When I needed a phone screen last month I went to Precision Sound on Main St. First I was told it would take 30 minutes to change and be $150. I ran some errands and came back, I then had to wait almost 2 hours longer. The owner/operator finally finished and when I tried to use my screen it did not work right, he then replaced that white screen with another which had the same defect. He then told me that his batch of white iPhone 6 screens were defective but he had put a black one on and it worked fine. He told me that he would send them back and would have some more the following week. Well I have a horrible work schedule and the two times I have been able to go back there has been a "out to lunch" sign on the window (even at 3:30pm one day). I finally have a day off today that I can run up there... When I go in he tells me that my "loaner screen" is scratched and he can't replace it with the white screen he has. Which happens to be the only one he has in the store right now personally saving for me. I explain to him that this is the first time I've been able to come get my phone FIXED RIGHT. And his argument is that it's been a month and he's tried to call. I ask his number, he tells me, I tell him he can check my missed call log. I ask did you leave a voicemail and he says, "no (pause) well maybe once" NEVER GOT IT! I explain I live where there's not always service... He looks for log in his computer system and says, "I can't find anything on here but I did try to call". He then wanted me to pay $50 more for a service that should've been taken care of on my first visit and $150. If he was so worried about the screen he put on my phone til my right screen came in he should've put a protector in it!
