This website is so poor and $#*!ty avoid at all cost.
I ordered my gold 24 hours ago and still nothing its only 1000g, there ad states under 30mins delivery 100% wow stock, wot a load of bull crap.
They keep telling me different times that it will be delivered please wait 4 hours, can you wait another 2 hours, give us another 6 hours.
Also there live chat service is horrendous, numerous times ive been ignored or had chat ended on me they are so rude. I am fuming.
It's been 24 hours and still no deliver when I ask for a refund they reckon that no manager is there, ive asked for a refund twice.
Now they are telling me another 3 hours as there account with all the gold on has been banned, yeah right. Everything that comes out of this companies mouth is a load of $#*!e do not believe and do not buy from.

I ordered 30k gold 2 weeks ago, the first day went good, i got 5200g. But till today i never have gotten anything more,

If you mail them and ask about it, they do the following:

- don't respond if you are asking too hard questions, like when can i expect my next delivery and such
- say that "the guy" went offline
- promise you deliveries they won't do, just to keep you quiet

Wow I was scammed too! Fortunately it was only 2000 gold. But they also lied to me and told me they had 164k in stock. At any rate, I am now disputing them on paypal so hopefully that will be resolved.

Also, one more idea folks. They are one of the top finds for "WoW Gold", meaning, they pay charge per click for everyone person who goes to their site. Usually it's about 5-25 cents per depending on their bid.

Might i suggest logging into a proxy, and logging into their site over and over again? The use of a macro to do it would be wonderful >>>> :)

Add me to the list of idiots who didn't bother checking reviews until after we got ripped off. Filling a report with paypal today which evidently does no good since they are still in business.
(Update) Filed report with paypal. power-ripoff.net contacted me at 1am to say they had my gold. I got out of bed and logged on and finally got what I paid for. Never again.

If you see a deal that looks too good to be true, it probably is. They have the cheapest WoW gold (15,000 for $85). Everything seemed to be going well, 30 minutes in I was contacted by them in game. But only received 5,000 gold (10k short). I was originally informed they have 150k to sell so was curious why they logged off. I spent an hour trying to talk to customer service before I was told their account was banned. I found this site at that EXACT time (hmm). Anyways, I told them they could give me the gold then, or I would file a dispute. They didn't so I opened up a dispute. Got a call 15 minutes later saying my gold was ready (after I was told it'd be a 5 hour wait). Logged in and got it. AVOID THEM! Pay the extra $20 for piece of mind and security.

Very bad service, always false promises, just terrible! Extreme long waiting time. Still waiting for my gold (2 weeks) for second time. (forgot that it was this one that was so terrible) Never make the same mistake as me, DONT BUY HERE!

This website is horrible they will take there sweet $#*! time getting you the gold they will lie to you saying they have stock when they don't they will keep stalling and making excuses but i found a key if you threaten them with raising a dispute and getting your money back they will give you your gold sadly

Hello this is ocean or tooth or cute or michael or whoever the heck. It has been almost 2 months since i placed my order of 10k in wow gold. Yeah im at the top of the list. Yeah the guys are working real hard, and ill push and push them for you to get you your gold. They keep telling me to be patient. I filed a complaint to the better business bureau. This is such a scam. Im not kidding its been 2 months. I have contacted them over 50 times. They say the same thing everytime i speak with them. RIP OFF. Im going to complain to pay pal now... GRRRRRRRR!

Sigh. Should have checked your site first... got scammed for cash from these people. Was told gold was available and delivery was within 2 hours... there was no gold so they had to farm it... took DAYS and DAYS... and still no gold. Have contacted Paypal and they don't seem to care. Not sure who is worse - I expect to be bent by gold farming company - but not by paypal.

This is a big scam stay away, you will lose your money and they'll keep telling you that you'll get your gold asap but you never get it. They will tell you over and over that no manager is around to get you a refund. I want to find a way to make them lose there sponsors. This is a 100% scam

Ordered 10K from this site. They said they had it in stock. I logged into live chat 4 times a day to ask where my order is and 3 days later i got 4K. I talked to them again 4 times a day for over a month with no results. I filed a claim with PayPal and still no results I started getting e-mails saying that my WOW account was being investigated and to log on to the link attached to verify your account information. I looked into where these e-mails were coming from and they originated from a web hosting company in China. Power-level is also hosted by the same company. I filed complaints at every website i could find that is associated with Power-level. After a week of filing complaints i got the balance of my order. I will never do business with this company or any of its affiliates again

They told me that I would receive my gold within 4 hours. Then they said 8 hours. Here i am 24 hours later and they are telling me "soon! Soon! We will hurry for you". I asked for the manager and they said they SHE was on lunch break and when i asked when HE will be back they said HE will be back in 2 hours. Horrible customer service, no end result, and constantly LYING.

I ordered off of this site and it says delivery instantly 24/7. So i was like ok. Ordered 5000 g and waited a few hours. Didn't recieve anything so i contacted them. They said sorry, delivery times are from 30 min to 24 hours. So i said ok. Next day still nothing. I call back. They say sorry again and tell me i will have it before the end of the day. Next day still nothing. I contact the company again and they say that it still is not ready and I ask to cancel my order for a refund. They can't do that because it was late and their was no manager. Ok how much longer till you will have the order ready. One day they say. Ok how long until a manager is available to cancel the order. 5 DAYS! Is what they told me. So these people are ripping others off and have no supervision how is this legal.

28 days I've been waiting and have only received 1300 out of 40,000 You can do business with this company if you like, but they will never refund you the money, their manager is never around, and all the reps do is lie lie and lie. I've actually renamed them to PowerScam... and they are good at what they do!

I ordered 7000 gold from them over a month ago. Pretty much the same story as everyone else here. They told me they have 45k on mal'ganis horde and they'll deliver in under a hour. They lie to get you to order then if you're lucky, you might get half of what you ordered in few weeks or months. Best bet is to file a dispute with paypal, which i've done, but havent heard anything yet.

I have no idea how this power-level.net company has not been shut down yet. This page on sitejabber has over 12,000 views and 100 reviews, all of which are 1/4 stars. I'm assuming everyone has filed a dispute with paypal, i mean how many does it take before they get shut down? We're a bunch of computer nerds who play wow, can't we find some way to shut down their site?

Feel like an idiot not Googling the site before hand, usually more careful, but at least it was only £15 which I most likely will get back through a paypal claim.
Didn't wait longer than 3 hours, as they said under 30 minutes for delivery, to put a dispute in. Shut the $#*!ty website down, but that won't happen because no one with half a brain runs this or any country properly.
Edit: surprisingly i got my gold having been woken at 6 in the morning, after i told them i reported them to econsumer and put in a dispute.
Suppose to be in 30 mins but took 24 hours. In my eyes its just like someone saying next day delivery and then getting it in 6 wks, crap service.

Promised 45 min delivery for a small fee, (I only spent about £4 overall) and then refused to trade when i arrived, then said to put items on AH and refused to buy them in game, giving me 2 minutes to get from outlands to ratchet. Awful customer service, threaten them with paypal, or try tell them you will make a big order if they hurry up and you MIGHT get your gold. I would strongly advise taking your business elsewhere, i was told they had 112k on my server and they still have not delivered. Paypal dispute coming up! For one of "paypals top ten partners..." or some other bull$#*!..

This web site claims they will deliver your item in minutes 24/7. Before placing my order I contacted their live customer service and specifically asked if the item was available for immediately delivery and was told yes. After placing the order i was told they needed time to deliver the item, fair enough. Now after 2 weeks they still have not delivered my order or issued a refund. Contacted their live support numerous times, always with the same response, we need more time to deliver your order. Their grammer while typing suggests they are not American. In the process of disputing charge with credit card company. Also had exact same problem with www.buylotro.com, www.igxz.com, and www.lotro-gold-money.com. At least at these web sites I was able to file a PayPal dispute and get a refund. Recommend no one ever use these web site, buyer beware.

Just call paypal and make a claim and tell them what happend. They contact these jokers and if they don't give u it in 10 days you get a refund. If you do this your getting somewhere if not they will mess you around until they hope you forget about it

I bought ******* gold for world of warcraft but they don't give me the money because they say the credit's card holder name its diferent from my order name ( credit card holder name its from my dad and i just have 17 years old and i can't get a credit card yet) and they don't give my gold back just because of that

This website takes your money and does not deliever. The customer communication is terrible and the service the same, they never answer the phone, i have sent various e-mails asking where my gold is and i do not get an e-mail back, when i do it says 'more time needed'. It is fraud they take your money and do not give you what you asked for.

I bought 20k gold and then waited and waited for 4 days. I got a call after I filled with pay pal then I called and called the number and started flirting with the girl. We built a good report and then she "Vivian" got the gold to me in about 30 minutes. LoL. Bad company but I still have her number ;)
