The bike was picked up and delivered in excellent condition. The drivers knew what they were doing and were extremely professional. The only issues was the bike was four days late and the online tracking system never worked. I was however able to shoot an email and get an update on it's whereabouts. Overall it was a decent experience.
This is far and away the most unresponsive business I have ever encountered. They took my $900 quickly enough, but since then it's been like pulling teeth just to get someone to respond. I literally had to threaten reporting the company for fraud just to get a call back. My friend told me the bike was picked up over a week ago, but - surprise - I haven't heard a word from Premier about the shipment. Not even a confirmation that the bike is in their possession. Horrible, horrible experience, I really cannot recommend avoiding this business enough.
Would have liked to have seen a drop off date. Had to pick up motorcycle since it was going to be a day late.
Trying to do on smartphone sux.They lost my Motorcycle for 4 days, between Cincinnati, ohio and Superior Arizona. I WOULD NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.

THE PROCEDURE WAS EASY ENOUGH. THE PRICE IS SLIGHTLY HIGH BUT BEARABLE. HAVENT SHIPPED THE BIKE YET SO CAN NOT TELL YOU ABOUT SERVICE
