Not the first time i get my order wrong. You don't have a system, i order because i can't drive, now, you messed up my order and want me to go pick up my order? I didn't order from pollo loco, i ordered from you guys. You are going to give us some millions dollars Postmates. Now I'm trying to upload my proof of purchase and this thing don't let me? I have hard copy anyways. Ima sue you for sure. I don't joke.

I have used Postmates a few times now and so glad they exist! They helped me out when there was no time, we had to quarantine, when I forgot to buy the cake and they got it for me last minute. Always caring, professional and on time. I can't thank the Postmates delivery people enough for the job they do. Thank you!

I placed an food order at 8:47am and at 10:14am I went to track my order and I get an alert that my order is canceled. If they didn't have the drivers available then my order should've never been accepted. Once it was accepted and waited upon for almost 1 1/2 hrs they should've at the very least sent me credit to be used in the future. I think these types of companies should take some ownership once they accept an order and you waste your time waiting. If you don't have the drivers… don't accept an order or the company should credit you the amount of the order and then they will start managing it better where it hits their bottom line!

Customer service chat is horrible, it's automated and a waste of time, you'll get 3 with the same response which is, "please give us 1 to 3 minutes to look into your account"... Drivers that are near the area to pick up and deliver 1 item sit there and don't move, then the driver changes and your time gets pushed back. At the end who knows when or if you will get want you ordered to be delivered.

I wanted food from a Thai restaurant that only had delivery in my area via Postmates. I placed an order and there was an issue with what I received. I sent a message via postmates app and never received a response. I called the merchant and I was advised it was the way the order comes through from Postmates app. He told me part of the order did not show up and the other item had 2 different things listed and it was clear what was being requested. The merchant told me to reach out to postmates and request a refund and they will honor it. I opened a chat with postmates and explained what the issue was and Jeffrey informs me that due to high frequency of refunds I could not receive an adjustment. That was confusing because I spend at least $150 week order out and I haven't requested a refund so I inquired for dates and I was advised he couldn't release that information for security reasons. I advised that was a serious accusation and I wanted the number to corporate as well as the dates I requested refunds because the last and only other order I placed with postmates was April 2,2021. I asked again for corporate contact info and the dates I requested a refund and Jeffrey told me he had to assist customers that were waiting and left me in the chat after basically accusing me of getting something for nothing repeat offender.

I normally never use Postmates, usually Seamless or DoorDash, but I had a $15 off promo so I placed a order through my web browser because the app was so glitchy and wouldn't even open. After nearly 2 hours and the delivery person changed 5 times, the order was cancelled on me with no reason. There is NO customer service number to contact. The website is NOT user friendly and took me 10 minutes to locate a chat bot function to which I received no response. There was no explanation, refund of my promo, or promo offered to makeup for the inconvenience. This is honestly the WORST experience with a delivery service I've ever had and reaffirms why I use DoorDash and Seamless. I am not one to post negative reviews but this was beyond frustrating and I want to spare others from this experience. NEVER USE POSTMATES.

Order my food, watched the tracking then it just dropped. No food delivery. I called customer service and he said that the order has been completed. I said no it hasn't, I don't have my food. Then, he said that someone else picked up my order. It all didn't sound right and he acted like he didn't want to give me my money back. He said that he can refund me all of my money back and it will take 3-5 business days and that's all he could do. SMH No one apologized.

Horrible

My food was never delivered. I tried contacting the driver and nothing i tried customer service all the numbers were out of service the app wouldn't let me login and the website wouldn't let me report my food as undelivered. I had to call my bank and file a claim for a refund. I will never be using Postmates again it was a mistake to give it a chance.

Charged 50% More

Ordered empeñadas for pickup. Was charged $4.50 each and when I went to pick up the stores sells them for $2.99. I will never use this online order service again. Also when you order the photo showed 3 but you only get one.

Will not give me my money back

So I ordered from them on April 6th food was delivered and there was an issue with my order. However when I attempted to contact support the website took me to Uber Eats and I specifically ordered on Postmates. My order was not available on Uber Eats since I did not order on there. Now magically today I am able to contact them but they will not issue a refund because apparently it's out of their refund time. But that's not fair if I wasn't able to contact you the day of my order to get this resolved and I have video proof and photos as well.

Ripoff Company!

Went to order from Carrabba's online for pickup!. Clicked the order tab and unknown to me the default was Postmates. I ended up paying $16.00 more for picking up my meal because Postmates did the order. I spoke with the guys at Carrabba's and they said I could have ordered direct from them. I said I thought I was! SCAM SCAM SCAM Please be aware of these scammers! Look at their reviews, 1 star from nearly 800 people! This company truly SUCKS!

Crappy drivers

I ordered threw these people in the order it self took 2hrs when it finally said complete I goes to get the food in there's nothing there. Mind you the driver never contacted me about anything being wrong. I then calls the driver in she tells me they were taking a long time they didn't have the food ready in Uber called her in told her to complete the order we just gone call in refund it threw her(me) I never received a call from anyone I called the restaurant in they told me yes they gave her my order. Her name is Kristina in she stole my food Postmates refunded me 25$ I spend 38$ this is the worse food delivery place I have ever order threw. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! I tired contacting them in there is no way to do so
