog in this site. There is at least three factions in the blog that will bully you senseless. Most factions feud with each other and get user blogs and accounts removed for sport. PS support staff tends to favor the groups (gangs) because of the sheer numbers of report they generate to get users removed. PS support will not investigate fairly as they tend to bow out to the herd. Avoid the blogs and save yourself the anger and frustration. Just use the traditional search features to find and reply to matches.

I can't log into my account even though the password and username is correct having clicked on the forget mail, no password recovery mail has been sent to date and non of my mails to positive singles has been replied

And I talk with some online like-minded people here, talk about love, travel, and friends. People here are positive and friendly. Been on Positive Singles site for 10 years. The site is riddled with FAKE profiles of women who look good but are not real, they ask for money, seek private information, and are just scammers. There is a fake profile reporting tool on the site but the site Admins cannot keep up with the fake reporting, and new profiles that are fake as they do not screen them. It's a giant mess.

This site is a need, but I so wish it were not. I agree with all the other comments about the site in terms of the use and look of both the website and app. The website is clunky to be honest the filters is not the best. The app is not much better, as it lags quite a bit and there is no real frills with it. In terms of membership and responsiveness, I agree with other's have said. The site is an effort in frustration that must be undertaken. I do not live in a small city by any means and still responsiveness is minimal at best or at least in my experience it is, and I really do not think I am that bad looking of a guy. This site again is needed as there is not a lot from an alternative perspective that I know of, but I would rather do without it as it really makes a stressful situation much worst.

Don't believe the statement that this is a Silicon Valley company. This is a lie. This company is wholly based in China. All employees are in China and the owner is a China national. All profile and personal info of all members is in the hands of the Chinese. I would not be surprised if the Chinese Government is not getting profile information as well. Everything about this company is a scam including the tens of thousands of fake profiles they created when they launched the site. This only thing this site wants from you is your money. How do I know this? I use to be one of their marketing partners!

So expensive simply for the privilege of messaging someone you're attracted to. The site is boring and slow with few people using it. It is because of the extortionate membership fee that few people sign up. I have emailed them to suggest that they significantly reduce the membership fee in order to bring in more people. They would most probably bring in more revenue if they charged just a tenth of the fee. Pure greed and short sightedness.

I was on the site for over a year and kept paying their pricy membership with the hope of finding love. I got depressed dealing with shady people. I used to run background checks and almost all guys I checked, 20 in total are violent offenders. The site has dangerous people who pry on desperate women looking for love. Watch yourself as a woman. I left after realizing how dangerous it can get for a woman. I don't know if the site owner or admins know about the infiltration of these aggressive and demeaning. People on the site. The algorithm is absolutely awful. Idk if it's an attempt to force you to buy a subscription, but everyone with a subscription complains as well. People SHOULD NOT be able to message without matching... that's most of the complaints. People are reaching out and unread, ghosted, etc. Then the weirdest feature of all is being able to see how many times someone has view your profile. There aren't that many people in one area from my experience... but it's also easy to forget if I haven't seen them before. This gives people a false sense of interest... noooooo, I was just reading your profile to get a vibe.

PS will hit gold if they modeled Hinge or OkCupid. They probably think they're successful because of the crazy high membership.

I signed up for this stupid website a couple of times and had my account suspended. I was just browsing, and in my area, there aren't a lot of options... then out of the blue they suspend my account. Customer service then wanted me to send them personal identifiable information (PII), which I do not feel comfortable doing, and would recommend anyone NOT to avoid this site. I read some of the other "positive" reviews on this site, and judging by their english and mimicking each other's themes, i suspect they are fake reviews written by this scammy company. I read several reviews on BBB that were not encouraging about billing issues. I would NEVER give my payment information to this $#*! website. What a joke. Canadians, eh...

As the largest dating site for people living with STDs, they do have many members with Herpes, HIV and other STDs. No need to worry about discrimination. They have forums and blogs for people to share their stories, to support other people with the same problem. You can always chat with many online members at the chatroom.
