This site is the biggest scam. It took them over a month to get me my gold. Countless times spent fighting with them in their little chat thing and countless times of them telling me it would be any moment. I put in my claim with paypal and because it wasn't a real product they wouldn't give me my money back.

So finally I get really mad and talk with them again, they finally get me my gold.
Yay, right?

Well here I am about 2 or 3 weeks later and apparently the gold came from a hacked account because Blizz took my gold back.

At least for me, i waited 5 days after the order, (they say within 2 days), and at that point i sent another mail to them telling them i hadn't recieved any alerts on my gold yet and if they don't reply i'd make a conflict on paypal,(i don't know about you guys but i get my money back when i open a conflict), and they got on it within a few minutes and i had my gold within 5 after i contacted them the second time. As it is, it isn't the best service, but it is a good dollar/dollar fifty less when ordering small amounts of gold. (i only got 1k, so that might be why i got mine. If you're ordering a ridiculous amount, like 10k+, it might take that much longer because they work towards that and pay smaller amounts out along the way)

My story is so-so. I ordered gold for 2 characters. One character received 6000g 3 hours after the order. My other character is still waiting for 5000g and it's 4 days later. They chat with me and are polite b/c I am polite with them. I am frustrated but I understand they are trying to earn it to give to me. I just wish they advertised the time frame honestly. I will repost to report when I receive my 5000g.

After 7 days I finaly got my gold i contacted them on the 6th day and told them they had 24hrs when that was up still no gold, contacted then again was told they needed more time give them three more hours still told me they did not have the gold filed a paypal claim and within min I had my gold. All i bought was 5k gold and it took a week.

Same old story - 8 days and still I wait - however its always nice to talk to Ocean. What a jerk this person is. I have been told to wait 2 more hours for the past 8 days and they will call me - never going to get that phone call. PLEASE DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF TO BRING THIS COMPANY DOWN - THEY ARE STEALING MONEY FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE LIKE YOU AND I.

I ordered 5000 gold 3 days ago and since then, they kept telling to give them few more hours OVER AND OVER AGAIN the phone number they have there to contact them is from TEXAS and is never accepting calls IM SOO PISSED OFF.

Ive starting to write every name they metion on there site like SOS Childrens Village, Paypal, Moneybookers, E-bay etc etc that there name is being used for scams.
I advise for everyone that has the same problem to do this to so that as many people know about there good name abuse

Same here for me - they have tricked me into placing a large order for gold and then state they can't supply it even though they said they had 178k in stock.

I am now reporting them to the plice for fraud as well as thier ISP (resquesting they be closed down) and also to Paypal (asking them towithdraw thier services)

3 days ago i ordered and paid for 20,000 units of virtual currency for the game of World of Warcraft. The website advertising in the google search stated a 30 minute delivery. Before i ordered I logged onto their 24hr customer support chat where the representative repeated a 30 minute delivery.

It took 12 hours before 10,000 of the currency was delivered at which the deliverer logged off immediately. I returned to the support chat where i was told they rest was coming soon. Since then it has been 2.5 days of me logging into their support to be fed the same lies that it will be finished shortly.

Approx 1 hour ago I received a phone call stating my gold was ready so i logged into the game. The delivery person gave me 1600 then logged off immediately again.

This is not an isolated incident as the link below will take you to a review forum full of dozens of customers who have fallen to the same scam.

As much as I would like a refund for the remaining 8400 undelivered currency I would like this to be taken to the next level as this seller is obviously a scam.

I am also taking this to my the federal level as it breaches online consumer legislation.

Ok, my story is the same as all the above with a twist. Of course, the LiveChat promised they had the gold in stock and delivery in 30 minutes. Of course, I was a sucker and placed the order. Of course, no delivery, no refund, upset me, etc.
Now here's the twist: While I'm on LiveChat chasing my order/refund, the power-level.net people have some sort of keylogger working. Next thing you know, they've hacked account and I get a 3 hour suspension for "improper ingame communications." WTF Later, they change my password and install an authenticator code so I can't get access. Thankfully, the WoW customer support figured this all out and fixed everything. The moral here is that these guys are crooks. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This site has the WORST customer service in the market... the only way to get the gold is via confirming some text message bull$#*!... and even after that you may not get your gold... DONT USE THIS SITE

Spoke to rep via chat, said gold was in stock. Needless to say 24 days later, still have not got what i paid for. Did how ever recieve my refund from paypal. Stay away!

Rep said they had gold in stock, took my money, and then stopped talking to me. Their reps continued to tell me to wait, closed the chat without answering me, and blocked me from trying to talk to a representative again. BEWARE, DO NOT USE, BAD SITE.

My experiance with this site pretty much mirriors eveyone elses here. I ordered16k and they kept giving me the run around saying they were getting it together and after 40+ hours and filing complaints with BBB.org, my bank, paypal, and ic3.gov I got my gold. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this site.

I bought WOW *******G for 32 USD on March. 13.2012 and i have paid per PayPal.and i still waitig for my Gold.
They told me i need to send them/she (Linda) an ID, i do not why...(they have already the money)... so anyhow i sent them my ID and Linda tolld me my picture on the ID looks false...
So i am trying to get my money back throgh PayPal... and will see what will happen

This site is really as other described - ripping people off. I asked if they have 50M stock for Aion Kinah. The support told me they have 100M in stock lol. After i placed the order the support told me i have to wait for 8 hours. Fine, 8 hours... but i still haven't getten my kinah after 5 days. I have to file dispute over paypal to get my money back. Don't wast your time here. If you are buying from them because they are cheap? You are wrong, they are holding your money until the price drop to the point that they can sell it to you or you'll never get your money back!

Ordered gold and had same problems as every1 else, eventually got 4k of 30k and was told they r trying to get for me etc etc, live chat was hopeless and they kept ignoring me in the end. I payed via paypal and opened a case against them to find paypal were not interested and closed the case saying it does not guarantee the quality of the goods, this i couldnt believe! In the end i threatened them with making a VISA dispute and they were worried and i got my gold a few hours later, yes all of it! I think they hope you go away quietly without a fuss, but not me, if i pay for a service i want to get that service. So plz if the same happens to you DONT GIVE UP! YUP. If only I had read this first. I have a dispute open with paypal, but I will never see a penny of my money because these criminals are in asia. They are the worst of the worst, scum of the earth, they should be cursed by god and every one of them stricken with brain cancer for the evil they do. I have never been so royally screwed. They claimed they had the gold, but they did not, never delivered, and hacked my account today. They are a scam to get the email addresses of warcraft users. Their chat window installs a keylogger to get your password. YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS.

I got scammed by this site and lost 90 to them. PayPal said they can't help me because the gold is just bits and bytes... No way for me to get the money back..
