I was used a promotion code and ordered. It was applied, however, after the times were delivered I got charged again and it was for the amount that was suppose to be deducted from the promotion. So, I was told it was 54 dollars and then my second charge was 31 dollars! They are beyond deceitful! I will never use them again!
Terrible customer service. For the second time I was ignored I want my money back. I didn't pay for someone else to get my food.

Applied a coupon 30$ off, then I ordered. Suddenly the coupon was taken out from my order. I was charge for 48$. I realized this, so I cancelled my order right away within 2 minutes.
I realized I lost the whole money except the tip.
I contact the customer service 2 days later, and they told me they won't refund after 48 hours.

The customer services' representatives are so rude. They just cut me off and close the chat.
They took my money and didn't deliver the product. I tried to send a gift to a supplier in another state... NOPE! The Uber drive wouldn't give them the gift if they didn't have a 'code'. No where on the website do they ask for a recipient. The donuts were even GIFT wrapped! And they did not deliver.
AND... Postmates says my order is not eligible for a refund.
And... don't bother trying to get a hold of them by phone because any number online is disconnected.
I tried to order dinner using the Postmates app as I have done a few times before. As soon as I hit enter, I noticed that the address was not correct--so I hit cancel. It did not cancel--so I tried a few more times, and then opened the app on my phone (I had been using a laptop) and hit cancel. This time, it said it was too late and it would charge me $29. At that point, I used the support button to change the address. It would not allow the correct address, saying it was outside of the delivery zone. However, the restaurant was 5 minutes away and my food was going somewhere about 30 minutes away! So, I tried "live support". They said they'd check my order. Ten minutes later, they came back and said there was nothing they could do. Had they answered immediately, I could have EASILY reached the driver. I tried calling using the phone number on the app, but no one answered. I did leave a message. Bottom line, after over an hour of trying to make this right, I got a bill for $40+, no food--and was offered a $5 coupon for my next order. That will not happen! It felt great to delete this app--even If I am still hungry!

The stole my $45, they was rude, I decided to try them out because of their fake promotion, I didn't place any order and I was charged 45 Dollars, I asked them through chat box and they rudely told me that they don't have a number to call them because I asked for their customer service number. I called uber eats and the person I spoke with directed me to postmates customer support team, the lady was rude and hang up the phone I called back and someone named Antonio picked the call and was rude and racist. I didn't place any order, they wrongful changed me for an order that I didn't place. I deserve my full refund because other companies would have given me my full refund.They said they don't care how I feel and told me that I can't get my money. I will never advise anyone to use them. Their customer representatives needs to be fired.
Imagine you're sick and live alone... You depend on delivery services. So you use a company like PostMates (Owned by Uber/UberEats). Now imagine that over 80% of the time, orders in excess of $50 a pop not only take hours to "arrive" but they NEVER arrive at all. Imagine seeing (on lobby camera) drivers eating your food. Imagine the lack of caring of leaving food outside a public lobby only for the next greedy passer-by to snatch it up. THIS is PostMates (and bad management from Uber). PostMates has too many 1 stars from the BBB to count and sites like this are making it worse. POSTMATES should be closed and refund the money (with interest) they have and are stealin from people every single day. App: Deleted
I ordered a burger and fries. I got a burger and something that in no way resembled the fries I ordered. Postmates thinks that by refunding me for the fries, they made me whole. I wanted a burger and fries. It's not what I received. As a result, my enjoyment of the meal was destroyed. But these guys don't understand the most simple qualities of good customer service. So disappointing.
This delivery man ruined birthday dinner.
I ordered 3 lbs of $3/lb chicken breast. Without even contacting me, he decided to bring a little over 1 lb of $7/lb chicken breast! So I end up with less than half of what I needed for more than double the price!
He also "couldn't find" any type of garlic. Right.
Also totally ignored the delivery instructions. Instead decided to call me and waste time arguing with me about what I'm telling him to do vs what the gps is telling him to do.
Stupid.
And they refused to refund me for the double prices chicken. :)
My first order. Great.
After waiting over an hour for my dinner I got a notification that the driver had picked up my food and was on his way. About 2 minutes later he canceled my order. Now I have no dinner and I'm livid. Why bother to pick it up if you aren't planning to deliver it? There is no place in Postmates to complain or even give the driver a bad review.
Postmates is like "It happens, sorry".
Meanwhile I'm going to bed hungry.

Postmates delivery driver, Bryan, in the Pasadena/Altadena area is the worst. If you get this guy assigned to your order you should cancel immediately! Got the notification Bryan delivered our food and there was nothing outside. Contacted Bryan who said he must have delivered to the wrong address and then abruptly hung up on us and ghosted us! Not even a simple, "I messed up and I am sorry" from this little boy. No communication, NOTHING! Just screwed up and ran away like a child. I then spent the next 60 minutes trying to get Postmates to give me a refund. I said the driver delivered the food to the wrong place and they said they would refund me $40 of the $100 order. So I reiterated that we did not receive any of the food, and they asked for pictures to prove it! Um...okay. 30 minutes of this BS later, they refunded all of the order accept for the 25% tip we left Bryan! Yes, the tip for the driver that delivered to the wrong house then ghosted us. Then had to fight to get that refunded. Seriously, the ineptitude is so monumental it would almost be comical if it weren't so frustrating and disappointing! So Unprofessional all the way around! Do better, Bryan. Do better Postmates.
I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. Sent the food to the wrong address twice and still charged me both times. Claim they gave me a credit for my next order and was charged the FULL amount! The are crooks and you can't talk to anyone on the phone!
This is the worst delivery company ever! Absolutely no customer service. The drivers that deliver the food are HORRIBLE. I have contacted them several times about missing orders, as well as orders that were completely damaged upon delivery. I am still waiting for a response from the "customer service" department for a refund. I deleted the app and will never use them again. Way too many other delivery companies out there that are reputable. In conclusion, stay far away from Postmates and Uber Eats. I also suggest contacting the better Business bureau if you had issues with Postmates.
After countless instances of Postmates delivering either incomplete orders (i.e., parts of my order that I paid for simply weren't delivered to me) or delivering other people's orders to me entirely rather than my own food, tonight was the last straw. I ordered from a favorite local restaurant and yet again, Postmates failed to include part of the order that I paid for. But this time, they refused to refund me the money I paid for food I didn't get. Putting aside the outrageous fees and the fact that I am a VERY avid customer, when I asked why not refund the money for their error? The answer: because they've made too many errors before. And can no longer refund money for THEIR ERRORS. I thought maybe I was being pranked, but no, the Postmates customer service in all seriousness told me they were taking my money for food I didn't get and it was too bad if I didn't like it. I ordered a pizza for delivery. It was $50 and ten minutes from my house. It took 2 hours to get it and it was cold as ice. I can't wait to post the terrible service all over social media and let everyone know how not to use postmates.
I ordered Wendy's last week and they did not bring my shake. You cannot call anyone at Postmates however I did an online chat and they said they will add $5 to my account (they didn't). Today I ordered McDonalds and again NO SHAKE. I did another chat and they did credit me $3...My shake was $5.25! Horrible that you cannot call them or chat with a human, it is an automated chat system!
I placed an order with postmates on 12/10/2022 for 2 drinks from starbucks. I immediately canceled the order so there was no time for my order to even be processed, I wake up the next morning to a message telling me I was still charged for the order and they were not refunding my order because it was already received by starbucks which was a lie there is no way they received my order it was canceled immediately after I placed it. Postmates are liars and theives. I wouldn't recommend them to an animal much less a human. They should be shut down. Every single time I have used their app I have an issue with their sorry a** service. They said my cancelation fee was $15.06. Who the f**k has a cancelation fee of the full amount of an order. I wish I could give them 0 stars!

Every time I've attempted to order from Postmates they cancel my order. I just tried one last time to get ramen for my sick kids. Waited over an hour and then got a message that my order had been cancelled. No explanation, nothing. I tried to message with customer service and they we completely unhelpful. Deleted the app and will never waste my time with them again.

I was charged for orders I never got and also I reached out to them multiple times never got anything back. They actually put on the app that the order was resolved when I have never spoken to them this company is a fraud and I do not know why they are still in business! I'd say remove your card information.
